The Town of Yucca Valley is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors/ firms to assist the Town with on-call concrete repair and maintenance services. The Contractor shall provide on-call concrete repair and replacement services throughout the Town of Yucca Valley on an as-needed, task order basis. Work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to remove, repair, and replace concrete improvements within the public right-of-way and Town facilities. Typical work includes demolition and disposal of existing concrete, subgrade preparation, and installation of improvements such as sidewalks, curb and gutter, curb ramps, driveway approaches, headwalls, drainage structures, and related concrete work. All repair work for curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, and related work shall use 4 thick Portland Cement Concrete Class B at 3000psi. Headwalls, drainage structures, and other specialized concrete work shall use Portland Cement Concrete Class B at 4000psi with Buckeye Fiber.

Project work to include but not be limited to removal and reconstruction of curb ramps, sidewalk, driveways, curbs, gutters, and asphalt roadways located at Arcadia Avenue, Hungate Lane, and Fairview Avenue.

The City of Colton Public Works and Utilities Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to prepare engineering assessment and design of suitable PFAS treatment at the Citys existing Well 22, 23, 30 and 31 sites.

Chip sealing and re-striping of approximately 7,250 square yards of parking lot. Work includes chip seal/double chip seal. Additional work includes parking lot striping, signage, and wheel stops.

The work consists of, but not limited to, the painting of a portion of the interior offices and the engine bay/ apparatus area.

The work to be done consists primarily of The West Shoreline Drive Realignment Project, No. R-7192, which includes, but is not limited to, providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and associated work required to complete the scope of construction. This encompasses tasks such as Mobilization & Demobilization, establishing the Field Office, Traffic Control, Surveying, various Removals, Soil Import, Bridge Removal, Cold Milling, application of Asphalt Concrete Overlay, Asphalt Concrete, placement of Crushed Miscellaneous Base (CMB), installation of Portland Cement Concrete elements (curb, gutter, medians, sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, pavement, slope lining, bus stops, bikeways, local depressions), Concrete Pavers, Slurry Seal, construction of storm drain pipes and structures including connector pipe screens, utility access cover adjustments and modifications, installation of street lights, traffic signals, signage, striping and markings, communication network (fiber optic conduit), temporary traffic signals, temporary traffic control, pedestrian accommodations, landscaping with maintenance and plant establishment, hardscaping, irrigation, site furniture, bus shelters and benches, and any additional related work required to complete the project as detailed in the Contract Documents. The City of Encinitas is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for comprehensive repair, maintenance, and painting services to restore the Encinitas Library trellis to its original design. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to damage assessment, surface preparation, and painting; removal and replacement of compromised joists and blocking; and the potential removal and installation of cranes, hoists, lifts, and ladders. Additionally, the project encompasses wood repair and restoration, including decay removal, glycol/borate treatment, epoxy resin hardening, filler application, and surface profile restoration, along with surface preparation, priming, and painting. Bidders must also identify and plan for the temporary removal and reinstallation of lighting, conduit, gutters, and other fixtures, ensuring access to power, water, and restrooms throughout the project. Contractors are encouraged to submit alternative repair and treatment proposals, including detailed cost differentials for any alternative materials and methods. Bids should be provided based on the specific scope of work detailed below, however the contract may be awarded based on alternative methods proposed.

The City of Chico is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants for the purpose of selecting one firm to provide turnkey On-Call Structural Engineering Services.

The proposed scope of services shall include: Conduct boundary/topographic survey of the scoped area. The survey shall locate existing features, including, but not limited to, buildings, structures, wells, curbs, gutters, trees, utilities, fences, lighting, pavement, and other features. Review and analyze existing site conditions and relevant reports, including title and geotechnical reports. The Heritage tree must be preserved and protected. Conduct a well assessment to determine abandonment procedures and consult with Valley Water (or local water agency) to confirm. Prepare existing conditions report consisting of, but not limited to, base map, easements, trees, site improvements, and existing utilities. Design any monitoring well removals. Design fencing along the sidewalk that adjoins Whisman Road. Evaluate the parking lot for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and include solutions in the deliverables where deficiencies are observed. Apply for and secure construction permits, including excavation permits and any underground service alerts for any on-site investigations. Building permit fees will be paid separately by the City. Include a geotechnical engineer for geotechnical analyses and provide recommendations for any subsurface design, including grading, drainage, and foundations

Work Description. The Civil Engineering and Consulting Project involves reviewing utility systems, master plans, and reservoir capacity evaluations for the Zone One Optimization Project.

