The Town is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform environmental review and assessment services as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Code of Federal Regulations (24 CFR Part 58). The Town has received federal funds from the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in Fiscal Year 2023 and plans to use these funds for various activities to support community development. The Town seeks an environmental review for the following activities: change in land use, property demolition, site clearance and improvements, and public infrastructure improvements. The Contractor will complete all environmental review work for each activity and collaborate with Town staff to submit environmental review records in the HUD Environmental Review Online System (HEROS). The Contractor will be responsible for preparing complete, accurate, and compliant environmental review records in accordance with NEPA, 24 CFR Part 58, and HUD guidance, and for collaborating with Town staff to facilitate HUD review and acceptance, recognizing that final approval authority rests with HUD and the Responsible Entity.

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide all-inclusive janitorial service with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning, as well as major maintenance services for the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. This project will fully renovate the interior of the 1969 Howell Hall Science Building North and the existing Auditorium. The North tower renovation consists of 37,000 GSF and will renovate all areas of the North tower along with the renovation of the large first floor lecture hall classroom.
The Raleigh Convention Center is soliciting informal bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete permanent structural repairs resulting from a localized fire that occurred on December 1, 2025, at the lower roof section of the Raleigh Convention Center. A prior assessment was conducted and identified fire-damaged structural components. Temporary reinforcement measures were previously installed by others to stabilize the affected beams supporting the shimmer wall. This project includes the implementation of permanent structural repairs and reinforcement in accordance with the project drawings and specifications.
