The project includes several new buildings including a teaching and research barn (14,597 SF), equipment storage barn (2,659 SF), hay storage barn (3,771 SF), composting shed (673 SF), quarantine shed (637 SF), well shed (46 SF), site work, and paddock development.

Work includes new medium voltage switchgear and replacement padmount switchgear for SUB SW-1 within the existing main substation yard providing power to most of campus. The scope shall include phased installation of the new switchgear to be fed from the existing Duke Energy transformer secondary and serve the replacement padmount switchgear and existing to remain padmount switchgear.

The project generally consists of the construction of a splash pad at Waymer Park.

Project components include replacement of approximately 5,225 linear feet of 8-inch water main and associated appurtenances and 4,840 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer and associated appurtenances in Granite Falls, NC.

Project includes the construction of sidewalk to close an existing sidewalk gap along Kings Ridge Drive. Work includes grading, installation of concrete sidewalk, ADA-compliant curb ramps, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, and adjustment of existing utilities as shown within the drawings and specifications.

This Project consist of the removal and replacement of corrugated metal pipe with 83 linear feet (LF) of 9 x 4 reinforced concrete box culvert; removal; and replacement of two headwalls; removal and replacement 311 LF of 15 reinforced concrete pipe (RCP); remove and replace 42 LF 24 RCP; removal and replacement 27 LF 18 RCP; bank grading; and removal and replacement of85 LF 10 ductile iron pipe of sewer.

The contract for services to fire suppression inspection and certification services located in WCPSS CNS kitchens includes: All fire suppression systems are to be inspected on a semi-annual schedule: a. System installed as per manufacturers specifications. b. System installed as per NC Fire Code Standards. c. All controls operating properly. d. Extinguishing agent proper pressure. e. Expelling agent proper weight. f. Expelling agent cartridge at proper weight. g. Distribution piping tight, secured with no blockage. h. System tested and service as per manufacturers specifications, NFPA Nos. 96, 17 and 17A, State and local fire codes. i. Fusible links are to be replaced per manufacturers recommendation. j. Certification forms to be furnished at each inspection service with a written report to Child Nutrition with a copy of certification form at the finish of each semi-annual service. k. Keep premises free from accumulation of waste materials. The vendor will be responsible for removing all debris from the premises and disposing of the same. l. Hydrostatic testing conducted if required.

This project will fully renovate that portion of the interior of the building occupied by the Morehead-Cain Foundation, repair & improve the exterior building envelope (including the roof), as well as renovate associated utility spaces located in the basements of both the addition and the original building. Improvements to the base building environmental systems are expected, including but not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, emergency power, fire alarm, and fire protection. Improvements to the building utilities and entry points will be evaluated for inclusion in the project as part of this design effort.

Preliminary engineering and design of electric vehicle charger stations in Hoke County to include electrical needs, parking spaces and ADA requirements. Preliminary engineering shall include NEPA process for federally funded projects.

Furnish and Install LED Sports Lighting Fixture retrofit to the existing sports lighting poles. Light Levels are to be 50 Maintained Foot-Candles across the field to meet the North Carolina High School Lighting Regulations and IES-RP6 Sports Lighting. Contractor to supply and install (4) new 2 light crossarms and 650-Watt fixtures on each pole to light track areas.

The project generally consists of stream debris removal services.

Wake County's Solid Waste Management Division is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive support services for its network of Solid Waste Facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing both routine and on-call litter collection around County Convenience Centers, as well as collecting and transporting various materials between facilities. The County seeks a contractor capable of providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform these services in a safe, timely, and environmentally responsible manner. As part of its waste management program, Wake County collects oyster shells at all Convenience Center sites. These shells must be transported to the designated collection area at the South Wake Solid Waste Facility. Additionally, residents leave various materialssuch as paint, used oil, grease, fire extinguishers, mattresses, propane tanks, scrap tires, and other itemsat the Convenience Centers. These materials must be properly collected and transported to the appropriate facilities for safe disposal or recycling.

The work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment for the demolition of an existing 2,400 SF building and the surrounding parking lot followed by construction of an approximate 5,000 SF two-story, non-combustible building to include offices, workstations, meeting rooms, toilets, an exterior 2nd floor balcony and new parking.

The overall project includes demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new 263-space urban precast concrete parking deck with elevators, egress stairwells, emergency generators, fire pump, and approximately 7,000 SF of retail shell space along 7th Street. Streetscape improvements to 7th Street are also included. Construction duration is anticipated to be approximately 12 months, subject to change based on Construction Drawings release.

The project generally consists of air flow reduction at the Lineberger Center.

The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete and operable installation of approximately 4,634 linear feet of 8-inch restrained joint polywrapped ductile iron water pipeline from the intersection of Raleigh Road and Burning Tree Drive through the intersection of Burning Tree Drive and Pinehurst Drive. Installation of approximately 831 linear feet of 2-inch SDR 17 PVC water main and 90 linear feet of 2-inch type K hard copper water main to be installed via open cut. Installation of all temporary and new permanent water services and interconnections, required to install complete and operable water lines meeting local requirements and requirements as described in the contract documents. Abandonment of approximately 5,470 linear feet of 8-inch AC water pipe by cellular concrete or grout fill. Applicable traffic control, restoration, erosion and sediment control, permitting, and other items required to meet local requirements and requirements as described in the contract documents.

The work includes all labor, equipment, and materials to complete in every detail of the work indicated on the plans and specifications. Specifically, all work incidental thereto Wildwood Park Bridges & Boardwalks Bid Package B2 as part of the Wildwood Park Observation Tower and Trails Project including, but not limited to, demolition, earthwork, drainage, boardwalks construction, paving, and stabilization. Work can be generally be summarized as a 675' timber boardwalk.

Craven Community College seeks to upgrade their security cameras on the New Bern campus, Volt Center and Havelock campus to provide better safety for employees and students. All old hardware and software will be replaced to reflect up to date software and cameras.

+ Clean/televise and install CIPP liner in 103 feet of 16 sewer and 3,475 feet of 36 sewer; install 201 VF of cementitious mortar in manholes; remove and replace 77 feet of 15 sewer; various manhole and sewer repairs, bypass pumping of wastewater; and other related sewer rehabilitation work.

The project generally consists of the construction of an addition at the Upper Campus Event Space.
