The project generally consists of various rehabilitation items. Work includes flooring, vanity tops, sinks, plumbing and fixtures, doors and windows, cabinets, bathrooms, decks, electrical and other miscellaneous items.

Provide regularly scheduled removal for management, disposal and, when possible, recycling of residential and small business electronics at six locations.

The project consists of the renovation of the basement level of the existing four-story Burlington Lab Building on NC State's North Campus. This project will renovate 4,163 square feet of vacated shop space into wet-research labs to accommodate three new research faculty. The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and exhaust modifications and will include the furnishing of labor, material and equipment.

The scope of work will include but is not limited to the following: Project planning to include code analysis, value engineering options, preliminary cost estimates, and schedule development. Evaluation of the existing site conditions including review of existing surveys and geo-technical evaluations, environmental assessment, and existing utilities. Secure any new or additional studies to address data gaps. Comprehensive project design, to include the building, site, equipment installation, and utilities. Design process will include interfacing with the Town to refine project criteria related to dimensions and performance of the interior and exterior of the facility. Permitting for all aspects of the project though all required agencies. Construction of the project. Project management to assure subcontractors are performing to design and product specifications. Schedule management to assure on-time completion. Cash flow forecasting throughout the duration of the project. Weekly on-site meetings with Town staff for updates. Project closeout, commissioning and handover, delivering manuals, establishing warranties, equipment training, final inspection and acceptance, execution of punch list and record drawings.

Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) desires to contract with a qualified materials testing firm to provide materials testing services associated with CFPUA Southside Water Reclamation Facility expansion project. This project includes the design of replacement and upgraded treatment facilities at the Southside Water Reclamation Facility (SSWRF) in Wilmington, North Carolina. Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (Owner) has contracted with HDR to serve as Owners Advisor (OA). Crowder Construction Company (Design-Builder) and Hazen and Sawyer (Design Consultant) have been selected as the Design-Builder and Design Consultant, respectively, as the Design-Build Team to construct the new plant. McKim and Creed is serving as a Design Sub-Consultant to Hazen for selected engineering related services. Southside Water Reclamation Facility is located at 3436 River Rd, Wilmington NC on property owned by CFPUA. The existing 12 MGD treatment plant will be expanded to 20 MGD.

The Project will consist of two primary phases. The preconstruction phase (Phase 1) will be comprised of the design services including, but not limited to, those listed below. The preconstruction phase end point will be defined as the submittal to the City of the Design-Built Teams Proposal as defined in the Design Build Agreement attached hereto as part of Appendix IV. Project Management, Roadway Design, Hydraulics Design, Environmental Screening & Permits, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Design, Geotechnical Design, Pavement Management, Right-of-Way Services, Traffic Engineering Design, Utility Coordination & Design, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Constructability The construction phase (Phase 2) will be comprised of finalizing City approved, Released for Construction (RFC) plans, permits, specifications, and other supporting documents necessary to build the job. This phase will also include support documentation for the City Real Estate (Right-of-Way) team for the City to acquire necessary property rights for construction of the Project, utility relocation, and Project construction.

The Town of Kitty Hawk is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified firms to enter into contracts at no immediate or annual cost to the Town of Kitty Hawk for the following services: Contractors shall provide disaster recovery services including, but not limited to, clean-up, demolition, removal, reduction and disposal of debris resulting from a natural or manmade disaster as directed by the Town of Kitty Hawk in order to eliminate immediate threats to public health and safety.

Pender County seeks proposals from qualified firms and individuals to install pressure filters at five (5) well locations for the purpose of providing treatment for iron removal. Pender County Utilities has constructed five (5) groundwater wellhouses along the US-17 corridor in Scotts Hill and Hampstead that provide potable water to residents and businesses in the area. Iron and hydrogen sulfide in the groundwater has resulted in customer complaints. Pender County Utilities intends to install a pressure filter system at each wellhouse with associated piping, valves, controls, and media. Pender County is seeking a qualified contractor for a turnkey installation that includes disinfection, testing, and startup of each system. The work will be completed sequentially so that construction is only occurring at one wellhouse at a time.

The project generally includes planning, evaluation, design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, startup assistance, and related engineering services for the following improvements: Installation of a new ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) investigation and corrective action recommendations Design of tertiary treatment improvements, including tertiary/sand filtration systems Associated civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and site improvements necessary to support the project.

