The Town of Mooresville in partnership with the Lowes YMCA would like to construct up to twelve (12) outdoor pickleball courts on the property adjacent to the Lowes YMCA. It is anticipated that the project scope would include design of the pickleball courts with fencing, a turf sport court for various activities, storm water management, required landscaping and access walkways from the street, parking and adjacent properties. It is also anticipated that the pickleball courts would utilize shared restroom facilities located in the adjacent YMCA or Joshs Farmers Market properties through a mutual operating agreement.

The Town of Summerfield (Town) intends to construct a fire flow system consisting of a 150,000 gallon elevated storage tank (EST) and a supply well with a minimum well yield of 200 gpm. This will support a 1,000 gpm flow for a 2-hour duration for the fire flow system.

The Town is seeking to obtain qualifications from vendors to be under contract for use on an as needed basis for installations, repairs, and other related services for all Town elevated storage tanks and towers. Multiple vendors may be selected.

Scope of Work: Provide design and engineering services, including but not limited to, professional architectural, engineering, consulting, site/civil service and project administration for the complete design of a new PreK-8 student elementary school, the full scope of which is still to be determined based on the Project budget and approval by the Board of Education. Burke County is seeking to obtain professional architectural and engineering services for the design and renovation of a newly acquired property located at 722 E. Union Street, Morganton, NC 28655, to be converted into a 16-bed Facility-Based Crisis (FBC) Center. The project will include the renovation of an approximately 6,800 square-foot single-story building, as well as evaluation and design for a potential building expansion to support the full operational and clinical requirements of the Facility-Based Crisis program.

Contractor shall furnish all permits, labor, materials and equipment required to remove, transport, beneficially reuse, and otherwise manage all Dewatered Waste Activated Biosolids produced at the Twelve Mile Creek WRF. Contractor shall perform all services in strict accordance with all Applicable Law. Within twenty-four (24) hours of occurrence, Contractor shall provide UCW with written notice of violation or noncompliance with respect to Contractors permit(s), UCWs permit(s), or of any action commenced in any court of competent jurisdiction involving the operations conducted by Contractor during Management of Dewatered Waste Activated Biosolids.

Scope of work will include full replacement of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, connections to utilities, address the building envelope, including possible concrete structural repairs, protection and replacement of abutting sidewalks and roadways in public way and on adjacent properties, renovation and addition to Lipinsky Hall to meet current and future needs of the music department.

The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required to satisfactorily complete the West Side T-Hangars - Phase 1 project. Items of work include erosion and sediment control; subsurface investigation; earthwork; aggregate placement; water and sanitary sewer utilities; concrete closure paving; new hangar foundations/slabs; erection of new 6-unit, 8-unit and two (2) 12-unit T-hangars construction; finished restroom in the 8-unit T-Hangar; installation of all electrical infrastructure necessary to make hangars operational per drawings and specifications; and sodding, seeding, and mulching.
