The 85-foot tall perimeter netting surrounding the DeLaveaga Driving Range, installed in 1999, has reached its expected product lifespan of ten to eighteen years and requires replacement. The netting's deterioration from ultraviolet light exposure, wind, and weather has led to increased maintenance costs in recent years due to repeated repairs. A section of net was replaced in 2021. The project will replace approximately 970 linear feet (LF) of golf netting with LFS Sports & Industrial Netting #930 or approved equivalent, relocate existing cables and hardware, and install new hardware. The project will also remove and replace 1,170 LF of the existing 4-foot chain-link perimeter fence and repair two access gates with new hardware and infrastructure. The contractor will dispose of all removed materials. The driving range is expected to be closed during construction

The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide professional services for the preparation of civil and traffic engineering design plans for the City of Riverside Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 12 Project consisting of the installation of pedestrian median fencing, upgrade pedestrian crossings with enhanced safety features, and enhance multi-way stop-controlled intersections.

The Contractor shall provide Paving & Asphalt Maintenance services for the District on a contract basis. Paving & Asphalt Repair and Replacement Services: Comply with City of Calimesa and City of Yucaipa paving standards as provided in Attachment D. Removal of temporary asphalt and existing asphalt as maybe needed. Installation of hot patch (4 inches thick). Thicker installation of asphalt will be indicated on Attachment C. Adjust existing manhole per District Standards. Subsidence subsurface repair per District standards. Contractor shall remove and legally dispose of all residues from maintenance service. Contractor shall begin repairs within one week of notification to proceed and four weeks to complete all repairs, or as approved in writing by the District Representative in advance of the contract expiration and any extension thereof.

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a qualified mechanical contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to replace failed refrigeration compressors and restore two existing air handling units (AH-1 and AH-2) to full operational service. The objective of this project is to safely replace the failed compressors, verify the integrity of each refrigeration system, eliminate any refrigerant contamination, and return both air handling units to reliable operating condition in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, applicable building codes, EPA regulations, and industry best practices.

The mission of Corona Division is to Provide transparency to warfighting readiness through data analytics and assessment, Engineering the Fleets Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environment, and assuring accuracy of measurement.

Description of Work: The Work consists in general of installing new fencing, lights poles and their concrete foundations, conduit connections, and other associated work. The Work includes all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and any incidentals needed to perform the improvements as shown on the contract plans.

The proposed SFRPD Gene Friend Recreation Center project will consists of complete demolition of the existing recreation center and site and construction of a new recreation center of approximately 25,000-GSF and all new site and landscape.
