Scope of Work: The Project includes demolition, grading, saw cutting of existing pavement and concrete, new pavement, concrete, curb, gutter, ADA ramps, streetlighting, landscape and irrigation, signing, and pavement delineation, including clean-up.

The EL Monte City School District is seeking proposals from qualified and certified Inspectors of Record (IOR) to provide in-plant inspection services for the fabrication of a playground shade structure to be installed at two District school sites. The selected IOR will perform required inspections at the USA Shade manufacturing facility in DFW Airport, TX, to verify compliance with approved construction documents, applicable building codes, and all regulatory requirements. Services include coordination with the manufacturer, project team, and District representatives to ensure timely and accurate reporting throughout the fabrication process. The contractor will not be responsible for any on-site inspection services.

Scope of Work: The Project involves earth-moving, grading, topsoil disposal, large-wood habitat installation, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) maintenance.

Scope of Work: Key responsibilities include: Water Sampling: Monthly and quarterly collection, submission, and testing of water samples from various facility sources. System Maintenance: Comprehensive servicing of the on-site reverse osmosis water system. Compliance: Maintaining logs and ensuring water output meets all regulatory safety standards.

Description: Contractor will supply material, equipment, and labor to install full segment (access point to access point) Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) linings to rehabilitate culvert pipes and full depth rehabilitation of gate riser manholes, and appurtenances. Culvert pipes and gate riser manholes to be rehabilitated penetrate through the State Plan of Flood Control (SPFC) levees located in the Sacramento River and the San Joaquin River Basins in the Central Valley, California.

Description: The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for contractual operation and routine systems maintenance, inspection, data measurements and sample analysis, servicing and repairs of the Hot Creek Hatchery (HCH) domestic water system. The services will be performed at 121 Hot Creek Hatchery Road, Mammoth Lakes, CA, 93546, Mono County.

Scope of Services: Professional Architectural/Engineering and Construction services for the design and construction of the Exposition Park Utility Replacement and Site Improvements Project. Exposition Park's approximate 160 acres is crisscrossed with infrastructure under state jurisdiction, including sidewalks, roads, pipes, and underground utilities (sewer, electrical, plumbing). There has been substantial deterioration from age, wear, and weather on the infrastructure. The Park's infrastructure and property have not received significant maintenance or upgrades for many years, resulting in out-of-date utilities; degraded fire, irrigation, and electrical systems; missing security features; fractured sidewalks; potholed and uneven roadways; non-compliant accessibility features; malfunctioning elevators; inoperable lighting; dilapidated fencing; and other deficiencies. The Park seeks to address fire and life safety and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The Project will target Zero Net Energy, LEED Silver (at a minimum), and electrification for operations without reliance on fossil fuels.

Project Summary: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide services for underground storage tanks (UST) and above ground storage tanks (AST). Equipment List Services shall include the following: Preventive Maintenance, Testing and Certification Repairs Training.

The Contra Costa County Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified contractor(s) to provide on-call painting services for County-owned and leased facilities.
