General work description: Replace bridge fender system and skirt modification.

Park gateway, trail extensions, utility installation, road improvements, grading, drainage, landscaping; and construction of park amenities such as restrooms, pavilion, trails, parking and removal of septic systems.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the Specifications and Contract Documents. The general items of work include the rehabilitation of an estimated 19,060 feet of the existing 6-inch to 15-inch wastewater pipelines with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, including installation of temporary sewage bypass pumps and piping system (above ground), safety measures, traffic control, and all appurtenant work. The work also includes the installation of service lateral connections (SLC) at selected locations, as well as the rehabilitation of 84 maintenance holes with polyurethane lining.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to rehabilitate the existing concrete marginal wharf at National City Marine Terminal (NCMT) Berth 24-11 and to reinstall the existing shore power system, as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. The Work includes demolition and removal of portions of the existing concrete deck, pile caps, and appurtenances, construction of a new reinforced concrete deck, repair of existing piles, installation of pile jackets, and replacement of waterfront elements, including bull rails, wale systems, and mooring hardware such as bollards. Electrical work includes removal, relocation, and reinstallation of the existing shore power system and associated infrastructure, including conduits, manholes, and appurtenances, along with complete testing and commissioning of the system as a fully operational installation. The Work also includes installation and replacement of utilities and site improvements, including potable water, stormwater, drainage, pavement replacement, and utility potholing. Additional work includes excavation, backfill, dewatering, demolition, hauling, disposal, and temporary work necessary to complete the Project. The Contractor shall coordinate all work to maintain terminal operations and minimize impacts to tenants and vessel activity.

The Port of Oakland (The Port") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to implement and manage all of the following systems/databases for the Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport (OAK or Airport): (1) Multi-User Flight Information Display System (MUFIDS); (2) Content Management System (CMS); (3) Airport Operational Database (AODB); and (4) Resource Management System (RMS). The services shall be provided by a single entity under a single contract, if an award is made. The Port will accept and review all proposals received that meet the minimum requirements. Scope of work for this project will consist of the following: Replace chillers and cooling towers at the Fresno City College central Plant and modernization of chillers at Clovis Community College central plant

Remediate interior concrete flooring due to flaws including uneven surfaces, rough surface texture, uneven sheen, trowel marks/patterns, uneven color and steel trowel burning, boot prints, cracks, spalls, and pitting. The County of Santa Barbara, Public Works Department, Transportation Division, is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide professional architectural and engineering (A&E) services for the preparation of Type Selection Reports (TSR), Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E), geotechnical engineering, hydraulic engineering, environmental permitting support, right-of-way (ROW) engineering support, utility coordination, and related professional services for the Refugio Rd Low Water Crossing Over Refugio Creek Alternatives and Design.

Description of Work: The Work includes: 1. Construction of 7,504 SF Fire Station, 2. Construction of 2 drive-through bays, staff dorm rooms, office, toilet facilities, fitness room, kitchen, day room, and utility spaces, 3. Construction is Slab on Grade with spread footings, wood framing, and prefabricated wood trusses, 4. Mechanical and plumbing systems, 5. Electrical system and low-voltage design for a fully functional fire station, 6. Site improvements including concrete paving, parking, trash enclosure, emergency generator, fuel tank, patio spaces and landscape. Location of Work is 653 Pitt School Road, Dixon, CA 95620, Solano County.

The Project consists of improvements to existing 7,500 square foot commercial building located at 1247 Gene Autry Trail, Palm Springs, CA. Scope includes selective demolition, interior framing, finishes, MEP upgrades, HVAC upgrades, new roof, exterior paint and limited site improvements. Pre-qualification applications must be submitted by July 23, 2026.

The Project consists of the alteration of an existing office building. Interior improvements to offices and training rooms, including MEP upgrades, roofing improvements, and HVAC system upgrades.

The City is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional surveying services for approximately 5,200 sanitary sewer manholes within the sewer collection system. The work will include obtaining survey-grade flowline elevations for all inlet and outlet pipes, along with the necessary horizontal and vertical control data. The resulting dataset will directly support updates to the Citys GIS, improve the accuracy of hydraulic modeling, strengthen asset management practices, and inform long term capital improvement planning. This is not a manhole conditions survey. No entry into manholes will be involved and confined space requirements do not apply.

The San Diego Unified Port Districts Engineering-Construction Department seeks submittals from qualified professional service firms for as-needed electrical engineering services. The scope of services to be provided is detailed in the RFQ.

Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to support IIDs substation equipment replacement program. Such work may include but is not limited to: Power transformers, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, busbars, Capacitor banks, voltage regulators, surge arresters, Underground conduits and manholes, handhole boxes, Conductors and insulators, and Control, power and communication cables.

This Project is to replace and/or relocate and/or abandon eleven (11) Existing and deteriorated pressure reducing stations in various locations throughout the City of San Diego.

The Scope of Work encompasses the full design, documentation, and construction to deliver a complete, integrated, operational facility that consolidates all Rental Car Company functions into a single, efficient complex. The work includes planning, design, coordination, preparation of all technical documents necessary for regulatory review, and construction that provides for a long-term facility performance.

OC Public Works intends to pre-qualify firms to provide services for Architect-Engineer (A-E) and A-E related County-wide and District-wide services for their various maintenance and capital projects. To satisfy this need, this Request for Qualification (RFQ) process will enable the County to establish Qualified Vendor Lists (QVL) for A-E disciplines to provide those services. The Qualified Vendor List (QVL) will be established through this (RFQ) process and will result in Board of Supervisors awarded contracts with a term of three (3) years. At the conclusion of the contract term, the County may issue a new solicitation to provide additional Contractors the opportunity to compete for future services.

The Trustees of the California State University will receive electronic sealed bid proposals from prequalified contractors via the CSUBUY system, for furnishing all labor and materials for General Contractors B License Contracts. This Notice to Contractors is for the award of four (4) General Contracting JOCs which are competitively bid, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contracts. The Trustees reserve the right to award additional agreements as needed. The Contract scope of work includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. It is awarded to the Contractor for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The University issues discrete, fixed-price task or job orders, as needed, under the contract. Under the JOC concept, the Contractor furnishes all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work.
