The contract price will be $1,000,000 and shall be for one year or until $1,000,000 of work orders have been completed, whichever occurs first.

Humboldt County Sheriff Patrol Office Remodel Project

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Renovate and expand chilled water infrastructure. This project involves the replacement of the chilled water piping in the OPC and building 1, the chilled water pumps currently serving these areas, and any undersized fan coils in these areas. The existing pipes are too small to accommodate the required chilled water flow that is required in the summer months, and their associated risers are scattered throughout various locations in the building. These risers will be demolished and consolidated to two sets of risers, one serving the north wing of building 1 and one serving the OPC and south wing of building 1. The new piping system will be used for chilled water as well as hot water; new control valves will be provided on the hot and chilled water lines to allow for switchover during summer/ winter months.

The scope of work for construction management of the Citys Project 7944 Local Street Rehabilitation Program Zones 5 and 6: Pre-Construction Support Services, Construction Management/Inspection Services, and Post Construction Services.

Construction of El Camino Real Bridge and roadway widening consists of the realignment of El Camino Real between San Dieguito Road and Via De La Valle and the widening of Via De La Valle between existing El Camino Real and North El Camino Real. Improvements include the construction of a 3-span haunched box girder bridge over San Dieguito River, installation of bank stabilization (rock slope protection and turf reinforcement matting), curb and gutter, raised medians, sidewalk, curb ramps, fence, storm drain, a triple box culvert, water, sewer, D.G. equestrian trails, Green infrastructure improvements, traffic signals, traffic signal modifications, signing and striping, driveway improvements, removal of the existing bridge and portions of the existing roadway, planting of trees, and revegetation of disturbed areas. All other incidental work and appurtenances in accordance with the specifications and plans will also be implemented for this project.
