Project Description: The Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Water Resources (DWR), Hazardous Waste Removal and Disposal Services on an as-needed basis. The services will be performed at Various Locations within the San Joaquin Field Division. The Contractor will furnish qualified labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to obtain field samples, analyze and identify, treat/neutralize if required, remove and transport, store, lab pack, recycle, and/or legally dispose of hazardous materials as requested by the DWR.

The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools and materials necessary to remodel the kitchen and bathrooms at Fire Station 3. City reserves the right to award all or only a portion of the work described in the solicitation. The City of Claremont is seeking qualified pest control management services to address ongoing rodent issues at several parks and the Oak Park Cemetery. Bids shall include the costs for all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform rodent abatement, either ground squirrel or gophers, at identified City locations.

Scope of Work: This Project includes abandoning an existing 2 water main and installing a new main connection on Wavecrest Road, installation of a new 8 water main, fire hydrants, service laterals, backflow preventers, water meters, pavement restoration, bollards and minor concrete replacement.

The Project consists of constructing a new 1-million-gallon (MG) prestressed concrete circular reclaimed water reservoir at Southern California Logistics Airport (SCLA), located east of Westwinds Road and south of Montana Street (APN 0459-211-16) within the City of Victorville. The new reservoir will replace the existing 600,000-gallon in-ground rubber-lined pond used for reclaimed water storage. Because the pond is open to the atmosphere, it is susceptible to algae growth and debris accumulation, making it difficult to maintain water quality. The pond also experiences significant evaporation losses in this desert environment. Upon completion of the new reservoir, the existing pond and associated pumps, onsite piping, valves, and appurtenances will be decommissioned, removed, backfilled as necessary, and abandoned, thereby improving system reliability, operational efficiency, and overall water quality.

Remove and replace existing joint sealant at all construction joints throughout Black Mountain Reservoir, basin number 2 with appropriate joint sealant, approximately 1400 VF (Vertical Foot) of wall construction joints, 6,500 linear feet (LF) of floor construction joints, and 1,100 LF of wall-to-floor construction joints. Repair and patch approximately 50 sq. ft. of floor slab spalling concrete inside basin number 2. Repair approximately 100 LF of minor shrinkage cracks inside basin number 2. Replace approximately 5 feet of the broken 2-inch sample pipe next to outlet sump inside basin number 2. Replace 3-inch combination air valve with 3-inch combination air-vacuum valve inside of the Inlet/Outlet Control Valve Building. Replace 1-inch combination air-valve with 1-inch combination air-vaccum valve inside the Inlet/Outlet Control Valve Building.

The work includes all labor, materials, equipment and the performance of all operations necessary to construct the water line extension project along the northwest corner of Panama Road and Hwy 184 including all utility locating and potholing, trenching, backfill, and pavement restoration, installation of pipelines, valves, fittings, and appurtenances and pressure testing and disinfection in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. The work generally consists of closing all sidewalk gaps located within one-half mile of a school entrance in various locations throughout the City: Acacia Street, La Palma Avenue, Frontera Street, & Santa Ana Canyon Road. The City of Visalia is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed consulting firms with demonstrated expertise in public works facility assessment, master planning, and related architectural and engineering services. The selected firm will lead a multidisciplinary team to conduct a comprehensive facility assessment and develop a long-term Facility Master Plan for the City of Visalia's Corporation Yard (Corp Yard), located at 335 N. Cain Street. The Corp Yard serves as the primary operational hub for multiple City divisions including Public Works, Fleet, Solid Waste, Streets, Traffic Safety, Parks, Trails, Urban Forestry, and Buildings.
