Under this solicitation, the City of Palmdale seeks a qualified Consultant to provide professional civil and traffic engineering design services, as well as public outreach services for the Arnie Quinones Park Expansion Project. The proposed improvements include design services for the development of the upper section of the park, which is currently native soil. Amenities desired include an ADA walking path around the park with workout/fitness nooks along the path. Also included are a shaded picnic area, a dog park, trees, planter boxes, and a restroom facility. The deliverables shall include a drainage study and improvement plan. Public outreach to the local HOA and community will be required.

The City of Anaheim, Anaheim Convention Center, is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors for Door Repair and Maintenance Services: Roll-up and Automatic.

The consultant shall conduct field reviews and investigations to deliver a design for installation of 8-foot tall wrought iron fencing that will enhance security barriers around City owned flood control channels and pump stations. The city owns approx. 17 bridges that pass over flood control channels and two (2) pump stations. Fourteen bridge crossings and two pump stations are in need of enclosures. FY 2026-27 program will aim to enclose unattended space at two (2) pump stations and at three (3) bridge crossing locations. The designed plans prepared by the consultant will be utilized for bidding purposes for the upcoming FY 26-27 Protective Barriers for Unattended Spaces Project. The consultant shall also provide an estimate, a bid schedule, and product cut-sheets for the recommended bid items that are determined to be necessary.

Project Description: The Work consists of rubberized cape seal, installation of sidewalk and driveways, reconstruction of curb ramps, asphalt concrete paving, striping and pavement marking, and adjusting utilities to grade in the City of Willows.

The City of Torrance is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide engineering design services for the Pacific Coast Highway and Crenshaw Blvd Intersection Improvements, T-143. Crenshaw Boulevard is a six-lane roadway and Pacific Coast Highway is a five-lane roadway. There are no bicycle facilities along the two roadways and on-street parking is prohibited. Commercial land uses are adjacent to the intersection at all four corners. The existing level of service (LOS) is E in the A.M. peak hour and F in the P.M. peak hour. The recommended improvements to this intersection include widening Crenshaw Boulevard to accommodate an additional southbound to eastbound left-turn lane and the extension of the northbound right-turn lane on Crenshaw Boulevard to eastbound Pacific Coast Highway. Construction in Caltrans right-of-way will consist of curb return reconstruction, ADA ramp reconstruction, and traffic signal improvements. No widening is proposed on Pacific Coast Highway. This RFP is intended to be as descriptive as possible. However, Proposers may not take advantage of omissions or oversights in this document. Proposers must supply products and services that meet or exceed the requirements of this RPF. In the event of a dispute over installation or performance, the needs of the City of Torrance will govern.

The Work generally consists of: removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalk panels, concrete spandrels, and concrete curb and gutter. Plus, miscellaneous work including the removal and installation of pavers, installation of retaining walls, and associated concrete improvements. The Work also includes asphalt pavement restoration, including milling, asphalt removal, fulldepth asphalt repairs, asphalt paving, crack sealing and filling, slurry seal, seal coat, placement of aggregate base, and preparation of subgrade. Additional work includes tree wells, soil export and import, root barrier installation, implementation of all required BMPs, stormwater and erosion control, public notifications, and all necessary traffic control.

The project focuses on replacing the boiler system in the LTP Annex building. Heated water is generated from the LTP Combined Heat & Power (CHP) engines and conveyed to the primary treatment anaerobic digesters. Two existing gas-fired boilers located in the Annex building serve as a backup process heat supply when the CHP engines are offline. Initially installed in the mid-1990s, both boilers have reached the end of their effective service life and are not equipped with modern air emission controls

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 561790 - Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. The scope of this project is to clean, flush, and inspect the gutters and downspouts of the designated TRACEN housing units to ensure proper drainage and system functionality.

The City of Carson is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified development teams to serve as Master Developer for a large-scale, multi-phase development opportunity consisting of approximately 20 acres of City-owned land within the City of Carson, California. The vision for the Project is guided by the Civic Center Specific Plan and is intended to achieve high-quality, financially viable, and community-oriented development outcomes. This solicitation is issued as a hybrid Request for Qualifications and Proposals and will be conducted as a multi-step competitive selection process. The process may include evaluation of qualifications, shortlisting of Proposers, review of development concepts and financial proposals, interviews and presentations, and subsequent negotiation of a development agreement and/or ground lease. The City intends to retain fee ownership of the Project site and enter into a long-term ground lease or similar land disposition agreement with the selected Master Developer. The selected Proposer will be responsible for the planning, entitling, financing, designing, and constructing of the Project in accordance with City requirements and applicable regulations. The ground lease structure may include base rent, participation rent, and other financial considerations that provide long-term value to the City. The City seeks a development partner with demonstrated experience in delivering complex, large-scale development projects, strong financial capacity, and the ability to implement a phased development program consistent with public objectives. Proposals will be evaluated on a best-value basis, considering qualifications, development concept, financial feasibility, and overall alignment with City goals. This RFQ/P is not a low-cost procurement, and selection will not be based solely on price. Please refer to the specific RFQ/P packet for additional information.

The City of Torrance is requesting bids for Torrance Transit Facility First and Second Floor Renovation as per the plans and specifications provided by the City of Torrance and BOA Architecture. The project consists of renovation of the first and second floor of the Torrance Transit Facility. In case of disputes, City requirements take precedence. First Floor - renovation of a storage area into a new breakroom and dispatch area with new updated LED lighting, two gender neutral restrooms (one which meets ADA standards), a new kitchenette, a new dispatch window area, relocated dispatch mailboxes, refinished concrete floors, and window storefronts. Second Floor - renovation of common spaces with a new landing faade wall with TV display, updated drinking fountain, repolished concrete floors, updated LED lighting, wall cabinetry for added storage, and updated outlets with USB fixtures, new private office, new kitchen layout with proper fixtures, new exhaust fans at all restrooms, new open office with cubicles, new carpet, paint, acoustics at existing offices. Exterior - Provide new exterior aluminum storefront system with tempered glass, new aluminum storefront door and door hardware.

Except with regard to any material to be provided and/or installed by County, Contractor shall fully commission and turn over a complete operational and fully functional Project to County.