It is the intent of the City of Fullerton to enter into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with a qualified aviation engineering consultant firm for a period of five (5) years. Services requested include general consulting, planning, environmental, engineering, surveying, geotechnical consulting and may include construction inspection/management services. The scope of work may include, but not be limited to, the following projects as listed in Fullerton Municipal Airports five-year Airport Capital Improvement Plan: Update Airport Layout Plan, South Aircraft Parking Ramp Pavement and Markings Rehabilitation, Southeast Hangars Rehabilitation - Phase II, and AAM/UAM Planning and Feasibility Studies

The City of Camarillo invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide professional services, including final design and engineering, to the City for new transit charging station infrastructure and remodeled parking lot design at the Camarillo Train Station, as defined in this Request for Proposals.

The City of Coronado invites sealed bids for the Street Preventive Maintenance FY 25/26 project. This project consists of approximately 28,134 sq ft of asphalt dig out repairs. Asphalt repairs require full depth removal of asphalt material to existing subgrade (or a minimum of 6 in depth) preparation of subgrade as needed, and installation of new asphalt; asphalt repairs will range in size between a minimum of 4 feet x 4 feet and a maximum of 30 feet x 160 feet at various locations throughout the project area. Work also includes removing roadway striping and markings, street sweeping, asphalt crack-filling, 2,911,355 square feet of slurry coating, and restoring roadway striping and markings including parking lot areas. The project scope includes implementing advanced construction notifications and appropriate traffic control measures for the public. A Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued by early September 2026. This project may also include the following additional additive scope of work which are described below: Additive Project No. 1 additional 17,304 sf of asphalt replacement.

The work is comprised of providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to remove and install fittings, new valves, one cross, one thrust collar, and thrust blocks in Oceano, California as specified herein, as shown on the Contract Drawings and in accordance with standards established in Encroachment Permit ENC20260012 by the County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works. The work will include trenching and placement of structural backfill and new asphalt in accordance with County standards. Scope of Services: On-call Professional Consulting Services related to mining operations, including surface mining, aggregate extraction, quarries, and associated excavation activities within Mariposa County.

The Olivenhain Municipal Water District (District) is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) to invite qualified contractors (Respondents) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by June 26, 2026 that demonstrates Respondents ability to provide construction services for the Districts Membrane Basin Rehabilitation Program (Project), including replacement of the Combined Influent and Backpulse Pipe (CIBPP). The Project is located at the Districts David C. McCollom Water Treatment Plant (DCMWTP) located at 19090 Via Ambiente Road in Escondido, CA. The purpose of the RFSQ is to prequalify prospective bidders for the Project. General Contractors who wish to participate in bidding for the Project must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Only general contractors that are determined by the District to be pre-qualified will be eligible to participate in bidding. The District is undertaking a multi-year capital rehabilitation program to restore and extend the service life of critical membrane treatment infrastructure at DCMWTP. The Project will be delivered through a phased construction approach to maintain continuous plant operation as much as possible while rehabilitating multiple concrete membrane basins, replacing protective liner systems, and performing associated structural, mechanical, and coating improvements. The replacement of the CIBPP will be during the first year of the program only. The District is seeking qualified contractors with demonstrated experience performing complex rehabilitation work within an active water treatment facility and with submerged membranes. The issuance of this RFSQ is the first of a two-step procurement process further described in Section 4.1. This is a six-year program, with the intent to award the first package including Years 1 and 2 of the proposed work, and with a District option to award work for subsequent years, based on performance.

The County of Sonoma (County) intends to enter into agreements with qualified firms in preparation for natural disasters or other debris-generating events. The purpose of this RFP is to engage a contractor to provide disaster management, debris monitoring, and support services in preparation to assist the County with disaster recovery operations including monitoring the operations of the disaster debris removal and disposal companies, and applicable reimbursement and financial recovery services for eligible projects. The scope of services is not specific to Federally declared disasters and may be utilized to support the Countys efforts in response to local or regional events that may not meet Federal funding thresholds.
