Block O, Cells 3 and 4 Construction: Excavate cell floor and side slope areas to permit subgrade elevations and grades. Construct general fill along east and west side slopes and floor of cells. Install the dewatering (underdrain) system, including the gravity drain and sump riser, collection sumps and trenches, double-sided geocomposite and one (1) foot thick soil protective layer over the underdrain geocomposite using on-site soils. Prepare and maintain the top of subgrade for geosynthetic installation. Excavate the geosynthetics anchor trenches. Supply and install GCL, smooth and textured HDPE geomembrane liner, and single and double-sided geocomposite for the leachate collection system (LCS). Supply and install leachate collection system, including the collection trenches and laterals and connection to the existing Cells 1 and 2 leachate collection system. Install rainflaps, and remover rainflap between Cells 2 and 3. Install two (2) foot thick soil protective cover using on-site soils. Additional work shall include perimeter road and drainage, access ramp, cell tipping pad, and associated site grading and stormwater controls. Provide other services as described and requested.

For Sugar Creek Water Plant, the scope of work includes the installation of a new diesel generator with a base fuel tank, along with a Service entrance rated Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and a dual-purpose docking station. The contractor shall also furnish and install a new incoming service bus weatherhead per CenterPoint Energy Standards, including all required supports, fittings, terminations, and weatherproofing/sealing, and shall coordinate any and all required outage and service reconnection to provide a complete, code-compliant service entrance installation. The contractor will be responsible for preparing the site, which includes constructing new concrete foundations, slabs, platforms, grating, and handrails as required. The contractor will handle the removal of any existing equipment and the demolition of old concrete pads. Once the new equipment is in place, the contractor will perform final site grading to ensure the site is properly prepared and completed according to specifications. Additionally, final site grading will be performed after the completion of all installations to ensure proper leveling and drainage. The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the work as specified.
