Project Scope: The Project consists of renovating the sanitary sewer and water systems near Robert W. Crown Memorial State Beach. Key elements include: Replacing older restroom and sewer/water lines along McKay Avenue. Separating the East Bay Regional Park Districts sanitary sewer and water supply systems from the adjacent Wellness Center property.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and utility and transportation services and perform and complete all work required in connection with Bid #1498 AV Upgrade at Centennial Education Center Project.
This street project consists of reconstructing and repairing damaged street pavement, sidewalk, curb ramps, curbs and gutters, installation of bus pads, bus islands, and raised bike lanes. The project will also include vision zero and green elements, such as curb extensions, new traffic signals, traffic signal upgrades with protected left turns, tree replanting, bioswales (parkway swales) and dry wells.
Construct rubberized walking track, install new irrigation, benches, gazebo's, install trees, renovate existing restrooms.
Project Description: Phase 1 Construction and Installation of the following: Southbound widening of the existing roadway on Tassajara Road between the North Dublin Ranch Drive/Somerset Lane intersection and Tassajara Creek Bridge (located south of the Quarry Lane School Road/Rutherford Road intersection). The Southbound Improvements will include maintaining traffic and furnishing traffic control throughout construction, water pollution control, demolition/earthwork, roadway widening (including curb/gutter, parkway strips and stormwater linear bioretention areas, driveways, and detached sidewalks), utility relocation/adjustments, storm drainage and stormwater linear bioretention areas, landscaping infrastructure, irrigation infrastructure, loop detector infrastructure, lighting infrastructure, pavement cold planning, and paving, and interim signing/striping (to support the future ultimate corridor build-out.
Scope of Services: The work to be performed consists of constructing six (6) manholes and associated work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and shall perform all work necessary to complete the subject project in place and make all required connections to the existing drainage system.

SCWD is using a two-step process to pre-qualify and then select construction management and environmental services consultants for this Construction Management and Environmental Services RFP. Only previously pre-qualified Consultants are eligible to submit proposals on this integrated RFP. The SCWDs intent is to enter into a single contract for Construction Management and Environmental Services During Construction.
Construction of a World War II Memorial integrated into the Columbia Park Concept Plan. Work includes site preparation, concrete flatwork and foundations, installation of commemorative and interpretive elements, pedestrian pathways, seating, and associated landscaping within a designated passive-use area of the park.
The project consists of final grading of an existing planter to allow construction of a new approximately 8 wide x 50 long concrete sidewalk. The sidewalk is over a sloped hillside and will be a structural concrete deck which is pile supported by Helical Anchors and concrete edge beams. The edge of the sidewalk will be finished with a series of concrete masonry pilasters for connection of wrought iron guard railing. Refer to Project Specification for more details.
