The Contractor shall install long line pavement markings as required and in accordance with current NCDOT standards, specifications, guidelines, and procedures. All materials shall meet or exceed NCDOT requirements. The City of High Point reserves the right to reject any material which does not meet these specifications or demonstrate satisfactory field performance.

The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract for the replacement of three (3) defective heat exchangers within the PVI water heater system (MODEL #:3000-2L400A-TP, S/N #: 1014138622) at Warren Correctional Institution. This is a critical need, the exchangers assist with providing space heating for the facility, supplying domestic hot water throughout the institution, and providing sanitation by generating steam to power equipment used in large scale cleaning areas such as the kitchen area.

HACL is seeking bid proposals from qualified and experienced General Contractors who have a successful history in sewer lateral line replacement. The project includes the replacement of a failed 6-inch sewer lateral line from house to main. Contractors must provide all necessary permits, transportation, supervision, labor, licenses, tools, equipment, services, and expertise to perform contractual services.

This project will include curb ramp and pavement marking improvements in order to increase pedestrian mobility at the intersection of West Bland and Winnifred St.

The Bonlyn Storm Drainage Improvement Project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 720 LF of existing CMP/RCP. A secondary drainage system consisting of 840 LF of RCP shall be installed, primarily located on the Brookridge Apartment complex.

Roof replacement: Remove, dispose of, and replace approximately 18,000 sq. ft. roofing. Removal of existing roof assemblies down to the existing roof deck and properly dispose of these removed materials. Provide and install a vapor barrier over existing roof deck, then add a minimum of 2.6 of polyisocyanurate insulation with additional tapered insulation as needed to provide slope and divert water to roof drains and/or gutters. Provide and install a fully adhered 60 mil thickness Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane with welded seams. Replace existing metal copings, drip edges, gutters, and downspouts where required. Existing roof drains are to remain; existing wall scuppers will be relined with TPO material. TPO flashing at all roof equipment, curbs, and penetrations. Minimum twenty (20) year manufacturers warranty and minimum two (2) year warranty on workmanship.

The project generally consists of the demolition of the pump station old wet well side 575V control system as described in the construction plans, and procurement and installation of the new 480V control system items with phased installation plan as described in the construction plans

Water and sanitary sewer line replacement plus full bathroom remodeling for sixteen (16) residential units.

Sewer lateral line replacement.

This project will consist of removing the existing VRF system and all associated cassette units and installing a new 20-ton AHU system complete with all required ductwork and VAV components. The contractor shall contract and coordinate with Hoffman & Hoffman for all controls integration and system commissioning.

Forsyth County is looking for licensed, qualified contractor to help perform all aspects of HVAC/Refrigeration work including but not limited to, chiller service, compressor change outs, rooftop units, walk-in coolers, and troubleshooting HVAC-R equipment, etc.

The existing facility is approximately 4,800 square feet and was previously utilized for final dewatering operations. Charlotte Water intends to repurpose the structure into a flexible R&D space to support pilot testing, process optimization, and innovation initiatives. Improvements are expected to include interior renovations and limited site modifications to support ADA accessibility and operational needs. The selected firm will evaluate the existing building and provide design services to support the conversion into an R&D facility. Existing Conditions Assessment: Evaluate current building structure, systems, and utilities. Facility Layout: Develop layout for R&D/pilot space, small analytical lab, offices, break area, and restrooms. Building Systems Design: Provide architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services. Utility Coordination: Identify required modifications and tie-ins to existing utilities. ADA Improvements: Evaluate and design necessary site grading and accessibility upgrades. Permitting and Bid Documents: Prepare documents required for permitting and construction bidding. Engineering Support: Provide support during bidding and limited construction phase services (RFIs, submittals, site visits).

The Project consists generally of the following major items: Base Bid - Structures #6 and #7 consist of replacing the existing timber structures with fiberglass structures. Alternate 1 - Structures #102 and #103 consists of replacing the existing timber decking with FRP. Alternate 2 - Structure #17 consists of replacing the existing timber structure with Timber Glu-lams and timber decking. Alternate 3 - Structure #17 consists of replacing the existing timber structure with steel framing and FRP decking.

The project generally consists of mobilization, survey, asphalt demolition, repaving, concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk demolition, sidewalk installation, and waterline installation.

This contract consists of providing personnel, equipment and materials to construct the Ragan and E Russell Culvert Replacements; approximately 70 total LF of various size precast box culverts, 85 LF of 8 water line, 200 LF of 8 sewer line, 100 tons of various grade asphalt, 400 SY of asphalt milling, clearing, and other various items associated with the contract plans and specifications.

The Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts, located at 2 E. South Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide pressure-washing services for the facility, including Memorial Auditorium, Meymandi Concert Hall, Fletcher Opera Theater, and Kennedy Theatre. The purpose of this work is to enhance and maintain the facilitys appearance, ensuring it reflects the historical significance of the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts.

The selected contractor shall be responsible for furnishing equipment and providing hauling services for solid waste and recyclable materials collected at twelve (12) convenience sites and various County building locations. In addition, the contractor shall provide staffing and fully operate these convenience sites, which serve the unincorporated areas of Carteret County.

Scope of Work: Replacing existing non-compliant ramps and pedestrian crossing buttons at the intersections of WT Harris Blvd @ The Plaza and WT Harris Blvd @ Grier Rd. Replacing non-compliant ramps along Grier road from WT Harris Blvd to Newell Hickory Grove Rd. Connecting the existing sidewalk gap at Decapolis Dr.

The objective is to obtain professional service necessary for providing preventative maintenance on all paved parking lots within the County owned facilities.

The Project consists generally of the following major items: Site preparation, including installation of temporary erosion control measures, surface and tree root protection, selective tree removal, and demolition. Installation of approximately 41-linear feet boulder toe with soil lift. Site restoration of approximately 700-square yards, including floodplain benching, additional grading, seeding, fencing, resetting landscape and hardscape features, installation of erosion control fabric and coir blankets.
