This project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing Backwash Tank at the Lester Water Treatment Plant. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of the roof rafters, center column, and shell supports, as well as the application of new interior and exterior protective coating systems for the tank.

Scope of Work: The project consists of the Replacement of the Existing Stadium and Associated On-Site and Off-Site Work.

The work of this Contract shall consist of removing the existing roofing surface, existing sealant materials, unrestorable wood, and scrape peeling paint. Contractor shall prime entire roof and coat entire roofing system per specification. Contractor shall replace all removed wood, which includes all windshield wood. Contractor shall paint all wood and metal surfaces adjacent to the roof with color matched high-quality paint (to be approved by staff before application).

Remove existing wood parquet flooring and install new ceramic mosaic tile flooring at Zellerbach Hall. Base Bid scope covers approximately 6,200 SF at Level 4 (Mezzanine Lobby). The project includes construction of an all-electric central heating and cooling plant (EHCP or the Project) for the campus. The primary function of the EHCP is to provide space for the mechanical and electrical equipment that will serve the campus by distributing hot and chilled water to replace the existing co-gen natural gas steam plant. The system includes a thermal energy storage (TES) exterior steel tank that will store 2 million gallons of water. The TES tank is located southeast of the building between the Hearst Gymnasium and Anthropology & Art Practice buildings. The plant is one level, with the main entry point at the West elevation. This level also includes program area for the Facilities staff, including the control room for the plant and an open office area. The north and east sides of the building are mostly below grade. The roof will be used as a recreational field and provides at-grade egress on the north side due to the topography

The work to be done under this contract is for the construction of Eisenhower Memorial Expansion located at Indian Wells City Hall, 44-950 Eldorado Dr, Indian Wells, CA 92210. The project consists of the installation of a new Memorial Monument and associated improvements on approximately 0.2 acres. The general work includes the construction of new walkways and landscape.

The City of Fresno Department of Transportation/Fresno Area Express (hereinafter FAX) is soliciting proposals to provide janitorial services. The janitorial staffing and supplies will be needed to cover six (6) buildings, totaling approximately 21,000 interior square feet of various Fresno Area Express (FAX) and Fleet Maintenance buildings. Janitorial services will be required Monday through Sunday and for day and evening shifts; weekend and holiday services are limited.
