The City of Riverside seeking a qualified Company to remove and install new carpeting at the La Sierra and Arlanza Libraries.
The Scope of Work consists of resurfacing existing asphalt concrete pavement within the Cal-Gisler neighborhood, including the milling of existing asphalt concrete pavement; placement and compaction of asphalt rubber hot mix (ARHM); placement and compaction of asphalt rubber aggregate membrane (ARAM) layer for cape seal pavement treatment; placement of slurry seal; excavation and reconstruction of asphalt pavement failed areas; reconstruction of existing ADA curb ramps; concrete repairs; adjust utility covers to finished grade; removal and replacement of street name signs and posts; and traffic striping.
Work will be ordered by the Water and Power Engineer issuing paving lists which will specify the locations of paving work, the types of work to be performed, and the nominal dimensions or the limits of the work required.
This project will improve the performance of the existing stormwater capture system to minimize stormwater monitoring and sampling frequency. The project includes replacing and upsizing the existing 15 hp storm water pump to 25 hp submersible pump at Drainage Area 3, installation of approximately 1,270 linear feet of 12-inch PVC pipe, and replacing 170 linear feet of 10-inch PVC pipe.
Work Description: Standardize signal heads to be 12 and have reflective backplates citywide. Relevant locations will have advanced intersection warning signs with flashing beacons, and 8 intersections will also have lane line extension striping. Traffic Signal and Civil improvements, including crosswalk relocation, ADA curb ramp upgrades, and associated concrete improvements at the intersection of Travis Boulevard and Solano Town Center Driveway.
Work Description: The work will be done on 4 sites on Deer Valley Road. Work on site 1 at Deer Valley Road at Empire Mine Road generally consists of pavement widening, installation of a solar speed feedback sign system, roadside signs, placement of a concrete ditch lining, and placing thermoplastic striping. At site 2 located North of Wetzl Lane, work includes installation of a solar speed feedback sign system and installing roadside signs on existing posts. At site 3 located north of Briones Valley Road work includes installation of MGS, roadside signs, and a solar feedback sign system. At site 4 located South of Briones Valley Road will widen a portion of the shoulder on the east side of Deer Valley Road, and install 2 solar speed feedback sign systems and roadway signs.

In general, the project, consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, and fabrication for repair of flood damaged areas along the north bank of the Kern River adjacent to riverside Park. This includes providing grading, fill, and rock slope protection and removal of several dead trees near the toe of the sloped embankment
This project includes all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to accomplish artificial grass installation, tree installation, irrigation and storm water upgrades at Del Sol Academy as shown on the drawings and/or contract documents.
