Description: The Project will construct bicycle facilities and pedestrian improvements including Class II and Class III bicycle facilities, Americans with Disabilities Act curb ramps, Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon, crosswalks installation, and new signage installation at the following locations: Rose Street Aurora Street Lincoln Street north of the Stockton Marina from Harding Way to Fremont Street Lincoln Street south of the Stockton Marina from Weber Avenue to French Camp Turnpike Road.

Scope of Work: The work consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, clearing and grubbing, traffic control; storm water pollution control program; earthwork; potholing of existing utilities; open trench replacement of sanitary sewer mains and laterals; pipe bursting of sanitary sewer mains and laterals; sewer cleanout replacement; manhole rehabilitation; slurry seal; traffic striping and markings. The Project is located within the City of Concord, along Montgomery Avenue, Matheson Road, Armand Drive, Bon Homme Way, Solano Way, Iron Horse Trail, Regency Drive, and San Simeon Drive.

The City of Santee, is seeking proposals from qualified firms, contractors, design build entities or consultants, hereinafter referred to interchangeably as Firm, Contractor, Design Build Entity, and Consultant, to complete all design and construction services required for the construction of City Hall Improvements Building 4 Front Counter Remodel. The successful Firm shall provide all necessary design services, permitting, project management, and construction services required for the City Hall Improvements - Building 4 Front Counter Remodel located at 10601 Magnolia Avenue, Building 4, Santee, CA 92071. This project will remodel the front counter area, install new front lobby door, modify existing cubicle spaces, construct new cubicle spaces, install new casework, relocate existing and install new electrical receptacles, relocate existing and install new telephone and data outlets, install new suspended T-bar ceiling system, install new light fixtures, install new suspended T-bar ceiling registers, and replace existing carpet and baseboard.

Los Angeles County Public Works is requesting proposals for the On-Call Closed-Circuit Television Video Inspections and Vacuum Cleaning and Jetting Services Program (BRC0000623) contract.

Project Description: The Project consists of the partial removal & rehabilitation of an existing sewer effluent lift station that includes wet well, dry well, and pumping systems. The rehabilitation of an existing wet well, dry well, and replacement of piping and electrical conduit, the connection of the pumping station to the existing system and the installation of new access hatches. Also included are the pavement and concrete flatwork demolition and removal within the roadway and frontage.

The Work to be constructed under the Contract is located in the City of Mission Viejo. The Work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above-stated Contract. The general items of Work to be done hereunder consist of the installation of a left-turn acceleration lane for vehicles turning left from La Sierra Drive onto Maguerite Parkway.

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer and/or his designee. The work may consist of but is not limited to: The scope outlines that the City is seeking construction services for the PN 932 Boulders ADA Improvements project, aimed at enhancing accessibility and safety within the Boulders community parks. Key elements include the construction of a new ADA ramp to facilitate access to park amenities at Boulders Ranch I. Additionally, the project involves repairs of uplifted concrete panels at Boulders at the Lake to ensure ADA-accessible walkways, necessitating the involvement of an arborist to address the uplifted sidewalks.

This scope of work will include rehabilitation of 37 manholes and the construction of a weir in a manhole in the City of Poway, CA. Some of these manholes are located within existing sewer easements, while others are within City right-of-way. The manholes will be rehabilitated utilizing Raven 405 epoxy coating or an approved equivalent, enhancing structural integrity and extending service life. The Contractor shall submit a proposed sewer bypass plan for each segment to the City for review prior to the commencement of work.

Padre Dam Municipal Water District (Padre Dam or District) is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to prepare bid documents for the Ray Stoyer Water Reclamation Facility Demolition (Project). This Project is part of the Districts Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2023 - 2027 that sufficiently funds the demolition of the existing facility which is to be replaced by the new wastewater treatment and water purification plant as part of the East County Advanced Water Purification Program currently under construction. The existing plant was taken out of service in October of 2025. Subsequently, cleaning, waste removal, and scrapping of above ground chemical storage tanks has been completed including the odor scrubber system.

In general, the project consists of installing aerial and underground fiber throughout various parts of the City of San Luis Obispo.

The County of San Luis Obispo (County) is currently soliciting proposals for professional services for design of the Cayucos Pier Reconstruction Project. The purpose of the Cayucos Pier Reconstruction Project (Project) is to provide design services to restore the Pier back to its pre-2024 condition at Bents 60 and 61, prior to damage and removal of the end of the Pier. The scope of work assumes the Pier will be replaced in-kind between bent 60 and 61, except for the piles at bent 61 which will be replaced with steel pipe piles. The design will also implement the recommendations from the September 2024 Condition Assessment Report to 1) retrofit all the connections at the battered-pile to plumb-pile joints, 2) replace 59 battered pile head treatments, and 3) install a wrap like the existing retrofit on those piles identified in the Condition Assessment Report.

Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) seeks to award a five-year, on-call contract to furnish, install, test, repair, and maintain inductive traffic loop detector systems at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Van Nuys Airport (VNY). The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision, materials, traffic control, documentation, and coordination required for complete and functional loop detection systems. Provide turnkey services for loop installations and repairs, including field investigation, layout, saw-cutting or placement of preformed loops, trench preparation and cleaning, wire/lead-in installation, sealing, pull box/conduit work, cabinet terminations, detector unit installation and tuning, traffic control, testing, documentation, and site restoration. All systems shall be left in a safe, operational state.

The City of Montebello is seeking proposals from fully qualified and experienced contractors, licensed in the State of California, to provide comprehensive environmental remediation, demolition, utility abandonment, grading, hauling, and site clearance services for City-owned properties. The selected Contractor will serve as the Citys project partner, providing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, environmental controls, disposal services, permitting, and related services necessary to complete the work in a safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant manner. The City reserves the right to delete any item from the contract. In addition, the City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive information or irregularities to the extent permitted by law in any proposal received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective proposals received.

South Coast Water District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced licensed civil engineering firms to provide civil engineering services (the Services) for the Creekside Well Equipping Redesign and Groundwater Recovery Facility (GRF) PLC Replacement Project as outlined in Attachment A. Final contract terms, including compensation and length of agreement are subject to the final District and/or Board of Directors approval.
