Dare County is preparing a solicitation for bids for installing vegetation along portions of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore in front of the Village of Avon and the Village of Buxton. The scope of work is summarized as follows. (1) Installation of a maximum of 90,000 plants (24 inches apart) along 6,000 linear feet of oceanfront on the newly nourished dune crest and dune face in front of the Village of Avon south of the Avon Pier. (2) Installation of a maximum of 67,500 plants (24 inches apart) along 4,500 linear feet of oceanfront on the newly nourished dune crest and dune face in front of the Village of Buxton.

Contracted services shall include, but not limited to: 1) Installation of new electrical systems 2) Testing and maintenance of existing wiring and related fixtures (both interior and exterior) 3) Repair/replacement/service of various electrical elements such as outlets, switches, fuse boxes, meter panels, heaters, light fixtures (LED or fluorescent), ballasts, bulbs, etc. 4) Installation of new wiring circuits including low-volt, data and/or network cabling/outlets; Load calculations including fault currents 5) Identifying in-ground line faults and other electrical systems 6) Trenching, lateral boring and concrete cutting/boring 7) Installation, modification and splicing of conduit systems 8) Contractor will be expected to respond to all non-urgent electrical-related service requests within two (2) business day(s) and to respond to emergency-related requests within 24 hours. 9) It is the responsibility of CHD to declare any request as an emergency. Such electrical services are to be provided on an as needed basis pursuant to the issuance of Purchase Order(s) for specific and selected services during the term of the contract. 10) The intent of this contract is for services to be provided in a timely manner for projects that need prompt response or to assist the CHD in maximizing its efficiency in relation to electrical work.

The contract with the selected consultant will consist of Preliminary Engineering services to assess the current WTP conveyance system, discharge system, identify and evaluate potential alternatives for improved piping and discharge options, and development of construction cost estimates for the items outlined below. These tasks will be the basis for applying the Citys Equal Business Opportunity Program (EBOP) policies and Underutilized Business Enterprise (UBE) goals.

ECU is seeking design services to perform a space analysis and feasibility study to determine whether a renovation of Umstead Residence Hall can accommodate the needs of the ECU Police Department. Expected deliverables include: Space blocking diagrams, Identification of construction opportunities and constraints, Budget estimates, Phasing (if applicable), and Estimated construction durations.

Design services for 2 existing elevators that require replacement of hydraulic pumping units with submersible pumps, updating of controls, replacement of existing lighting with LED, replacement of ceilings, and making Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems associated with the repairs compliant with applicable codes.

The NC Department of Public Safety invites experienced design firms to submit qualifications to provide design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout services for the renovation of six (6) residential Group Homes located in Chowan, Craven, Hertford, Macon, Robeson, and Wayne counties. All of the group homes are approximately 4,000 SF, single story facilities that share the same design and were constructed in the early 1990s. The scope of work for each group home will include, but is not limited to, renovations to HVAC, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, interior & exterior finishes, site, and parking. Full design services are required and will include all submittal requirements for the State Construction Office for all submittal phases. Cost Estimates will be updated at each design phase with each SCO submittal. Technical specifications, bidding services, construction administration services, record drawings in both AutoCAD (latest version) and Revit, and project closeout as defined by the State Construction Manual (Thirteenth Ed.) dated January 2025 will need to be provided.

The Contractor is expected to conduct the contract in a professional manner and to supply generally accepted janitorial services. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and insurance necessary to perform complete janitorial services. Cleaning materials must be top quality, and samples must be available upon request. Adetailed daily cleaning schedulemust be provided to the Town. The Town will supply toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash can liners. The contractor will be responsible for notifying the Landscape Supervisor of inventory needs weekly. The Town will order supplies once a month to be stored in the storage room on the first floor.

This project proposes the demolition of 1,398 SF of an existing two-story, 12,629 SF arts center building and the renovation of the remaining building. In addition, the project proposes a new one-story 9,399 SF addition. The arts center building will include vocational arts classrooms to support painting, ceramics, fibers, and youth arts programming, in addition to a multipurpose room and support spaces. The existing structure is of load-bearing masonry and steel-framed construction. This addition will be steel-framed, Type VB construction, fully sprinklered with a non-separated business and assembly occupancy. The scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades as well as the installation of fire sprinkler and alarm systems.

