The Plumas County Planning Department on behalf of the Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to invite qualified consulting firms with specific aviation and ALUC experience interested in preparing an update (project) to the Plumas County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) for Gansner Airport in Quincy, Rogers Field in Chester, and Nervino Airport in Beckwourth (Attachment 1), adopted by the Board of Supervisors on December 17, 2008, and associated California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documentation

The Orange County Transportation Authority invites bids from qualified contractors to provide Plumbing Services. These services will be performed on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed usage. The budget for this effort is $200,000 for a two (2)-year term.

The objective of this RFP is to retain a qualified engineering consulting firm to provide professional engineering design services for the Citys 202526 Bridge Preventative Maintenance Program. The 202526 Bridge Preventative Maintenance Program is funded through federal bridge funding administered by Caltrans. Foothill Transit is issuing this Invitation for Bids No. 26-026 (IFB) soliciting bids from qualified individuals or firms to upgrade traffic signal equipment at seventeen (17) signalized intersections along Amar Road. The work will include furnishing, installing, converting signal timing, conguring, and testing traffic signal system upgrades, as more fully described herein and in the specifications and drawings provided in Part IV of this IFB.

The San Diego Unified Port Districts Engineering-Construction Department seeks submittals from qualified professional service firms for as-needed Civil Engineering Services.

Work to be Performed: The Work consists of renovating the existing building located at 800 West 2nd Street in Antioch, California, including demolition, carpentry wood framing, gypsum wall systems, carpeting, LVT tiling, casework, ballistic glazing system, aluminum storefront doors and frames, doors and knockdown frames, wood doors, interior windows, acoustical ceiling systems, acoustical insulation, painting and coating, signage, roof hatch and ladder, miscellaneous interior specialties, and electrical and low voltage systems. Location: 800 West Second Street in the City of Antioch, CA.

Work to be Performed: The Work consists of the fabrication and installation of signage within parks throughout the City of Antioch. Additional work includes mounting assemblies, connections, and foundations, excavations, lighting, and traffic control.

Lucia Mar Unified School District is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Nipomo High School New Classroom Buildings Project. Pre-qualification required. Pre-qualification documents must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on July 17, 2026 to the Facilities Office at 222 Stanley Avenue, Arroyo Grande, California 93420 Attn: Lorena Castaneda.

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. Project Scope: Work includes removal, lawful disposal, furnishing, delivery, installation, manufacturer-authorized start-up, testing and commissioning. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, rework, and services necessary to Remove and replace one (1) existing standard-size dishwasher Furnish and install one (1) additional standard-size dishwasher Furnish and install (1) new residential washer/dryer unit Remove and replace an estimated 107 square feet of kitchen countertops with stainless steel Remove and replace existing insufficient lighting fixtures in the kitchen with new fixtures to provide improved illumination levels suitable for food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen operations. This shall also include any necessary modifications to existing cabinetry, countertops, walls, floors, utility connections, and surrounding finishes required to properly accommodate the new equipment. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and coordination to properly connect and commission the appliances.

Street improvements on Shaw Avenue from DeWolf Avenue to Leonard Avenue include roadway widening and utility infrastructure improvements. Roadway widening improvements include, but are not limited to, demolition and removal of existing improvements; installation of asphalt pavement; concrete improvements including curb and gutter, medians, and related concrete features; street lighting; installation of an underpass structure and associated foundations; traffic striping, pavement markings, and signage; traffic signal installation and modifications; installation of traffic detection loops; and other miscellaneous improvements. Utility improvements include, but are not limited to, installation and/or relocation of fiber, electrical, storm drain, domestic water, recycled water, and sanitary sewer

Project Description: The Project consists of replacing old and undersized water mains via open trench and directional boring methods. The completed Project includes main connections, water services, fire hydrants and asphalt resurfacing.

The work to be done generally includes: Construct a decomposed granite (DG) path along the south parkway of La Costa Ave from Vulcan Ave to the Interstate 5 Southbound On-ramp. Requires the removal of existing encroaching private improvements and landscaping within the right-of-way (ROW) as necessary. Construct new ADA curb ramps and retaining wall, replace driveways, adjust and relocate utilities, and install a modular wetlands BMP. Rebuild the street intersection between La Costa Ct to La Costa Ave to allow for an ADA compliant street crossing. Perform re-striping within the south side of La Costa Ave to move the existing bike lane south to replace the existing pedestrian path within the street pavement adjacent to the existing AC berm and convert the old bike lane into a bike lane buffer.

The County of Orange is proceeding with the construction of their Modjeska Grade Road Street and Storm Water Improvements Project. As part of their project, the County of Orange will repaving and installing new curb, gutter, storm water inlets, swales and retaining walls along Modjeska Grade Road from Santiago Canyon Road to the intersection with Markuson Road. Their proposed improvements have conflicts with segments of IRWDs existing domestic water pipeline located in Modjeska Grade Road. This project relocates sections of the conflicting domestic water pipeline at six locations, approximately 310 linear feet of 6 and 8-inch pipe, and replaces six existing isolation valves in the project area. The proposed work also includes the abatement of existing asbestos cement pipe.
