The description of this project is The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) requires electrical services for the OCTA 91 Express Lanes gantry entrance. The work includes furnishing all labor, parts, equipment, closure crews, and personnel to perform all electrical work as detailed in the scope of work, the plans and specifications. All electrical installation, repair, and maintenance must comply with local and national codes and standards, including state, county, and municipal requirements, as well as the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal OSHA).

Scope of Services: The work to be performed consists of: drilling and installing production wells at the Tanglewood and Sunset well sites, including site preparation, installation of temporary perimeter sound walls, reverse rotary drilling, lithologic sampling, geophysical logging, installation of casing and screen, installation of gravel pack and intermediate seals, installation of sanitary seal, well development, pump testing, and installation of surface completion.

Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; doing all work associated with maintenance or improvements to existing signs, sign posts, and striping; and providing proper traffic and pedestrian control, including placement of temporary no parking signs when necessary

As-needed Traffic Control Services

23 - Construction. This project will remove and lawfully dispose of or provide for recycling the existing single ply membrane, and flashings, exposing the existing polyisocyanurate insulation at the low-sloped roofs. Install designated insulation and cover board over the existing insulation and decks scheduled to remain. Replace discovered damaged decking that is scheduled to remain, repair metal deck at abandoned equipment locations. Install specified insulation, cover board and new roof membrane. Install a new, white, 90-mil, Class A, EPDM single ply roof system. The roof system shall be installed per manufacturers requirements and specifications and will qualify for the roof system manufacturers installation certificate. Install protective surfacing for roof traffic. The roof system shall be constructed of specified manufacturers materials, to meet uplift resistance.

The City of Beaumont requests written responses to a Request for Proposal for prepare a comprehensive feasibility study and business plan for priority community recreation facilities identified in the Beaumont Parks Master Plan services. The selected consultant will be one that has demonstrated experience and professionalism in the preparation of final construction documents and specifications required for final city plan approvals.

The City of Santee is requesting bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary for the Doors & Gates Maintenance, Repair & Replacement including but not limited to; ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance, operation, replacement and construction of doors, roll-up doors, and gates through regular inspections, preventive maintenance and replacement or construction of doors, roll-up doors and gates on an as-needed basis for City facilities including Santee City Hall, Fire Stations, City Parks and Operations Center. The intent is to have all maintenance related work, repair and installation of doors, roll-up doors and gates in one Public Works construction contract.

Scope of Services: The work to be performed consists of: the installation of approximately 8700 linear feet of 16-inch diameter Class 250 ductile iron waterline pipe, and additional 500 linear feet of 12-inch and 8-inch diameter pipe, three pressure reducing valve stations, 11 hydrants, completion of five interties, 48,000 square feet of paving, temporary traffic control and stormwater pollution prevention plan compliance measures.

Notice is hereby given that VTA is now soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from bidders (Bidders) with construction expertise to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to repair and replace VTA's light rail systems infrastructure, including wayside equipment, which is necessary for rail service. This Request for Pre-Qualification of Bidders is intended to solicit information in the form of a qualification questionnaire and qualification statements. All Bidders that intend to submit a bid for the Project must fully complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by VTA in order to be included on the final qualified Bidders list. No bid will be accepted from a Bidder that has failed to comply with these requirements. If two or more contractors submit a SOQ as part of a Joint Venture, or expect to submit a SOQ as part of a Joint Venture, each entity within the Joint Venture must be separately pre-qualified

The Work shall consist of, but not be limited to, construction of new emergency generator facilities including installation of two new generators and appurtenances (provided by others), and all related work.

Items of Work include the Contractor providing and delivering all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, supplies, and safety measures, necessary to complete the replacement of water-based fire protection systems.

General work description: A contract to provide trucking services consisting of trucks and operators to support road and flood control maintenance repair work, including transportation of debris, aggregate, hot mix asphalt, and rock, on an as-needed basis

Sealed bids will be accepted by Los Angeles County Public Works, Project Management Division III, for the rehabilitation of airport ramp and apron pavement and the performance of other appurtenant work under Project ID No. APT5080459, San Gabriel Valley Airport Apron Pavement Repairs, in the City of El Monte.

Scope of Services The selected Design-Build contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, management, and professional services necessary to complete the project, including preconstruction (design-assist) and construction phase services. The Contractor shall serve as the single point of responsibility and shall furnish and manage an appropriately qualified design team, which may include an architect, structural engineer, and any additional consultants required to successfully deliver the project. The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Construction of a single-story multi-tenant commercial building with restrooms consisting of a 9,571 square foot steel and wood building with an exterior envelope consisting mainly of corrugated metal and fiber cement siding with storefronts and operable multi-panel doors. The scope of the building includes footings, slab, all underground utilities, utilities as outlined in documents, structural framing, roofing, exterior enclosure with storefront and doors, interior fit out as identified, electrical switch gear, mechanical systems, lighting, fire protection, and plumbing infrastructure for future tenants, and other items not mentioned here, but are required by the plans and the Special Provisions. The Work includes the rehabilitation of Taxiway B and supports the removal and replacement of the deteriorated asphalt pavement along Taxiway B at San Diego International Airport (Airport). Specific tasks include but are not limited to asphalt pavement milling and overlay, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and dust control, mobilization and demobilization, installation and removal of temporary construction barricades, signage and markings, temporary erosion control, asphalt shoulder rehabilitation, and installation of pavement markings.

236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The project includes all design and construction necessary to renovate and modernize the eight (8) lane Bowling Center (Bldg. 485) to include replacement of the existing pinsetter unit with new pinsetter unit to include string bowling, electronic gaming area and food operation including all demolition, installation, renovation, temporary construction and restoration necessary to produce a complete and useable facility.

General work description: Structural steel (bridge).

The District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to replace the existing Regatta Sanitary Sewer Lift Station to improve reliability, maintainability, and compliance with current regulatory and safety standards. The selected consultant will evaluate the existing lift station, determine which components (if any) can be reused or rehabilitated, and develop construction plans and contract documents for a new facility. In addition, the consultant will utilize information gathered during the design process and from recent lift station projects to consolidate data and prepare a Sewer Lift Station Standards Document that will be used to guide standardized equipment, features, and preferences for future pump station projects
