North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for the B121 Burlington Lab Renovation project located on North Campus. This project renovates 4,163 square feet of vacated shop space in the basement into wet-research labs in Burlington Labs (built 1953, with a 1973 addition) to accommodate three new faculty researchers. The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing scope.

The work generally consists of janitorial services for the Western Data center. Services to be performed Monday thru Friday, from 8:00am to 2:00pm, Eastern Standard Time.

Charlotte Water is seeking a Company to clean contaminated sediment from the 36-inch outfall to the Irwin Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Work includes cleaning the main, collecting dislodged sediment, transporting it to the treatment operations on the premises of the Irwin Creek WWTP, dewatering, and safe disposal of the contaminant.

The Contractor proposes to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to install approximately 1,200 linear feet of 2-inch PVC water main, reconnect sixteen (16) existing water services using Type K copper, and restore all disturbed pavement with 12 inches of ABC stone in 6" lifts compacted, and 3 inches of 9.5 C mix asphalt in 2 1.5 lifts, in accordance with municipal standards and specifications NC DEW Serial NO-20-00101

The City of Concord Housing Department (CHD) is requesting proposals for Electrical Services for CHD Public Housing units, CHD facilities buildings, and Market Rate units. This Request for Proposal is for qualified companies to provide electrical services during both regular business hours and emergency afterhours providing all necessary tools, equipment, labor and other resources as needed.

The Facility Operations Division of the General Services Department is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of approximately 180 buildings, including offices, fire stations, police division offices, and equipment shops, that house various City activities. The City also maintains cultural facilities, including museums and arenas that serve as venues for sports, entertainment, and other events. The City plans to contract with one or more Companies to provide routine preventive maintenance and repair services (Services) for approximately 50 Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), ranging from 208 volts to 460 volts, located at various City facilities (Project). Brand names include ABB, Danfoss, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, and Yaskawa. The City uses VFDs in various applications involving pumps and fans for HVAC systems to achieve energy savings. The City is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide professional, timely, and cost-effective services to the City.

NCCU will selectively upgrade the AE Student Union Renovation to create a modern, inclusive environment that enhances student engagement and operational efficiency as the program transitions to a One-Stop Student Services. Description of the Work: The Town of Summerfield (Town) intends to construct a fire flow system consisting of a 150,000-gallon elevated storage tank (EST) and a supply well with a minimum well yield of 200 gpm. This will support a 1,000 gpm flow for a 2 hour duration for the fire flow system.