The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking a development partner interested in developing affordable housing on a Town-owned property located at 101 Weaver Dairy Road Extension (PIN: 9880-250-693). This Site is envisioned as a unique opportunity to address multiple community needs within the same Town-owned property.

Union County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services at various County-owned and operated facilities throughout Union County. Services shall include, but are not limited to, mowing, edging, pruning, fertilization, irrigation monitoring, seasonal maintenance, and general grounds upkeep. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining all assigned properties in accordance with industry best practices and the specific requirements outlined herein. The County currently maintains approximately twenty-five (25) facilities and reserves the right to add or remove locations during the term of the contract.

The project scope includes required site work, generator screening wall, and installation of, one (1) 500 kw generator, new panelboard, ATS and MTS procured by NCSU, to provide full standby power at the Avent Ferry Technology Center.

The work consists of, installing a 5-foot wide path from River Banks Road to the existing Four Mile Creek Greenway. This includes, but is not limited to clearing & grubbing, grading, installing a pedestrian bridge and constructing the concrete walkway.

Advanced planning for the Health Sciences Laupus Library Reading Room. Approximate area of the existing space is 17,200 sf and will require the replacement of book stacks with workstations, collaborative areas, flexible space and associated furniture to support study and meeting space available to students, staff, and faculty.

The Williamston Housing Authority is seeking quotes from qualified, licensed electricians to do the following work on approximately 47 units. The work consists of providing labor and materials to remove a duplex receptacle in box attached to a washer box, install an old work box in an accessible location to washer box, power a 120-volt single use receptacle with existing power from duplex receptacle, install blank cover where duplex receptacle was at. Patch and paint any sheetrock damaged from work.

Southeastern Community College is seeking bids for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment for lawn maintenance consisting of but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming and removing debris from sidewalks for approx imately 38 acres +/- on our main campus located at 4564 Chad bourn Hwy in Whiteville, NC.

Architectural design services that are to be provided on a routine or as needed basis for small, miscellaneous projects under $300,000. Annual fees may not exceed $150,000 in total value and no single project shall exceed a $36,000 fee.

The Work generally consists of: An addition that connects to existing building with a prefabricated canopy. Building project consists of: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, interior and exterior building construction as well as site work including the addition of a paved parking area.

Replace approximately 1896 LF of 8-inch sewer line, approximately 13 manholes and approximately 47 service connections along Woodcrest Drive, Kennedy Court, Sunset Drive, Belvedere Court and Englewood Place.

The City of Lumberton is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for engineering services necessary to implement the Lead Service Line Replacement and Sewer Improvements projects within the approved budget and schedule. The selected consultant will be expected to provide the following services at a minimum as a part of the projects scope of services. Lead Service Line Replacement: The overall goal of the proposed project is to replace approximately 1 lead service line and 299 GRRs (Galvanized Requiring Replacement) with no upsizing of the water service to the identified properties located within the City of Lumbertons water distribution system. Services to be provided include, but are not limited to, coordination and assistance with funding, preliminary design, final design, bidding and construction services, assistance with private service replacement (for lead service line replacement project) and other services needed to complete the funded project as required by Division of Water Infrastructure. Sewer Improvements: The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate some of the Citys concrete pipe sewers to try to get ahead of the line collapses. The project will line approximately 9,600 of gravity sewer lines with CIPP as noted on the project map included in this funding application. The project will also rehabilitate the Freeman Sewer Lift Station that is over 20 years old and in need of repairs to make it more resistant to the effects of flooding.

The Project consists generally of the following major items: The City of Raleigh intends to improve Buffaloe Road Athletic Park Track and Field facilities. Improvements involve removal of existing asphalt track and portions of subgrade. Replacement with additional subgrade materials and new asphalt track with latex synthetic surfacing. The project also includes the removal of existing turf and replacement with new artificial turf with drainage system. The project also includes new fencing, two shade structures, additional storage space, and accommodation for multiple programs.