The Department of Adult Correction (DAC) seeks treatment and control of pests which are currently present in its facilities and buildings and on the adjacent grounds or may reasonably be expected to appear at some point during the course of the contract. Termites and birds are NOT included. The Department of Adult Correction (DAC) requires the following: 1) All pests are included in the coverage except birds and termites. Services to treat for nuisance birds and termite infestations shall be established separately from the scope of this agreement. 2) If the elimination of rodents requires the placement of rodent traps, vendor shall be responsible for supplying, monitoring, and disposing of rodent traps as needed. 3) All buildings (unless excluded by site officials for security reasons) are included in the performance of this contract. 4) All interior areas of each building (unless excluded by site officials for security reasons) are included and shall be subject to monthly treatment. 5) All contiguous, adjacent grounds are included and shall be treated on an as needed basis. The adjacent grounds shall be identified and designated by appropriate site officials (POC), and the frequency of treatment in these areas shall be at the discretion of appropriate site officials. This includes fire ants. Adjacent fields containing livestock and crops are excluded from this contract.

Work under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform exterior water intrusion repairs.

Storm Water Services (Storm Water) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering companies (Company or Proposer) to provide professional engineering services for Ongoing and Emerging Minor Storm Drainage Improvement Projects. Work may include but is not necessarily limited to initiating new projects and/or the review and completion of an existing projects activities already in progress. Minor drainage projects are the ones defined to average in total construction cost between $50,000 to $500,000 each. The general timeline to complete a project is typically 90-365 days (including all aspects of planning, design, real estate, utility coordination, etc., excluding construction).

The Project will consist of a full interior and exterior renovation of an existing building found at 5209 W. Wendover Ave. High Point, NC 27265. The purpose of the renovation is to create a new recovery facility for women with children within Guilford County, North Carolina. The area of work for the Project within the existing building is approximately 32,069 SF. The scope of work includes architectural, interiors, MEP/FP engineering, civil engineering, structural engineering, landscape architecture, foodservice, and security design requirements. The center will be licensed by the State of North Carolinas Division of Health Service Regulation (NC DHSR). Exterior renovations at the facility will include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) utility upgrades; (2) parking lot replacement; (3) new playground equipment; (4) outdoor patio structures; (5) fencing; (6) landscaping; and (7) exterior lighting. Interior renovations will include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) reconfiguration of interior walls and ceilings; and (2) finish upgrades to accommodate the spaces new program. Mechanical renovations will include the replacement of ductwork, controls, and air handlers as well as the addition of a new chiller and associated piping. Electrical renovations will include lighting, outlet, and fire alarm replacements. Plumbing renovations will include the renovation of all restrooms in the facility as well as kitchen equipment replacement. The facilitys existing sprinkler, telecommunications, and security systems will also need to be replaced.

Forsyth County is seeking proposals for A/C & Chiller Maintenance services at various County facilities.

This project involves replacing the existing roof of the 94,750-square-foot Materials Support Warehouse (originally built in 1996 and expanded in 2001). The new roof must be designed for a 2030 year lifespan to protect the universitys storage and surplus goods. The project will follow standard State Construction Office (SCO)procedures.

This project closes a sidewalk gap along Harrisburg Road by providing a continuous pedestrian connection from Breeze Way to Evans Woods Drive, including associated drainage and driveway improvements.

Work shall consist of cleaning all the exposed exterior surfaces for the requested water and wastewater storage tanks. This also includes facility exterior and interior surfaces of existing facilities. Exterior surface areas for tanks include but are not limited to; concrete foundations, concrete pedestals, concrete roof systems, steel columns, steel pedestals, steel tank bowls, catwalks, ladders, support members and accessories attached to the tank.

236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The general intent of this solicitation is to award a Fixed Price Construction Contract for a Design-Bid-Build (DBB), construction services for the P-1550 SOF Marine Raider Battalion Company & Team Facilities located at the Marine Corps Base in Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. The project is to provide construction of 6,815 SM (73,400 SF) SOF Marine Battalion Operations, Supply, Communications, and Intel facility; 11,812 SM (127,200 SF) Company HQ and Team Facilities; 1,635 SM (17,600 SF) Company Storage Buildings and miscellaneous supporting structures, utilities, parking, roadways, pedestrian ways/sidewalks, and site work at Stone Bay at the Marine Corps Base (MCB) in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The structures will be single-story steel frame buildings with brick veneer over metal studs, standing seam metal roofs, metal soffits, and translucent wall panels. Special construction features include pile foundations, surcharged sites, wetlands mitigation, and storm water best management practices.
