Project Scope includes Interior work within portions of an existing building. Electrical upgrades include disconnecting and replacement of existing switchgear, switchboards, distribution panelboards, transformers, panelboards, disconnect switches, busway, and selective feeders throughout, and replacement of busway from SMUD vault to main electrical room. UPS to be replaced. Temp power is required prior to disconnecting service to the facility for the following: system security, server room / including HVAC and UPS loads, freight elevator, pumps (domestic water), fire alarm & fire suppression, exit signs and egress lighting.

Contractor shall provide As-Needed, On-Call Remediation, Clean-Up, and Reconstructive Repair Services (No New Construction) for water and sewer-related damage claims resulting from main stoppages, water main breaks, and sewer backups at various locations throughout the boundaries of the Sanitation District in the County of San Diego. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to perform and complete the services in accordance with each specific Task Order issued by the County of San Diego and as outlined in the Scope of Work.

Scope of Work: The work consists in general of demolition, grading, dewatering, drainage improvements, relocation of the existing gate and fueling station, wood fence replacement, installation of french drain and storm drain facilities, manholes, minor concrete improvements, bollards, aggregate base, hot mix asphalt paving, pavement restoration, utility adjustments, irrigation and turf restoration, traffic and erosion control, and final site cleanup..

This project consists of the installation of high visibility crosswalks, rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB), upgrading existing curb ramps to meet ADA standards, and other general striping and signage improvements. As part of the work the Contractor shall furnish all labor, technical and professional services, supervision, tools, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The access to each property shall not be restricted during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday). The City of Simi Valley/Ventura County Waterworks District No. 8 invites proposals to provide construction management and inspection services for the Box Canyon Pump Stations Rehabilitation Project, Phases 1 and 2, RFP No. PW 26-04.

The Long Beach Public Utilities Department (LBUD) is seeking the services of a professional engineering consulting firm to provide engineering services for the Groundwater Resilience Program Feasibility Study. The selected Consultant will support LBUDs efforts to enhance long-term local water supply reliability and reduce dependence on imported water as part of its strategic water resources planning. The Project includes planning and feasibility evaluation for the Groundwater Resilience Program (GRP) including construction of a new Groundwater Treatment Plant West, production wells, and associated pipeline infrastructure. The Consultant will be responsible for conducting all necessary analyses, technical evaluations, and documentation to establish a feasible framework and implementation strategy for the GRP that aligns with LBUDs long-term water supply goals.

The work to be performed consists, in general, of installing rock blanket, survey monument encasements, object markers, and roadside signs, constructing concrete median, adjusting valve box frame and cover to grade, adjusting pull box to grade, landscaping, relocating roadside signs, and painting concrete median

Building 1600 VRF Replacement Project at Las Positas College

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required in the Plans, Specifications and Contract documents for said project to renovate and modernize the Restroom/Snack Bar building to current building and ADA standards. The work will take place at the Freedom Park Baseball Fields Restroom/Snack Bar building in Camarillo, California, and other related work as described in the Specifications and Contract Documents, by reference, made a part hereof. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.

Oaks Picnic Area, E Fork Rd, Azusa, CA 91702. The Oaks Stairway & Overlook Project consists of the construction of public access improvements along the East Fork of the San Gabriel River. The project includes demolition of existing deteriorated crib walls, steps, restrooms, debris, and non-native vegetation; grading and earthwork; installation of exposedaggregate concrete paths, steps, landings, ramps, and overlook features; construction of stone barrier walls, masonry retaining walls, stone pylons, masonry seat walls, and shade trellis structures; installation of decomposed granite surfacing; drainage improvements including HDPE storm drain, catch basins, media filters, and outlet structures; parking lot improvements including asphalt paving with chip seal surface, striping, accessible parking, curb and gutter; installation of river access paths; and installation of site furnishings such as benches, picnic tables, bike racks, trash enclosures, signage, landscape restoration and two prefabricated Romtec Aspen Quattro (Model 1015) restroom buildings.

The Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for four (4) TURBLEX/HV-TURBO Single-Stage Centrifugal Blowers at its Plant No. 1 Activated Sludge Facility No. 2 (AS2). These blowers supply compressed air to six (6) aeration basins that support the conventional activated sludge process.

The project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to: The City of Watsonville, CA is soliciting bids from experienced traffic signal contractors to provide traffic signal rewiring for video detection system installation along the Freedom Boulevard corridor. The project shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control costs needed to furnish a complete project as identified in the plans and specifications.

Street surface preparation, approximately 7462 tons of asphalt concrete, ADA ramps, traffic control, striping, pavement marking, pavement markers, and all other work shown in the drawings and as required by the specifications at various locations in the City

This project is a Design-Bid-Build construction project to remediate existing pedestrian facilities and bring them into compliance with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards at 160 Access Request sites The work includes sidewalk, driveway, curb and gutter, and alley replacement; asphalt concrete and intersection gutter repairs; tree removal, planting, canopy trimming, and root pruning; landscape restoration; and adjustment of water meters; and adjustment of utility boxes and vaults to finished grade.

The street improvements shall be within the limits of the City of Los Angeles and the City of Inglewood. These improvements shall include, but not limited to: sidewalk improvements, curb ramp upgrades, driveway approach reconstructions, resurfacing, tree pruning, curb and gutter reconstruction along 67th Street and West Boulevard. Traffic signal upgrades are also needed at the 67th Street and West Boulevard intersection and along West Boulevard between 67th Street and 71st Street.
