These specifications are intended to cover all labor, materials, and supervision to provide qualified security services on a seasonal and as-needed basis for enhanced patrols at Coronado beaches and special events. Work or materials of a minor nature which may not be specifically mentioned, but which may be reasonably assumed as necessary for the completion of this work, shall be performed by Contractor as if described in specifications. The schedule and need for security services may be modified, at the Citys discretion, to meet the needs of the City.

The City of Encinitas is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide as-needed, on-call fence maintenance and repair services. The selected provider will be responsible for promptly addressing maintenance issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the integrity and safety of fencing structures as required. Proposals should demonstrate relevant experience, availability for emergency responses, and competitive pricing. This contract aims to ensure that fencing needs are efficiently managed and maintained to support ongoing operations.

The work to be performed hereunder is located in the Cities of Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Hills, and Mission Viejo along and near the Alicia Parkway corridor. The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to upgrades to the traffic signal systems. Traffic signal system upgrades include video detection systems, CCTV systems, pull boxes and conduit, traffic signal controllers, ethernet switches, fiber optic cables, fiber distribution units, cables, wireless radio systems, fiber splice enclosures, inductive loop detectors, GPS EVP sensors, accessible pedestrian signal assemblies, traffic signal controller cabinets and foundations, service cabinets and foundations, and battery backup systems and cabinets.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 562910 - Remediation Services. BPA for the acquisition of operations requiring Emergency Water Damage Restoration Services (extraction, debris removal, dry-out, clean, sanitize, deodorize, anti-microbial treatments, etc.) as identified interior areas located throughout Edwards AFB (EAFB), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Air Force Plant 42 (AFP42).

The North County Transit District (NCTD) is seeking a Contractor to provide inspection, maintenance, and repair services, which may include minor projects, for its electrical systems at all NCTD stations, transit centers, operations facilities, and administrative offices. The Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, county, local, and NCTD regulations and licensing requirements. The Contractor shall perform contractual duties and responsibilities in a manner that supports NCTDs goals of providing safe, convenient, reliable and user-friendly transportation. The services outlined herein shall be as follows: Biannual inspections of electrical panels at each facility. The number of electrical panels is listed in Section 1.2, and on the Cost Proposal Form. The Bidder shall state its biannual price for performing inspections of all panels at each site (inclusive of all panels listed) in accordance with all applicable codes, standards and regulations. As-needed services on a time-and-material basis. The Bidder shall state its hourly rate on the Cost Proposal Form for all as-needed work. The hourly rate shall be a blended rate inclusive of all personnel costs, including but not limited to salaries, benefits, taxes, materials processing costs, etc. All materials required for the as-needed services shall be on a pass-through basis with no mark-ups allowed. The successful bidder(s) shall provide receipts for all materials that exceed $50.00 used on any as-needed services.

The proposed scope of work includes, but not limited to, the following scope of removing and replacing existing HVAC units in mechanical room #4, level B & C as follows: -Vertical Air Handler SF-35 (old tag HV-3) and exhaust fan EF-26 (old tag E-6) serving Durham Theater -Vertical Air Handler SF-37 (old tag HV-1) and exhaust fan EF-25 (old tag E-4) serving auditorium 155 -Vertical Air Handler SF-38 (old tag HV-2) and exhaust fan EF-39 (old tag E-5) serving auditorium 145 -Horizontal Air Handler SF-36 (old tag HV-3) and exhaust fan EF-24 (old tag E-7) serving offices and other areas and general exhaust. All new air handlers under phase 1 shall have steam coil for heating and a blank module for future chilled water coil. Provide new air handlers with associated ductwork. Steam and condensate piping, valves, control valves, steam traps, and other steam piping components shall be part of the base scope of work. Provide new DDC (ALC) controls for the new HVAC units. Provide new DDC control system (ALC) with building controls architecture infrastructure required for future unit connections

The Project consists of, but is not limited to, site preparation; paving; tennis court surfacing; fencing; installation of a new drinking fountain; and all associated site improvements required for the addition of a tennis court at Leigh High School. A bid alternate is requested for the provision and installation of the identified drainage system improvements

The City requires civil engineering services (Services) for its Project. The Project involves replacing approximately 2,600 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer main of varying sizes along Brentwood Boulevard between Oak Street and Havenwood Avenue. The material of the sewer main is primarily clay, which was installed an estimated 68 years ago with no records of previous rehabilitation being performed. With an expected life span of 50-60 years for clay, the sewer main is due for rehabilitation and/or replacement. In addition, there are approximately 22 sanitary sewer manholes in need of rehabilitation as they are primarily brick. There is also a need to construct/install approximately six (6) new manholes to allow for better cleaning, maintenance, and operation

The City of Laguna Beach (City) invites qualified Audio-Visual (AV) contractors to submit proposals for the design, procurement, installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of a complete AV system for the City's new Emergency Operations Center ("EOC") located at 30516 South Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. The system shall support daily operations, emergency activations, situational awareness and multiagency coordination by providing reliable real-time information sharing hybrid meeting capabilities and robust communication. The City has an existing Crestron-based AV control system installed in the City Council Chambers. To preserve the option for future unified system management and seamless integration between City facilities, the EOC AV system is specified as a Creston-based installation compatible with that existing infrastructure. The specified platform must be capable of such integration. The equipment identified in Exhibit A constitutes the required system.

