The City of Roseville is soliciting bids to replace the existing food service exhaust hood, Ansul system, walk-in cooler and freezer, and ADA upgrades at the Woodcreek Clubhouse

Project consists of construction of restroom building with utility connections and shade structures. Work includes but is not limited to replanting of tree groves, irrigation, demolition of existing non-functioning fountain, site repairs, site utility removals, landscaping, and replacement of damaged site furnishings.

The City is seeking a contractor to perform services for the upgrade of mechanical systems at the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant and Los Robles Greens Golf Course. At the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant, work shall include replacement of all controls and control system components with new at various buildings. New controls to be installed at select buildings. Replacement of exhaust fans, with associated structural and roofing work, and replacement of VFDs. At the Los Robles Greens Golf Course, work shall include replacement of the existing chiller and pump with new equipment, and the replacement of the existing gas-fired boiler and HHW pump with new equipment. In addition, a new air-cooled split system VRF to provide supplemental cooling to the kitchen and dishwasher room. All existing HVAC system controls to be replaced with new. Gardens buildings to have all new controls added.

The Project is an integral part of the Hetch Hetchy Water and Power water supply system (Hetch Hetchy system). The main purpose of the Hetch Hetchy system is to convey raw drinking water from Hetch Hetchy Reservoir to the San Francisco Bay Area. This conveyance is achieved through a combination of reservoirs, pipelines, and tunnels. Moccasin Reservoir is located directly downstream of the last of the three powerhouses of the Hetch Hetchy system, directly over Moccasin Creek. On March 22, 2018, a severe storm caused a flood surge and damaged various infrastructure. The Project includes modifying the approach upstream of the ogee-crested weir, enlarging/modifying the ogee-crested weir, new concrete bridge, new concrete spillway chute, enlarged stilling basin, and other work as detailed in this RFQ&P.

This project will convert the existing high voltage street lighting systems to low voltage by replacing 88 streetlights and 140 fixtures/lamps with LED fixtures. Work also includes the installation of new conduit, pullboxes, and wires. In addition, the project will include the installation of technology to provide real-time reporting of light outages/failures. The project is in the vicinity of Southeast Los Angeles and Wilmington.

The City of Oceanside is proposing to repair two (2) parking lots located at Oceanside Harbor. The general scope of work for both parking lots is as follows: Harbor Parking Lot 1: scope of work includes crack seal, seal coating, restriping, removing planters, and replacing asphalt. See Attachment A scope of work details. Harbor Parking Lot 4: scope of work includes crack seal, seal coating, restriping, grind and overlay, and raising a concrete utility box. See Attachment C for scope of work details.

The work includes the provision of all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to complete the construction of the following, as specified and shown in the Construction Documents: Construction of Well 30 and associated well pump foundation.

The Public Works Department of the City of Costa Mesa (City) is requesting proposals for professional engineering services for the design of the Citys Center Street Pedestrian Crossing and Circulation Improvements project. Placentia Avenue is a 4-lane Primary Arterial with a continuous two-way left-turn lane and with directional Class IV separated bicycle facilities (Cycle Tracks). The posted speed limit along Placentia Avenue within the project limits is 35 miles per hour (mph). At the intersection of Placentia Avenue and Center Street, there are retail land uses on the northwest and northeast corners of the intersection and residential properties on the southwest and southeast corners. Center Street is a 2-lane local residential street with single family homes east of Center Street and multi-family housing west of Center Street. Center Street has on-street parking on both sides of the street and has a posted speed limit of 25 mph. The purpose of the project is to facilitate pedestrian crossing movements at the intersection of Placentia Avenue and Center Street and further improve bicycle and pedestrian safety. The City of Costa Mesa would like to procure professional engineering services for the Center Street Pedestrian Crossing and Circulation Improvements (Project) to design a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon Signal (Also known as HAWK signal) on Placentia Avenue at Center Street (Exhibit A). The project includes a new curb extension (bulb-out) at the northwest corner of Placentia Avenue and Center Street to supplement the new crossing. The project will also consist of new signing and striping, slurry seal, new curb ramps, sidewalk, landscaping, parkways and utility relocations (as needed).

The project work requiring architectural design services include: A renovation and redesign of the multi-occupancy, multi-gendered restroom to satisfy ADA requirements. The facilities shall include two (2) standard stalls and one (1) ADA accessible stall, in addition to a communal sink area. The existing storage closet can be demoed to allow additional space for the facilities. Sewer piping will need to be removed and replaced to rid the current system of any corroded or piping in unacceptable condition. Renovation and redesign of the private restroom near the west entrance of the station. The restroom is to be widened to allow additional space for occupants. Existing walls separating the private office from the communal work area shall be demolished. Wall and windows separating the active police communal work area and the front entrance area shall be demolished and rebuilt to exclude any windows and a more secure door. Walls for existing front counter office, opposite the main entrance, shall be demolished, along with counters. New partition with access doors to be constructed. New HVAC units, including any accommodations to ensure structural integrity of existing roof will not be compromised, including new ducting in area of proposed upgrades. New ACT ceiling below existing ceiling. Convert existing COATS ROOM into coffee bar area and demo existing wall separating room from communal work area. Update electrical subpanel to assist in accommodating additional loads. Other cosmetic and construction work to be performed not requiring architectural design or input include: Abatement (ceiling, floors, and walls). Prepping, priming, and painting existing walls within limits of work. Removing and replacing existing floors with Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) within limits of work. Embed all wall mounted electrical within limits of work. Removing and replacing all lighting within limits of work. Removing all of the cubicles and desks and replacing them with units chosen by the City.

Los Angeles County Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing, and Inspection Services for projects in various locations throughout the County.

The City of Palmdale seeks a qualified consultant to provide professional civil and traffic engineering design services, as well as public outreach services for PN 943, 10th Street West from Rancho Vista Blvd to Avenue M-8, (Project). The Project is located along 10th Street West from Rancho Vista Blvd to Avenue M-8, a major arterial road and designated Truck Route. The Project proposes to reconstruct the roadway pavement and install ADA concrete sidewalks. The proposed scopes include design services for City of Palmdale coordination and permitting, public notification, traffic control per the WATCH Manual, drainage study, pavement deflection and structural spatial inventory of utility infrastructure at the surface, complete plans specifications, and construction costs.

The project is part of the Measure M MSP South Bay Transportation System and Mobility Improvements Program and implements a comprehensive package of First/Last Mile improvements identified in the Inglewood First/Last Mile Plan. The project focuses on enhancing pedestrian and bicycle access to the Fairview Heights, Downtown Inglewood, Westchester/Veterans, and Crenshaw Green Line station areas through improvements such as crosswalk and sidewalk upgrades, ADAcompliant curb ramps, bicycle facilities, bus shelters, trafficcalming features, landscaping, and street furniture. The project builds upon prior City planning efforts aimed at improving safe, accessible, and multimodal connections to transit and is funded exclusively through Measure M transportation funds.

The purpose and intent of this solicitation is for, but not limited to, removal and disposal of the existing fire station mobile home-style barracks and replace it with a new wildland urban interface (WUI) rated, barracks-style mobile home. The Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to demolish vacant Building 13140 Thor Dormitory including slabs, adjacent sidewalks, interior floors, walls, ceilings, exterior walls, roof, interior and exterior doors, windows and all existing equipment (e.g. mechanical, communications, electrical systems) and any furnishings within the building. All equipment supporting B13140 shall be removed from B13143 Mechanical Support Building.
