The Project consists of the removal of an existing 2,000 Gal hydropneumatics tank and replacing it with a 4,000 Gal hydropneumatics tank, installation of a new water supply well with associated plumbing and electrical improvements.

This project consists of structural repairs and waterproofing replacement at a pedestrian bridge at Burson Hall (to be known as Honeywell Innovation Hub) on the campus of UNC Charlotte. The building is located at 9006 Craver Road, Charlotte, NC. The scope of the project includes structural repairs to the bridge superstructure and the installation of a new trench drain and expansion joint. The scope also includes removing and replacing the precast panels and demolition and replacement of the bridge topping slab. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated, or reasonably implied on the drawings and/or specifications for a complete, first-class job.

The City of Raleigh invites qualified and experienced firms to submit Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for construction materials inspection and testing services, and special inspection services for two projects: Project 1: Raleigh Police Evidence Facility. Cary is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms (Consultant) to assist in the continuation and advancement of our Annual Water Main Replacement program. The selected consultant shall provide engineering services for all phases of the project including survey, design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, construction management, and full time observation.

Brunswick County is soliciting informal bids for the replacement of two (2) 5,000-gallon aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) located at the Tri-Beach Fuel Site, 854 Sabbath Home Road SW, Supply, NC 28462.

The Discovery Place Phase II Roof Replacement project includes replacing approximately 26,000 sq. ft. of roof. The existing roof system identified in the plans down to the existing structural deck and existing metal wall panels shall be removed. A new roof system along with sheet metal flashing and accessories to provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly shall be installed. The selected contractor shall also provide and install new metal wall panels. The roof system selected shall be submitted to the Owner for approval.

This project consists of the installation of one new self-contained IT Pod and its associated outdoor condensing units, new raised floor tiles, new ceiling tiles, and new lighting fixtures. The project intent is to provide appropriate and efficient cooling for the Data Center, as the existing units are at or near end of life and no longer providing adequate cooling to the space.

The work generally consists of housing clearance and reconstruction (replacement on site).

The project includes: 500 linear FT of 10 ft wide asphalt trail.

The college is seeking architectural / engineering services for the design and construction administration of a new parking lot located on Union County parcel 09366010.

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and management to complete the construction of infrastructure upgrades to the campus. Work includes, but is not limited to, electrical (electrical panel upgrade, power (normal, emergency)), Bonding, UPS, Building Management System interfaces, asses for new and upgrades to existing HVAC, reconfiguration, expansion and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes, cable), Renovation Datacenter work (HVAC, UPS, Power distribution, cable management, expansion of space, fire suppression, finishes), communication infrastructure (new Data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to Cat 6A cable) in buildings as necessary, physical security upgrades, assess and upgrade fiber infrastructure backbone campus wide within buildings and between buildings, provide diversified path for wide area network connection, hazardous material abatement. Project buildings include: Buildings 47, 62, 14, 15, 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 73, 70, 11, 12 and site.

The project is located near the intersection of Wapiti Drive and Wilderness Drive. The proposed scope of work includes the installation of storm sewer pipes and associated structures, pavement reconstruction, site grading, and the selective demolition and removal of existing storm sewer infrastructure. Temporary traffic control measures will be required during construction.

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, 561730 - Landscaping Services.The Contractor shall perform tree removal, stump grinding, and tree pruning at Salisbury Annex and Salisbury Historic National Cemeteries in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Sampson County Roseboro Emergency Services Building includes General, Site Civil, Structural, Plumbing Mechanical and Electrical improvements for a new premanufactured emergency services building. The proposed project will also include general site work, utility extensions, and landscaping as shown in the contract documents.

The work generally consists of janitorial services for the building occupied by the Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities.

The Company will provide, on an as-needed basis, professional architectural support services (Services) to the CLT Architecture Team. All Services required will be scoped and funded by individual task orders (Task Order) issued by the Airport. The Company will be an external source of expertise and assistance and thus will work at the direction of the Airport.