The scope of services include a base bid for Playground equipment installation at the Orange Terrace Community Park with City purchased equipment, with the possible additive of furnishing all materials for installation of rubber, resilient surfacing. The Work to be done, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to construct the Work and complete the Contract in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director. The Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the stated contents of any given section, and is subject to all the provisions of the General Conditions, the Special Provisions, and the Technical Specifications. Contractor will be required to receive and store the equipment at their secured location and then transport to the project sites.

The City seeks to remove the existing skylight structure and shading system and replace it with a new structure that utilizes a motorized solar shade system that is mechanically driven. The project is designed to replace, like-for-like, the existing 46 x 10 skylight, including the roof curbing, located above the GCC dining room. The new system will be placed in the same opening after curb replacement, and will utilize a powder-coated, metal framing system in Colonial White, which matches the white coloring of the existing roof. Attendance at one job walk is required.

The County of Kings (County), on behalf of the KINGS COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES (KCCSS), is soliciting proposals for JANITORIAL SERVICES. A complete list of services required is provided in this RFP. The Child Support services building is an 11,339 square foot second-story office space consisting primarily of carpeted areas with laminate flooring in east/west atrium and breakroom areas. The lobby and customer restroom contains ceramic tiles

The Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) seeks a qualified contractor to remove two existing monument signs and design, fabricate, and install two new monument signs at the Livermore Transit Center (2500 Railroad Avenue, Livermore, CA). Work includes demolition of existing signs; construction of new foundations; fabrication and installation of new monument signage; electrical power and lighting; restoration of disturbed site areas; and reinstallation or replacement of dedication plaques. The contractor must coordinate all work to maintain public safety and accessibility during transit operations

In addition, the contract work may include removal and disposal of asbestos-containing building materials. Bidder is not permitted to perform any asbestos-related work unless bidder possesses a California State Contractors License and is certified pursuant to Section 7058.6 of the California State Business and Professions Code. If a certified subcontractor is used, the subcontractors license and certification number shall be submitted by the bidder within the Bid Submission Documents. The project includes sound attenuation improvements for certain residences around San Diego International Airport. The project includes 24 dwelling units located on 12 historic and non- historic residential properties. Sound attenuation improvements may include, but are not limited to, replacement of windows and exterior doors, finely detailed, field-executed finish carpentry, and improvements to add air conditioning, ventilation and electrical work to support such systems. The work will include the demolition and modification of existing construction to install new windows and doors and, in some cases, may require temporary weatherproof closures.

Pasadena Water & Power (PWP) is replacing the Remote Intelligent Gateway (RIG), existing CAISO meters at the Glenarm Dispatching Station, and the existing CAISO meters at the TM Goodrich Receiving Station in the City of Pasadena. The scope of work in this document is limited to replacement of the existing ten (10) meters at the Glenarm Dispatch Center, addition of two (2) meters for supporting the Glenarm BESS project at the Glenarm Dispatch Center, and the replacement of the three (3) existing meters at the TM Goodrich Receiving Station. PWP will furnish all new revenue meters for this scope of work. The Contractor shall be responsible for the installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and certification for a total of fifteen (15) meters. The thirteen (13) new meters shall be installed in existing meter sockets and existing meter cabinets and the two (2) Glenarm BESS meters will require new sockets . The Contractor shall load PWP provided meter programs into the meters, perform all testing, calibration, installation, and meter certification work. PWP will provide the coordination and communications with CAISO for meter outages as required for the meter replacement work. For the two new BESS meters, PWP shall coordinate with CAISO for the New Resource. The Contractor shall perform loading of PWP provided meter programs, calibration, install, test, meter certification work, and provide completed Meter and Site Verification (MSVS) forms to PWP.

Scope of Services: Consultant shall provide on-call environmental consulting services, with particular emphasis on sensitivity to local and regulatory issues. Consultant shall provide the following services as needed: Perform, supervise, and oversee the preparation of comprehensive environmental assessments, including appropriate technical studies that are necessary for complying with all environmental regulations and requirements applicable to various county projects.
