Description The City of Novato Public Works Department is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide professional planning and engineering services for corridor studies on two City corridors: North Redwood Boulevard and San Marin Drive. The studies will evaluate existing multimodal conditions, develop and assess improvement alternatives, and produce adopted corridor plans that provide guidance for future capital improvements, streetscape standards, and development requirements along each corridor. Key work elements include data collection and existing conditions analysis, multimodal level of service evaluation, stakeholder and community engagement, alternatives development, environmental constraints screening, and a grant funding strategy

The City of Fontana is accepting proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide professional design and engineering services for the renovation and conversion of an existing hotel building will be renovated to operate as transitional housing, consisting of approximately 62 studio style all electric apartment units.

The roadway improvement project involves rehabilitation of residential streets to the northeast of Helen Dollahan Elementary School within the City of Rialto. The combined length of roadway improvements is approximately 3-miles and is limited to the City right-of-way. Project improvements would include grind and overlay, sections of full depth removal and reconstruction of existing asphalt, curb and gutter reconstruction, uplifted sidewalk reconstruction, ADA curb ramp reconstruction and signing and striping.

The City of Victorville is seeking qualified civil engineering consulting firms to prepare a Project Initiation Document (PID) in the form of a Project Study ReportProject Development Support (PSR-PDS) for the proposed extension of Eucalyptus Street across the Oro Grande Wash, as described in the Project Background and Purpose section of this Request for Proposals (RFP). The purpose of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of providing an additional east-west access corridor to the Golden Triangle area and to develop conceptual improvement alternatives that support future project programming, environmental clearance, funding pursuits, and subsequent phases of project development.

Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project that includes furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials as required by the specifications for the following reservoirs: (The dimensions are approximate only and shall be field verified by the Contractor prior to bidding.) Work to be performed includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the exterior rehabilitation and recoating of the structures as indicated in the Contract Documents. Work includes modification and repair of miscellaneous exterior structural components to bring the structures into compliance with applicable current safety and health codes, standards, and regulations; surface preparation of all designated exterior surfaces, including removal of existing coatings and preparation of substrates in accordance with coating manufacturer requirements; application of new exterior coating systems to achieve a complete, uniform, and protective finish; handling, containment, collection, transportation, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials and waste generated by the work; and protection of adjacent structures, equipment, appurtenances, and the environment throughout all phases of construction. The Contractor shall perform all work necessary to provide fully functional, code-compliant, and long-term-protected exterior structures, including all attachments, accessories, and appurtenances identified in the plans and specifications, in full accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable regulatory requirements.

The City of Visalia is requesting proposals from qualified firms who can provide engineering design services for the AC and Boiler Replacement Project at Visalias Water Reclamation Facility Laboratory. The selected firm will provide comprehensive design and engineering services, including coordination of all necessary architectural, structural, electrical and control systems as well as constructable plans and specifications. The Citys Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) is located at 7579 Ave. 288 in Visalia. The WRF Laboratory buildings A/C system is more than 20 years old and requires replacement. Due to its complexity, the project will involve significant redesign work. Additionally, the heating boiler system, also over 20 years old and located next to the AC System must be replaced concurrently as the location of the boiler would severely restrict future maintenance access once the A/C is upgraded. The services to be provided by the Consultant include engineering design services that will result in complete, buildable, Construction Documents including Improvement Plans, Construction Specifications, and an Engineers Estimate of probable construction costs. The construction package shall allow the City to successfully bid and construct the project

Project Description: This work shall include rehabilitation of the ticketing office inside the historical Southern Pacific (SP) Depot building that was damaged as a result of a recent fire. The SP Depot is a nationally registered historical structure. Therefore, all interior/exterior features being replaced must be of like kind material matching grains and texture. The extent of the rehabilitation includes demolition of the walls and ceilings to be replaced with drywall, exterior power washing, cleaning and refurbishing of existing furniture and features, replacement of damaged electrical and HVAC features and fire alarm systems

The Emergency Interconnection No.1 at Avenida La Valencia / PS-17 Project (Project) is located on Avenida La Valencia between Pomerado Road and Camino del Valle, where the Poway Horse Trail crosses Avenida La Valencia, within the City of Poway (92064). The border between the City of San Diego and the City of Poway runs through the Project site. The work involves a new emergency interconnection facility between the City of San Diego and the City of Poway including but not limited to piping to connect the two water systems, a flow meter in a buried vault within Avenida La Valencia, an above ground packaged pump station on the north side of Avenida La Valencia, all associated appurtenances, pavement and civil site restoration, dedicated electrical service and meter, instrumentation improvements, coordination with the City of San Diego & City of Poway for valve closures and shutdowns, and all incidental work as required by the construction drawings & specifications for a complete and operable project.

