Flooring and Wallcovering Services encompasses as needed systemwide flooring and wall covering to include vinyl flooring, tile, carpet, rubber and linoleum, wood products, wallpaper and any other materials required in facilities owned or operated by the City of Charlotte. Related services include installation, removal and reclamation, and recycling as requested. Facilities Operations is responsible for maintaining more than 180 buildings and 4.4 million square feet of office space. Any vendors selected for award are expected to have the adequate capacity to provide all-inclusive services as needed.

The project generally consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment for the construction of a 0.582 mi long multi-use path along roadway sections between 17th St NW Extension and Aviation Walk Trail along Clement Blvd NW and 19th St Ln NW (BL 0067) and between 21st St NW and 19th St NW, and along 21 St NW between Clement Blvd NW and 9th Ave Dr NW (BL-0115) and all associated work including, but not limited to, grading, paving, drainage, and retaining wall.

The project involves construction improvements at the Blount Fields Sports Complex.

Base Bid: Work shall include Site preparation for and installation of ten (10) pickleball courts to including pavement, surfacing and striping, fencing and gates, posts, nets and dividers, concrete sidewalks, drainage system, water and electrical, parking modifications, seeding, stabilization and clean-up. Alternative bid #1 shall include the substitution of 10 tall chain link fencing and gates in lieu of 6 fencing and add windscreens. Alternative bid #2 shall include the installation of the water drinking fountain and concrete pad.

The contractor shall provide a complete, turnkey solution and shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, permits (if applicable), and services necessary to perform the work in accordance with the attached specifications, which are hereby referenced and made part of this agreement. The work shall include all activities required for proper execution, startup, testing, and completion of the work, whether or not each item is specifically described in the Specifications, but which are reasonably required to provide a complete and functional end result. All work shall be performed in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and the requirements of the Specifications. In the event of a conflict between this Scope of Work and the Specifications, the Specifications shall govern.

Design and upfit of a temporary gym location for our Asheville Police Department at the City owned facility located at 179 S. Charlotte St. This will include temporary locker rooms with showers.

The contractor shall 8 flexible perforated polymer type commercial sock drain in the general location shown on sheet C3.0 prepared by Crawford Design Company. Lay drain pipe with gentle consistent slope. Connect lower end of drains to existing catch basins with leak proof seals. Commercial landscape fabric shall be placed between stone and topsoil that allows water penetration but limit soil infiltration. Overlay fabric top edges by 4, see details on sheet C3.0 for more information. Contractor will be responsible to restore grass area to the condition prior to start of work. No reseeding will be accepted. Contractor shall take every precaution to protect the existing track from any damage from excavated materials, new materials, and equipment, and etc.

The work will generally consist of installing a Backup Generator to the new Town Hall located on 300 SW Broad Street.

This project will consist of demolition of the existing HVAC system throughout the school and replacing with new HVAC equipment. There will also be electrical work associated with the replacement of these units. Also, there will be an Alternate to re-roof the entire school.

The project generally consists of resurfacing of approximately 5,145 linear feet of city streets consisting of approximately 17,150 square yards of 1 Bituminous Concrete Surface Paving (FS 9.5A). Asphalt used for leveling/widening (approximately 50 tons). Raise twenty-three (23) manholes with cast iron adjustment rings. Raise twenty (20) valve boxes with cast iron rings.

The project generally consists of replacement of the existing air-cooled chillers with new Owner-Provided air-cooled chillers, and replacement of the primary chilled water pumps and associated piping. Project alternate may/will include replacement of secondary chilled water pumps and air control components.

The work in this contract will consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment related to the GDOT office renovations on the UG level of the Melvin Municipal Office Building.

