The Southern California Logistics Airport Authority (SCLAA) is seeking qualified skilled contractors to install, alter, repair, maintain, and provide a means for a supply of safe water, ample in volume and of suitable temperature for the purpose intended and the proper disposal of fluid waste from the premises in all structures and fixed work.

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. Work includes but is not limited to repaving a portion of Pleasant Valley Road between the West City Limits and Ventura Rd, Hueneme Beach Parking Lots A, B and E. The full scope of work is more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer. The approximate project area is 273,000 square feet.

As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project FY 2026- 27 Annual Major Streets Rehabilitation Program: Alamo Street (Erringer Road to Gage Avenue), CP60000018 (Project) which include, but are not limited to: 1) construction surveying; 2) 20 L.F. of root pruning; 3) 20 L.F. of root barrier placement; 4) one (1) tree removal; 5) 153,977 S.F. of 2 1/2" full width coldmilling; 6) 620 S.F. of PCC sidewalk replacement; 7) six (6) L.F. of curb and gutter replacement; 8) six (6) curb ramp reconstructions; 9) 72 L.F. of PCC sidewalk grinding; 10) 2,500 tons of asphalt rubberized hot mix placement; 11) three (3) storm drain manhole adjustments; 12) five (5) sewer manhole frame, ring, and cover removal and replacements; 13) seven (7) water valve frame, ring and cover removal and replacements; 14) traffic signing and pavement delineation; 15) stormwater pollution control; and 16) all appurtenant work.

As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project FY 2025- 26 Annual Crack Seal Program, CP60000046 (Project) which include, but are not limited to: Traffic Control, Stormwater Pollution Control, and approximately 198,000 square yards of crack seal on 1) Alamo Street between Gage Avenue and Sycamore Drive; 2) Erringer Road between Alamo Street and Lost Canyons Drive; 3) Lost Canyons Drive between Erringer Road and 3301 Lost Canyons Drive; 4) Royal Avenue between Erringer Road and Corto Street; 5) Sequoia Avenue between Township Avenue and Cochran Street; and 6) all appurtenant work. The expected completion time of the Project is 20 Consecutive Working Days when the City issues a Notice to Proceed.

The scope of work includes: The Runway 12L-30R Rehabilitation Project consists of a mill and overlay rehabilitation of Runway 12L-30R with new asphaltic concrete pavement. Approximately 185 feet of the Runway 12L end will be reconstructed using new asphaltic concrete pavement. The project includes minor grading upgrades on the runway, and pavement markings

The County of Orange, OC Waste & Recycling (OCWR), requires professional Architect-Engineer (A-E) services to support the planning, design, and implementation of projects at active and closed landfill facilities. These services are necessary to address regulatory requirements, maintain critical infrastructure, support operational reliability, and deliver capital improvement and maintenance projects in a timely and efficient manner. A-E services under this Contract will support a range of project needs, including but not limited to engineering design, technical analysis, permitting support, construction support, and project administration. Work will be issued on a task order basis to respond to OCWRs evolving workload demands and project scheduling priorities. This Contract is intended to provide OCWR with timely access to qualified A-E firms to support landfill-related projects on an as-needed basis. No specific volume or guarantee of work is implied under this Contract list, not only awarding contracts. We should include language that clarifies a QVL list is also being established for the AE service.

Work Description: The Project location is in the City of Fairfield California on Auto Mall Parkway, Woolner Avenue, Gregory Street, Park Lane, Pennsylvania Avenue, Webster Street, Gateway Boulevard, Brighton Drive and Alaska Avenue. The Project consists of pavement preservation, striping and upgrade of ten (10) curb ramps. The Project street limits and extent of preservation treatment types shall be based on the Citys Pavement Plan

General work description: HMA (Type A) and modify signal and lighting systems.

The San Ysidro High School Perimeter Fence Project consists of rehabilitating the existing galvanized chain-link perimeter fence and gates located at the rear of the campus to enhance the safety and security of the high school. This project also includes repairs to the existing decomposed granite (DG) walking path along the perimeter fence, as well as the trimming and removal of trees and vegetation located behind the fence line.

The project primarily consists of replacement of existing air handler units AC 1 and AC 2 at Mark Green Sports Center located at 31224 Union City Blvd in Union City, California

The project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to: Airport Hanger Repair.

City of Adelanto is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Air Expressway Pavement Rehabilitation.

The project consists of saw-cutting, removing, and reconstructing sections of concrete sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and gutters; slicing or grinding concrete sidewalks; removing and replacing asphalt concrete pavement adjacent to new concrete gutters; drainage inlet repairs; removing tree roots; installing tree root control barriers; keeping a tidy appearance of the work site throughout the project; and cleaning site at the completion of work. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis. The duration of the contract will be one year with an option to extend for an additional two years from the date of award by the Board of Supervisors

Work Description: Provide scheduled and unscheduled on-call maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repair services to County-owned streetlights and traffic signals at various locations throughout the County.

Scope of Services: The Contractor will provide to DWR testing, troubleshooting, installation, repair, and replacement of existing cathodic protection related equipment, in addition to remote monitoring and database services. Contractor will provide services at various SWP facilities and locations throughout the state of California including the following facilities: Oroville Field Division - 460 Glen Drive, Oroville, California 9596, Delta Field Division - 5280 Bruns Road, Byron, California 94514, San Luis Field Division -31770 Gonzaga Road, Gustine, California 95322, San Joaquin Field Division - 4201 Sabodan Street, Bakersfield, California 93313, Southern Field Division - 31849 Lake Hughes Road, Castaic, California 31849.

The project includes installing new electric ovens (provided by the District) and completing all necessary electrical and gas utility modifications and restoring affected areas to a finished condition. Contractor is responsible for providing and installing all associated materials and equipment related to the project to deliver a fully furnished and finished turnkey product.

Scope of Services: Contractor will provide the the following services: A. On-call repair of the City's various security gates. B. Contractor shall respond the energency calls within twenty (20) minutes and on-site within two (2) hours, including weekends and holidays. C. Contractor shall respond to non-emergency calls within one (1) hour on-site within four (4) hours. D. Contractor shall have and maintain a thorough knowledge of commercial gate systems, electric operators, and rolling/swing gates.

Description of Services: Contractor shall provide all required labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to provide maintenance, inspection services, and repairs to the fire alarm and sprinkler systems.

Description: Provide large equipment preventative maintenance and repair services for the California School for the Deaf, Riverside (CSDR), located at 3044 Horace Street, Riverside, CA 92506. Contract includes two (2) one (1) year options to renew.

The project consists of cleaning designated creeks and channels in the City of Burlingame. Work includes, but is not limited to, sediment, vegetation, and debris removal, hauling and disposal. The contractor is to become fully familiar with all instructions, provisions, conditions and specifications contained in the bid documents
