Demolition of Helene damaged building structures and park amenities for multiple park properties along the French Broad River. The selected contractor will be required to issue construction documents through shop drawing submittals and use these documents as the basis for all relevant SWPPP approvals and permitting requirements to be fully compliant with state and local laws.

Comprehensive interior renovation of an existing facility that currently includes bedrooms, a dining room, kitchen, multiple bathrooms, storage rooms, laundry, IT room, and open areas. The renovation will modernize and reorganize the interior layout to better serve its intended use while meeting current accessibility, safety, and functional requirements.

This project proposes the demolition of 1,398 SF of an existing two-story, 12,629 SF arts center building and the renovation of the remaining building. In addition, the project proposes a new one-story 9,399 SF addition. The arts center building will include vocational arts classrooms to support painting, ceramics, fibers and youth arts programming in addition to a multipurpose room and support spaces. The existing structure is of load bearing masonry and steel framed construction. This addition will be steel framed, Type VB construction, fully sprinklered with a non-separated business and assembly occupancy. The scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades as well as the installation of fire sprinkler and alarm systems.

Installation of a standby generator, electric service, automatic transfer switch, pump control panel, new submersible sewage pumps, and other accessories and appurtenances as detailed in the drawings and specifications.

The Thunder Hill C-store project includes the renovation of an existing space in Thunder Hill Hall to create a new C-store. The scope includes, but is not limited to the following: demolition of existing finishes; electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work; drywall and paint: merchandise shelving; flooring; storefront installation; and other related improvements.

This project consists of joint sealing, herbicide control, and microsurfacing 5.19 miles of streets

The City of Raleigh requests proposals for full maintenance/repair services to uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS) and corresponding services at locations identified in Appendix V. The City reserves the right to award to one vendor or multiple vendors based on equipment type and/or manufacturer, whichever is advantageous to the City. The City currently has equipment at various locations. The number of equipment is subject to change and the City reserves the right to either add or delete equipment and/or frequency of services.

The work generally consists of long-line pavement markings maintenance.

Yancey County is currently soliciting bids in conjunction with its CDBG-NR Housing Replacement Program #23-C-4180 to demolish and replace homes in the county. Funding is in place to provide this assistance to selected homeowners within Yancey County. Round Two consists of five homes. Bidders may submit proposals for one, multiple, or all projects; however, each bid must be submitted and evaluated as a standalone proposal.

This project encompasses approximately 2220 linear feet of roadway; 26 feet wide measured back of curb to back of curb. Curbing on this roadway is typical asphalt wedge. Utilities to consider during this project include sanitary sewer, domestic water, and stormwater systems.

The project generally consists of upgrades to the existing Rutherfordton Wastewater Treatment Facilities including but not limited to furnishing and installing one (1) new grit removal system and one (1) sludge loading station, all associated electrical work, valves and piping, instrumentation, and SCADA improvements.

The objective of this project is to remove designated damaged or non-compliant concrete surfaces and replace them with new, durable concrete flatwork. This includes standard walkways, heavy-use areas under awnings, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and specified optional add/alternates to improve safety, accessibility, and aesthetics around the school campus.

The project generally consists of reconstruction to the gym.

Services shall be performed as follows: Mowing, Seeding, Aerating, Herbicide application, Weed eating, Edging, and Blowing grass/debris from sidewalks, maintaining flower beds, trimming bushes and shrubs, leaf removal and any other landscaping tasks at the following locations. Frequency of mowing is indicated by each location. Mowing Season is from March to October. Off Season mowing and lawn maintenance as needed. State of Emergencies may require additional tasks.

The City of Marion (City) is seeking engineering services for a project to improve its primary water intake. The City has identified the following project components: Construction of a new intake structure to replace existing Replacement of three (3) raw water pumps New electrical systems Installation of a 1-1.5-megawatt backup power generator Intake piping replacements and/or improvements Construction of a fiber-optic cable from the Buck Creek Intake to the Citys Water Treatment Plant o Approximately one (1) mile in length, in an existing easement. Replacement of Water Treatment Plant clearwell covers/roof A rewrite of the Citys Water System Emergency Response Plan

The City of Wilmington is seeking bid submissions from qualified and experienced vendors for the Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of the Citys Emergency Generators. This contract will support the continued safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Citys generator infrastructure City Wide. The City currently operates eighteen (18) emergency generators across the City.

This project will include improvements to the 1st floor of an existing commercial building at 110, 114, and 118 West 5th St in Tabor City, NC. The improvements include the following: adding breakrooms to Units 114 and 118, epoxy the concrete floor in each unit, add insulation above 1st floor of Unit 114, adding light switches, and other improvements as described in plans and specifications.

North Carolina Central University (NCCU) seeks a qualified vendor to paint the interior of the Eagle Landing Building, 408 Brant Street, Durham, NC 27707 on North Carolina Central University campus. Contractor to patch and repair as required where cracked or other minor defects are present. All nail holes, sheetrock/ceiling damage and various stains to be addressed. Patched areas will be sanded and primed as needed. All surfaces will then be thoroughly sanded prior to new coatings being applied. Calk joins in trim as needed. Repair nail pops. Seal stains with an oil based primer. Repair failing tape where necessary.

The project generally consists of various renovations of the buildings.

The Vendor shall provide janitorial services (6) days per week, Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM during the operational season of Mid-March through December. The park is open every holiday to the public except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the Day after Christmas. The winter closure period shall be defined as January through Mid-March (approximately 2.5 months). During this period, the Vendor shall provide reduced janitorial services limited to nonpublic areas of the Administration Building, Education Building, Maintenance Area, and Porch bathrooms.