The selected service provider shall provide all field and in-house labor services associated with the Water Supply and Wastewater Division SCADA systems requested work under a Master On-Call Agreement. These services shall include, but not be limited to: Provide emergency services assistance by phone within 1 hour as periodically requested by providing a 24/7 on-call response for critical failures. Provide emergency services assistance on site within 3 hours as periodically requested by providing a 24/7 response for critical failures. Provide onsite staff for durations as scoped through Supplemental Agreement(s). Perform scheduled assignments on site to work on various local networked/remote networked PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), Data Servers (on and offsite), Instrumentation, among other SCADA equipment throughout the term of the contract. Follow approved system documents and standards for assigned work. Assist with further development of approved additions and changes to system standards and documents. Train City staff associated with assigned work on changes, additions, documentation and troubleshooting. Assist operations staff with use of SCADA and training as requested. Provide qualified optical fiber technician to make network modifications or repairs as assigned. For the Water Supply Division HMI, provide programming of Aveva InTouch equipment, Dream Reports for reporting, GE/AB/Modicon/Direct Logic PLCs, utilizing City-owned development software licenses. For the Wastewater Division HMI equipment, provide programming of Ignition software suite, support in-house reports, GE/AB/Modicon/Direct Logic PLCs, utilizing City-owned development software licenses. Launch and provide recommendations for SCADA system updates coordinating with staff and Project Manager as detailed in initial Work Plans. Provide programming of smart instruments as assigned. Provide back up of data files as assigned and for all new work. Provide support for data transfer historian servers (Tier I) onsite and offsite (Tier II) servers as required. Work assigned by processing Supplemental Agreements, under a Master On-Call Agreement, based on each Proposal and Work Plan. Assist with network equipment, cellular modem remote site communications, support as required

Contractor will provide janitorial associates at Asheville High School, located at 419 McDowell St, Asheville, NC 28803, for a total of 96 hours per day, to provide janitorial services as directed by AHS administration. A lead janitorial associate will be on site for evening and night shifts, beginning at 4:00 pm. The lead janitorial associate would manage those on shift but also assist with deeper cleaning while buildings are vacant. The lead janitorial associate should be included in the 96 hours per day.

The Project consists of the installation of approximately 7,500 linear feet of 16-inch DIP waterline.

SCC is in search of a designer for the Patterson Building Roof Replacement project. Patterson was constructed in 1975. The building has a gravel roof, most recently replaced in 2003. The roof of this two-story building is roughly 22,940 sq. ft. Patterson is located at 141 College Drive, Albemarle, NC. The project will include the full removal of the current roofing system. Roof to be replaced with either a Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof system (TPO) or FiberTite roof system

SCC is in search of a designer for the Snyder Building Roof Replacement Project. Snyder was constructed in 1997 with the original gravel roof still in place. The 29-year-old roof covers roughly 14,650 sq. ft. of this 28,000 sq. ft. two story building. Snyder is located at 141 College Drive, Albemarle, NC. The project will include the full removal of the current roofing system. Roof to be replaced with a Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof system (TPO) or FiberTite roof system.

SCC is in search of a designer for the Whitley Roof Replacement project. Whitley Technology Center was constructed in 1999, with an addition completed in 2003. It consists of a gravel roof, original to the dates of construction (1999/2003). The single-story building is 18,016 sq. ft. and is located at 141 College Drive, Albemarle, NC. The project will include the full removal of the current roofing system. Roof to be replaced with either a Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof system (TPO) or FiberTite roof system.

SCC is in search of a designer for the Crutchfield Education Center Roof Replacement Project. Crutchfield was built in 2003 with the original gravel roof still in place. The 23-year-old roof covers roughly 18,790 sq. ft. of this 33,122 sq. ft. two story building. Crutchfield is located at 102 Stanly Parkway, Locust, NC. The project will include the full removal of the current roofing system. Roof to be replaced with a Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof system (TPO) or FiberTite roof system.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to repair, prepare, and repaint the existing Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EOFS) wall surfaces and EIFS soffits. The intent is to restore a uniform, durable, weather-resistant finish across all EIFS components. All work shall be to industry standards for EIFS maintenance coating systems. All OSHA requirements and other safety guidelines associated with the work shall be followed.
