Old River Pump Station Power System Improvements

The Trustees of the California State University will receive digital bid proposals uploaded to PlanetBids, for furnishing all labor and materials for four Job Order Contracts: JOC 57-26, JOC 58-26, JOC 59-26, and JOC 60-26 for General Building Services, Bid Solicitation No. B250024.

The City of Riverside seeking a qualified Company to remove and install new carpeting at the La Sierra and Arlanza Libraries.

The Scope of Work consists of resurfacing existing asphalt concrete pavement within the Cal-Gisler neighborhood, including the milling of existing asphalt concrete pavement; placement and compaction of asphalt rubber hot mix (ARHM); placement and compaction of asphalt rubber aggregate membrane (ARAM) layer for cape seal pavement treatment; placement of slurry seal; excavation and reconstruction of asphalt pavement failed areas; reconstruction of existing ADA curb ramps; concrete repairs; adjust utility covers to finished grade; removal and replacement of street name signs and posts; and traffic striping.

The Work consists of replacing approximately 2,770 linear feet of existing 20-inch cast iron water transmission main with 22-inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe to be installed by pipe bursting methods, including insertion and receiving pits, appurtenances, connections to the existing water system, and concrete and asphalt concrete pavement restoration.

The Long Beach Public Utilities Department (LBUD) intends to engage the services of a professional engineering consulting firm (Consultant) to perform construction management and inspection services for the Orange Avenue Transmission Main Improvements Project (Project).

Work will be ordered by the Water and Power Engineer issuing paving lists which will specify the locations of paving work, the types of work to be performed, and the nominal dimensions or the limits of the work required.

This project will improve the performance of the existing stormwater capture system to minimize stormwater monitoring and sampling frequency. The project includes replacing and upsizing the existing 15 hp storm water pump to 25 hp submersible pump at Drainage Area 3, installation of approximately 1,270 linear feet of 12-inch PVC pipe, and replacing 170 linear feet of 10-inch PVC pipe.

Bouquet Canyon Park is located at 28127 Wellston Dr. The 10-acre park contains pickle ball courts, ball diamond, basketball court, playground and other amenities to serve the public. The paving and concrete walkway repairs in this project will replace damaged concrete curb and gutter, walkways and driveway entrance, parking lot asphalt and ADA upgrades.

Work Description: Standardize signal heads to be 12 and have reflective backplates citywide. Relevant locations will have advanced intersection warning signs with flashing beacons, and 8 intersections will also have lane line extension striping. Traffic Signal and Civil improvements, including crosswalk relocation, ADA curb ramp upgrades, and associated concrete improvements at the intersection of Travis Boulevard and Solano Town Center Driveway.

Work Description: The work will be done on 4 sites on Deer Valley Road. Work on site 1 at Deer Valley Road at Empire Mine Road generally consists of pavement widening, installation of a solar speed feedback sign system, roadside signs, placement of a concrete ditch lining, and placing thermoplastic striping. At site 2 located North of Wetzl Lane, work includes installation of a solar speed feedback sign system and installing roadside signs on existing posts. At site 3 located north of Briones Valley Road work includes installation of MGS, roadside signs, and a solar feedback sign system. At site 4 located South of Briones Valley Road will widen a portion of the shoulder on the east side of Deer Valley Road, and install 2 solar speed feedback sign systems and roadway signs.

The City of Napa (City) is requesting Proposals (Proposals) from professional project management firms/teams for a new public recreation and aquatics center located at 2447 Old Sonoma Road, Napa, CA 94558 (Project). Consultants should have experience in working with agency staff and design consultants on project design and managing project construction for public sector projects

Replacing the existing gymnasium roof and insulation to ensure structural integrity, alongside an upgrade of all mechanical systems and the electrical infrastructure required to support them.

The work generally consists of the installation of a pre-purchased playground and corresponding park improvements at Banner Village Park. The pre-purchased playground equipment is currently located at a City owned lot located at 238349 Bradley Road, Menifee, CA 92586. Contractor will be responsible for transporting material to job site. Cost of transportation shall be included in the lump sum bid. Equipment previously purchased includes: GameTime Custom 2-5 Play Structure (Per Drawings), Welcome Sign (2-5), Whale structure, and Materials and Installation of pour in Place Rubber Surfacing.

The work to be performed under this contract generally consists of the removal and disposal of existing traffic signal structures and hardware; and construction of new traffic signal structures, electrical equipment, and necessary wiring as shown on the project plans. The work also includes removal and reconstruction of ADA curb ramps.

The project includes the construction of amenities to the Sacramento River Trail, including a plaza with benches, a shade structure, a drinking fountain, miscellaneous landscaping, cultural panels and other various items of work as detailed on the plans and in the specification

In general, the project, consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, and fabrication for repair of flood damaged areas along the north bank of the Kern River adjacent to riverside Park. This includes providing grading, fill, and rock slope protection and removal of several dead trees near the toe of the sloped embankment

Project Description: The Contractor shall be responsible for all work related to painting of wells and tank sites. The types of items that shall be painted at the work sites include: Block Buildings, Walls and Trims, Graffiti abatement, Discharge Water Lines, Electrical Motors, Cabinets and Conduits, Metal Buildings, Doors and Trims, Stand-by Generators, Storage Tanks, Exterior Wooden Offices, Gates and Doors, and Carbon Steel Tanks (GAC).

This project includes all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to accomplish artificial grass installation, tree installation, irrigation and storm water upgrades at Del Sol Academy as shown on the drawings and/or contract documents.