The City of Chino is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform engineering design services, topographical surveying, utility base mapping, cost estimation, quantity calculations, and bid support for the Benson Avenue Safe Routes to School Improvement Project. This project aims to enhance pedestrian access at the intersecons of Benson Avenue with Chino Avenue, D Street, C Street, and B Street. These improvements align with the Citys 2016 Chino Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan as this residential area is in proximity to Chino High School and Allegiance STEAM Academy.

The Project scope is to re-roof the Main House, Garage, and Cottage and install stabilization measures for the Lower Barn at the Hawthorns Historic Complex. The scope of work includes removing existing roofing material, selective demolition, documentation of historic materials to ensure re-roofing material match, and re-roofing of the structures with new sheathing, shingle, membrane; stabilization scope includes sealing window sills, carpentry to stabilize joists and supports. The structures are potentially eligible for the National Register of Historic Places and California Register of Historic Resources; the new roof shall match the appearance of the original roof.

The Vendor will furnish all materials, renderings, equipment, tools, removal, installation, labor, coordination, permits, supervision, freight, and incidentals (including tax) as necessary to perform and complete the project pursuant to the Request for Vendor Quotes and the Agreement. The following is a non-inclusive description of the project work and/or goods to be provided.

The project will be to improve the operation at the intersection of Etiwanda Ave and Airport Dr/Slover Ave. There is a large volume of truck traffic which uses this intersection causing significant traffic delays for vehicles traveling to and from I-10. The project is located at the Intersection of Etiwanda Ave and Airport Dr/Slover Ave about 2000 south of I10/Etiwanda Ave interchange. It is situated along the border of City of Fontana and City of Ontario. The proposed improvements at this intersection include street widening, retaining walls and median construction to accommodate an additional northbound through lane and creation of dual left and/or dual right turn lanes for various approach legs of Etiwanda Ave and Airport Dr/Slover Ave. Traffic signal modification, drainage improvements, water system upgrades and private property reconstruction will be required for the widening improvements. The project will construct missing sidewalk and streetlights along the limits of construction to improve pedestrian access and safety.

The work to be performed consists, in general, of the removal of existing striping and pavement markings, construction of a two-way cycle track consisting of striping and a concrete median, and extending existing sidewalk

Scope of Work: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Santa Cruz Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Janitorial Services five (5) days per week, as set forth in this Agreement. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Santa Cruz Area Office 10395 Soquel Drive Aptos, CA 95003.

Description of Services: Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, and personnel to: provide the DSH-Napa with inspection and any necessary repairs on all Dampers in accordance with the current with current NFPA 105, 101, 90 and 80.19.3-4 test standards.

Project Description: This Project consists of the cleaning and interior surface preparation of one (!) existing anaerobic digester to support inspection and condition assessment. Subsequent repair and coating will be performed under a separate contract. Contractor will remove and dispose offsite all remaining digester contents, high-pressure wash all interior surfaces, erect interior scaffolding, and prepare the interior surfaces for inspection and condition assessment with subsequent repair and coating to be performed under a separate contract. The Contractor may provide temporary on-site dewatering systems to reduce liquid volume prior to offsite disposal.

Scope of Services: Work to be performed includes removal of an existing damaged storm drain pipe, installation of two (2) new 18-inch HDPE storm drain pipes and one new 24-inch HDPE storm drain pipe, installation of metal flared end sections to all storm drain pipe ends, minor grading at the culvert inlets and outlets to ensure proper drainage, raising and paving the road section over the new culverts, traffic control, installation and maintenance of temporary BMPs, utility protection and coordination, compliance with regulatory permits, salvaging and replanting willows, revegetating all upland areas disturbed by construction activities and all other work
