Description: Contractor to furnish and install all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the work. The scope includes work required to support the replacement and new installation of multiple HVAC systems at the OPS building identified in the mechanical plans for this project, including the startup and testing of all electrical equipment shown and specified in order to provide a complete and operational electrical and control service to each of the mechanical units covered under this project.

In general, the project consists of curb ramp construction, application of slurry seal, striping, pavement markings, and signage to various streets as identified in the project plans.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to construct and enhance multi-use recreational trails within the Desert View Conservation Area (DVCA), including new and realigned multi-use trails, installation of directional and interpretive signage, trail mile markers, and animal footprint paving; construction of shade shelters, kiosks, and a rock outcrop view platform with seating and interpretive elements; placement of site furnishings such as benches, tables, and trash receptacles; installation of cable fencing. Work must comply with approved plans, environmental protection measures, site restrictions, and applicable standards, ensuring safe public access, site management, and timely completion of all deliverables, inspections, and restoration activities.

Scope of Work: The work shall include engineering evaluation, investigation, design development, preparation of contract documents, and coordination with City staff and regulatory agencies as necessary to complete the pump station rehabilitation project. The Consultant shall design pump station upgrades. The design shall prioritize simplified operation, improved safety, reduced maintenance burden, and long-term operational reliability. The design shall evaluate alternatives that improve long-term operational reliability, system capacity, and maintainability while simplifying facility operation and integration with existing City infrastructure.

The scope of services includes Services for the City's Storm Drain System for City Facilities and Streets. Project Description: he Work is generally described as follows: Repair and rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer manholes, including patching and coating interior surfaces of manholes, replacing manholes, replacing cleanouts, raising manholes, reforming inverts, and replacing manhole frames and covers. Cured-in-place pipe lining of existing sanitary sewer pipes. Pipe bursting existing sanitary sewer mains and reconnection of the existing laterals. Replacement of existing sanitary sewer mains and lateral connections. Bypass pumping and/or rerouting of sewage as necessary for construction of the project per plans and specifications. Spot repairs and lateral connection repairs. Dewatering and the construction of all temporary shoring and slope protection systems required to complete the work. Water pollution control and site protection measures shown on the plans, specified herein, and/or required by regulatory agencies. Traffic and pedestrian control throughout construction in conformance with the plans, and as directed by the City. Replacement of damaged or disturbed landscaping, private improvements, fences, curb & gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, traffic loops, and other miscellaneous items. Site restorations for areas disturbed by construction. Other miscellaneous and incidental improvements for complete facilities.

The project includes excavation, cold milling, grading, removal & replacement of asphalt concrete pavement and Portland cement concrete, sidewalk, curb ramps, cross gutters, curb & gutter, and striping.

The project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals as a lump sum. Responsibilities include complying with all contract documents and building codes, participating in a City-led preconstruction meeting, and addressing items such as scheduling, site access, deliveries, safety, and security. The contractor must provide temporary facilities including fencing, pedestrian and traffic control, bathroom facilities, temporary power, and any required temporary utilities. Best Management Practices must be implemented per City standards. Mobilization includes all preparatory work, establishing staging areas, and securing materials and equipment. The contractor is responsible for safeguarding materials, legal disposal of waste, and repairing any damage to existing site features. Subsequent bid items address specific demolition and construction tasks on both the south and north sides of the Bay Breeze Fence Project, each paid on a lump-sum basis. Demolition items include removing existing fences, posts, foundations, and damaged structures, as well as salvaging designated components. Construction items include furnishing and installing new wrought-iron fencing that meets City-approved specifications, with galvanized and powder-coated materials, welded joints, and pre-fabricated panels. A retaining wall on the north side shall be repaired or reconstructed using materials that match existing conditions, including proper installation of wall blocks, top caps, dowels, and adhesives. The project also includes construction of a new Good Neighbor wood fence on the north side using redwood and pressure-treated cedar materials, installed according to best practices and coordinated with the City and adjacent homeowner. Temporary fencing is required during construction, and all gaps and layout requirements must be addressed. An additional alternate bid item includes applying wood sealant to both sides of the new wood fence. All items are to be completed per the contract documents and field conditions, with coordination required for any discrepancies.

The Contract scope of work includes a collection of detailed flooring repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. It is awarded to the Contractor for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of buildings, structures, or other real property associated with this contract. The City of Palm Desert is seeking a qualified Contractor to construct landscape improvements at three locations as a pilot project for the Median Landscape Master Plan. The project is intended to implement pilot median improvements consistent with the approved project plans and the Citys landscape standards. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, traffic control, utility coordination, and incidental work necessary to complete the project. Major components include mobilization, clearing and grubbing, dust control, landscape grading, soil preparation, irrigation and electrical connections, plant installation, boulder and decomposed granite installation, stone paving, maintenance, plant establishment, and warranty-related replacement work.

Scope of Services: Work to be performed includes replacement of storm drain system, abandonment of existing pipe and cleaning of the existing detention basin.

The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work.
