The electrical contractor shall provide the work necessary to remove and replace the lighting inverter batteries, lighting inverters and uninterruptible power supply at the City College Campus as called out on the drawings.

Project Description: he Work is generally described as follows: Repair and rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer manholes, including patching and coating interior surfaces of manholes, replacing manholes, replacing cleanouts, raising manholes, reforming inverts, and replacing manhole frames and covers. Cured-in-place pipe lining of existing sanitary sewer pipes. Pipe bursting existing sanitary sewer mains and reconnection of the existing laterals. Replacement of existing sanitary sewer mains and lateral connections. Bypass pumping and/or rerouting of sewage as necessary for construction of the project per plans and specifications. Spot repairs and lateral connection repairs. Dewatering and the construction of all temporary shoring and slope protection systems required to complete the work. Water pollution control and site protection measures shown on the plans, specified herein, and/or required by regulatory agencies. Traffic and pedestrian control throughout construction in conformance with the plans, and as directed by the City. Replacement of damaged or disturbed landscaping, private improvements, fences, curb & gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, traffic loops, and other miscellaneous items. Site restorations for areas disturbed by construction. Other miscellaneous and incidental improvements for complete facilities.
The project includes excavation, cold milling, grading, removal & replacement of asphalt concrete pavement and Portland cement concrete, sidewalk, curb ramps, cross gutters, curb & gutter, and striping.
The Contract scope of work includes a collection of detailed flooring repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. It is awarded to the Contractor for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of buildings, structures, or other real property associated with this contract. The University issues to the Contractor discrete, fixed-price task or job orders, as needed, under the contract. Under the JOC concept, the Contractor furnishes all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work.
Scope of Services: Work to be performed includes replacement of storm drain system, abandonment of existing pipe and cleaning of the existing detention basin.
The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work. Work shall include but is not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of existing concrete improvements, saw cutting, asphalt pavement reconstruction, asphalt cold mill and overlay, asphalt patching, crack sealing, slurry sealing, adjustment of water valves and manholes to grade, traffic control, and replacement of all existing pavement markings with reflective thermoplastic products per Caltrans current specifications.
