The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority has established a contracting opportunity to provide the following: A&E Line Interlock CM/GC under a construction manager/general contractor contract, as further described in this Request for Proposal. The Consultants services will generally include providing audio visual/I.T. integration and installation services for the Smith Park Aquatic Center Renovation Project, CIP No. 50043 (Project). Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, services and supplies needed for snow and ice removal as described herein. All snow and ice shall be completely removed from the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps and/or parking stalls.

Description: Contractor to furnish and install all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the work. The scope includes work required to support the replacement and new installation of multiple HVAC systems at the OPS building identified in the mechanical plans for this project, including the startup and testing of all electrical equipment shown and specified in order to provide a complete and operational electrical and control service to each of the mechanical units covered under this project.

Scope of Work: The work shall include engineering evaluation, investigation, design development, preparation of contract documents, and coordination with City staff and regulatory agencies as necessary to complete the pump station rehabilitation project. The Consultant shall design pump station upgrades. The design shall prioritize simplified operation, improved safety, reduced maintenance burden, and long-term operational reliability. The design shall evaluate alternatives that improve long-term operational reliability, system capacity, and maintainability while simplifying facility operation and integration with existing City infrastructure.

The scope of services includes Services for the City's Storm Drain System for City Facilities and Streets. This includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Vacuum extraction and cleaning of the catch basin, drywell, headwalls, landings, aprons, inlet drains, and/or culverts, High-pressure water jetting of the catch basin, drywell, inlet drains, culverts, storm drain pipes, and/or outlet, Removal and clearing of any materials obstructing outlet flow, Hauling and proper disposal of waste materials and debris, and Proposed Cost Estimates and Pre-Inspection and/or Post Maintenance/Cleaning Reports documenting conditions of the storm drain system before & after services.
