The City of Riverside is seeking qualified entities or individuals to enter an Agreement establishing a list of Companies to provide on-call homeless encampment clean up services throughout the City of Riverside. The City anticipates selecting up to five (5) Companies to perform the Services on an as-needed basis in all three categories of Standard Homeless Encampment Clean-up, Emergency Homeless Encampment Clean-Up, and Hazardous Encampment Clean-up. Individual Contractors may receive requests for homeless encampment clean up services up to (20) twenty or more locations during a typical fiscal Service period.

This project involves the replacement of two (2) existing steel hydropneumatic tanks at two (2) booster station site numbers 05505 and 06730 and rehabilitate one (1) steel hydropneumatic tank at one booster station site number 06504. The scope of work includes rehabilitating one existing hydropneumatic tank and replacing of two existing hydropneumatic tanks and appurtenances, application of protective coatings to interior surfaces and paints to exterior surfaces of each tank, including surface preparation, handling of hazardous and non-hazardous material/wastes, installation of new tanks and re-installation of appurtenances, new wharf fire hydrants, piping, and disinfection of interior surfaces. The interior of the hydropneumatic tanks shall be washed down and disinfected in accordance with Specifications-Section TC 33 13 13. The abrasive blast clean is required for all interior and exterior surfaces of the hydropneumatic tanks. The hydropneumatic tank for booster station number 06504 is in a low-profile building. Contractor shall be responsible for all additional ventilation/filtration during the blasting, coating, and painting operations.

The Orange County Sheriffs Department, requires maintenance of various types of fencing at locations throughout Orange County, CA. Service includes, but not limited to routine adjustment, replacement, maintenance, installation and corrective repairs on an as needed basis. In addition to routine maintenance County requires emergency services be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three-hundred sixty-five (365) days a year. Work may be performed at all Sheriffs Department maintained facilities.

The project improvements consist of pavement grinding, scarifying and compacting subgrade, glass grid installation, asphalt overlay, adjustment of surface utilities to final pavement grade, roadway marking and striping.

The City seeks proposals from experienced contractors to provide comprehensive native garden maintenance and environmental community event coordination. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of existing concrete walk, asphalt paving, and other affected site improvements as required to install a new drainage system. The City of Millbrae is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to lead the comprehensive update and integration of the Citys Engineering Standards for design and construction.

The Kings Mountain Manzanita Ecosystem Resiliency Project is a vegetation management and ecological restoration project intended to improve the long-term health, persistence, and resilience of Kings Mountain manzanita habitat within the Santa Cruz Mountains. The project will focus on the selective removal of smaller competing trees and understory vegetation, particularly Douglas-fir, tanoak, and other encroaching woody species, to reduce shading, maintain open habitat structure, improve growing conditions for Kings Mountain manzanita, and enhance overall ecosystem resiliency. The estimated level of effort for the combined Base Bid and Additive Alternate work is approximately 1,915 vegetation treatment labor hours. Work will generally include hand cutting, limbing, and on-site treatment of vegetation while retaining dominant canopy trees, sensitive habitat features, and native forest structure. Project implementation will emphasize ecological restoration objectives, public safety, and minimal ground disturbance. The Project must be fully completed within 75 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed
