The County of San Diego is seeking quotes from firms interested in providing as-needed heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) automation controls repair and maintenance services at various County of San Diego locations.

County of Orange is soliciting responses from qualified contractors to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) Services for the Facility Security Improvements Project, which is located at 18601 Airport Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707. The awarded response will provide a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Pre-Construction Services between the County and the selected Respondent.

Janitorial Services at Various City-Owned Facilities

The County intends that the successful Respondent shall provide Construction Management (CM) for New Emergency Operation Center proposed in accordance with contract requirements set forth in the solicitation and Model Contract, including Attachments.

The City of Lancaster is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractors to provide On-Call Traffic Operations, Electrical, and Data Services under RFP No. MSD26-01. The scope of work encompasses a broad range of installation, repair, and maintenance services related to the City's traffic signal and street lighting infrastructure, including pole and foundation installation, mast arm and signal cabinet work, conduit boring and replacement, luminaire and video detection system installation, and decorative and standard streetlight pole repair and replacement.

The sanitary sewer improvements will consist of constructing a new 21-inch VCP sewer along Katella Avenue between Disneyland Drive and Harbor Boulevard. In addition, the existing 21-inch and 24-inch sewer will be replaced with a new 30-inch VCP sewer along Katella Avenue between Walnut Street and Harbor Boulevard. The project also includes roadway widening improvements such as constructing a new fourth westbound traffic lane and a pedestrian sidewalk. Lastly, the project requires street rehabilitation improvements such as 2-inch and 3-inch asphalt concrete pavement cold mill and overlay in accordance to the City of Anaheim standards. In addition to the work described above, the following scope items are typical: sewer pipeline removal and disposal; construction of new manholes; connection of existing sewers to new manholes; connecting a new sewer to an existing manhole; connection of existing sewer service laterals to the new sewer pipeline; sewer bypassing to maintain sewer service; trench restoration; sheeting, shoring, and bracing; grind and cap paving; replacement of inductive loop detectors and signal conduit; replacement of traffic striping and pavement markers; temporary traffic control measures; adjustment of manhole covers, water valve covers, and gas valve covers; implementation of a Water Pollution Control Program and Best Management Practices; and all appurtenant work as shown on the plans and delineated in the specifications.

Develop ranch water distribution system with associated water storage tanks, water distribution lines, and troughs at See DescMiramontes Ridge Open Space Preserve

Solano County Transit (SolTrans) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Janitorial Cleaning Services for public transit facilities at various SolTrans properties located in Vallejo, CA. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials and equipment specified in the Scope of Service section of the RFP. The resulting contract will be for a three (3) year term from the contract start date, with two (2) one-year extension terms, to be exercised at the option of SolTrans.

The Project contemplated consists of the following work at the Juanita Millender- McDonald Carson Regional Water Recycling Plant (JMMCRWRP), located at 21029 S. Wilmington Ave., Carson, CA 90810 in the County of Los Angeles. The project includes the removal and replacement of the existing sodium hypochlorite storage tank, foundation, and appurtenances. This project will also include a temporary bypass system to keep the plant operational during the replacement.

The City of San Diego seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide a turnkey electric vehicle (EV) Charging as a Service (CaaS) infrastructure program (Services) for the design, installation and management of EV supply equipment (EVSE) (Level 2 or DC fast charging) necessary to electrify the Citys fleet vehicles across multiple City sites. Specifically, the City desires a long-term contract with a partner to deploy a sufficient number of charging ports on City sites to support the electrification of approximately 3,500 City vehicles by 2035, ensuring no significant impact to operational capacity. The City seeks EV charging solutions that optimize the use of EVSE across a strategic portfolio of sites. Contractor shall propose the number of charging ports at each of eight mandated sites and propose deployment of charging ports at additional City sites for consideration per Section F.2. of Exhibit B. While City departmental vehicles have historically dwelled at certain sites, some vehicles may be relocated to different sites in order to optimize deployment and reduce costs. Vehicle relocation to a different dwelling site shall be made at Citys sole discretion. However, San Diego Police Department (SDPD) and Fire-Rescue Department vehicles shall be programmed to dwell only at SDPD and Fire-Rescue sites, and other departments should not be programmed at these sites.

Mendocino County is seeking a qualified Professional Engineering firm to provide engineering, environmental, and project development services for a federally funded Highway Bridge Program (HBP) Bridge Preventive Maintenance Program (BPMP) project. The project is located on Mountain View Road (County Road 510) over Rancheria Creek (Bridge No. 10C-0095), approximately 4.0 miles west of Boonville, California. The existing structure is a single-lane, three-span reinforced concrete T-girder bridge originally constructed in 1935, with subsequent modifications including supplemental steel bents and slope protection improvements

The City of Pasadena is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to lead the development of the Rose Bowl Area and Brookside Park Multimodal Connectivity Plan. Funded through the Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant (STPG), this effort will create a long-range strategy to enhance walking, biking, transit, micro-mobility, and vehicle access to one of Pasadena's busiest community and regional destinations. The plan will address everyday park use, neighborhood connections, and major event operationswhile supporting City goals for safety, sustainability, and equitable access.

The City of Anaheim desires the services of a qualified sports field landscape contractor to maintain up to 77 sports fields. The maintenance includes everything except for pest control; rodent control and ballfield lighting. Contractor must provide everything necessary at contractors expense including, but not limited to all labor, training, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, hauling, dumping, supplies, tariffs, sales taxes and other items needed to perform high quality grounds/landscape maintenance pursuant to the terms defined here in. Contractor must provide all grounds/landscape maintenance at work sites listed herein, including, but not limited to ground cover; removing trash and debris; and other services required to maintain the work sites in a safe, attractive and useable condition.

Marin County Transit District invites qualified engineering/consulting firms to submit a proposal to provide A&E services for On-Call General Engineering Services (GES). The selected Consultant shall have experience in providing on-call multidisciplinary engineering, design, architectural and construction management support services for various projects associated with bus system facilities and administrative office facilities

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and disposal as necessary to complete the construction of the proposed project includes the construction of Loading Docks Improvements at Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal (TAMT), Warehouse B, in City of San Diego, CA. Demolition and Removals: Remove and properly dispose of existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement, minor Portland cement concrete surfaces, including conduit covers, and cold mix asphalt patches located on top of the loading dock platforms; Demolish and dispose of an existing reinforced concrete staircase, including metal handrailing; and Remove and properly dispose of existing loading dock bumpers, including wood, laminated rubber, and molded rubber components. Installation and Improvements: Construct new 8-inch thick, steel-reinforced Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavement on top of the loading dock platforms; Construct a new reinforced concrete staircase with a metal handrail to replace the removed structure; and Install new loading dock bumpers as follows: Molded rubber bumpers along the west (water side) loading dock edge, and Laminated rubber bumpers along the east (land side) loading dock edge. Minor edge rehabilitation of certain areas of significant deterioration along the loading dock face.

The County of Santa Barbara General Services, Procurement Services, seeks a qualified Contractor that shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, permits, disposal, temporary facilities, and incidentals necessary to complete a full roof replacement at the Oak Street Fire Prevention building. The project shall include removal and replacement of the existing roofing system, inspection and repair of any dry rot or termite-damaged materials, drainage improvements as needed, and installation or replacement of door thresholds as necessary to ensure proper weatherproofing. All work shall be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local codes, manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and County requirements.

Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Implement a phased maintenance approach to an existing dust control project within the Alamo South Planning Area. Implement Phase 1 of the Alamo South Maintenance project which includes earthworks (sand fence removal, surface roughening collapsing, and access route preparation), and the procurement and installation of approximately 35,620 straw bales at the Salton Sea.

Scope of Services: The work includes vegetation removal, installing a temporary creek diversion, excavation, bridge removal and reconstruction, rock slope protection placement and roadway reconstruction.
