This is a turnkey infield renovation project for 60 Little League play on FOUR ballfields. The project includes sod removal/replacement, subsurface leveling, surveying grades, replenishing existing DuraEdge skinned infields, setting irrigation heads at finish elevation, ensuring positive drainage and player safety, pitcher mounds, and replacement of base plates and fence caps (on two fields). Fields have existing infield and outfield irrigation all to remain. The Contractor shall restore ballfields with a series of treatment, mechanical leveling, and material amendments. The completed system shall conform with ASBA Certified Field Builder best practices and ASTM F 2107-08 (2020).
Work of this proposed Contract includes construction, testing and start-up of ONWASAs Dixon well sites D4R and D12 using existing wells D4R and D12. The well sites are located on NC Highway 50 northwest of Holly Ridge in Onslow County, NC.

Install LED baseball field lights at two baseball fields at the McEver Baseball Fields facility to replace the existing lights currently being used and add remote monitoring systems and controls. The two fields (Field 1 and 2) at the McEver Baseball Field facility are located at 626 South Street, Davidson, NC 28036. Currently, Field 1 has four light posts and 26 total lights and Field 2 has four light posts and 45 total lights. Only the lighting fixtures will be replaced during this project. The baseball fields are largely used for middle through high school age groups and should meet applicable local, regional, and national lighting standards and requirements. A photometric layout for each field shall be provided with sealed bid. All items and products proposed in response to this Request for Bids are to be new, in un-used condition. Bidders must submit product literature and manufacturers specifications with their bid documents. All supplies, equipment, and apparatus must meet all Federal, State, and Local safety regulations, requirements, and guidelines, such as OSHA, EPA, US DOT, NC-DOT, NFPA, UL, etc., if so regulated.

This RFQ is to select an engineering firm to outline an alternative HVAC design approach consisting of a like-in-kind replacement of the existing system. The intent is to replace the current single-zone constant volume (2-pipe) system with a functionally equivalent system to maintain operational simplicity while reducing overall project cost, construction impact, and schedule disruption while integrating a modern building controls system to improve operational efficiency and performance, using owner preferred vendor.

Demolition/clearance of two houses. Completely demolish the house structure from the property. Remove all debris/garbage around the house. Completely remove one tree located at the left side of the driveway; including removal of tree stump below ground level and any roots above or around the ground. Remove all the vegetation and debris around the house. Remove all old concrete at area right side of house as show in the survey. Remove electrical pole after power line has been disconnected. Grade site, clean and level. Haul in sufficient fill dirt to cover holes and disturbed areas and to provide positive drainage. Cost of dirt to be included in lump-sum proposal. Re-seed and hay disturbed areas. Proposal to be turnkey and to include all costs of disposal, including tipping fees to County landfill, labor, materials, permits, demolition permits, insurance, etc.
