Performing crack sealing and Type II micro-surfacing per Town specifications on the listed streets, which includes notifications, traffic control, prep work, micro-surface seal installation, compaction, sweeping, and re-striping/pavement markings (as needed) with a 1-year guarantee

The project scope consists of pavement repairs, rehabilitation, and overlays, including: 1.1 Grinding and replacing approximately 32,000 square feet of asphalt to a six-inch depth on various streets. This work includes all necessary traffic control, grinding, sweeping, tack coating, replacing asphalt to appropriate depth in an appropriate number of lifts, and finishing rolling per Town of Atherton Standard specifications and special provisions. Some hand work around utility manhole covers will be required. 1.2 1.3 1.4 Grinding and replacing of approximately 90,000 square feet of asphalt for 2 inches of asphalt concrete pavement on Various Streets. Once the roadway is grinded down, the contractor and the Towns project engineer shall identify any pavement failures for repairs. Grind and replace (digouts) asphalt to a 6-inch depth from the milled surface: then contractor shall perform crack sealing (per specification). Some hand work around utility manhole covers will be necessary. Repave the entire street with a self-propelled paver & finish per Town Standard Specifications. Replacement and installation of traffic striping, pavement markings, and markers. Construct two raised crosswalks along Selby Lane along with 6 thermoplastic white fog lines along the length of Selby Lane as shown on the plans per the Town Standard Specifications

Project Overview: The project consists of evaluating, designing, and preparing the Civic Center facilities and the Old Town Parking Garage for an exterior painting program, along with addressing associated maintenance, repair, and safety improvements. Work includes, but is not limited to: Structural and architectural condition assessments, Evaluation of building envelope systems (including roofing and exterior finishes), Development of repair strategies and construction documents, and Security improvements at public-facing service areas. Key areas of focus include: Precast concrete panel attachment failures at the Civic Center, Roof and building envelope leaks, Structural and surface deterioration within the parking structure, Exterior plaster system cracking and deterioration, and Security enhancements at the lobby and community development counter.

The Work generally consists of: stormwater pollution prevention and erosion control, demolition and removal/disposal, traffic control and construction staging, clearing and grubbing, site grading and subgrade preparation, aggregate base, PCC curb & gutter, PCC and AC driveway, PCC sidewalk, signing and striping, private property removals and returns, and other related work. The project improvements are shown on the plans D-4746, LD26-041 included in the bid package. The Work to be constructed is located on the East side of North Indiana Avenue from East Orange Street (at The Circle) to E Washington Street, along the frontage of 302 to 332 North Indiana Avenue in the City of Vista, California.

The work generally consists of, but is not limited to installing a raised median, adding bike lanes, installing new loop detectors and Signing/Striping.

The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, testing, utility coordination, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the Traffic Signal at Palm Drive and 20th Avenue (City Project No. 3001). Scope of Services: Contractor will provide unarmed uniformed security guard services in and around SJRRC properties on a twenty-four (24) hour-a-day, seven (7) day-a-week basis.

Work areas are limited to those areas identified on the temporary work easement and areas outlined within the various permits supplied for the project.

The bids are for a public works project which consists of removal of existing doors and installation of City purchased NABCO GT1175 slide door system and all related work on file with the Citys Public Works Department.

Project Description: The BPACE Kitchen Upgrades project consists of a targeted interior renovation to modernize the existing kitchen and adjacent staff areas while maintaining the current layout and preserving existing equipment. The work includes replacing serving and point-of-sale counters and cabinetry with updated finishes, installing new stainless steel shelving with heat lamps and a three-well steam table, and upgrading all interior finishes with slip-resistant epoxy flooring, new paint, and energy-efficient lighting. The project also removes an existing folding partition to improve space functionality and adds electrical receptacles in seating areas, along with selective demolition of existing casework, countertops, and lighting, resulting in a more efficient, safe, and contemporary kitchen environment.

The Contractor shall have qualified staff to provide all the services necessary for the type of repair and/or maintenance services as defined in the scope of work for the applicable service area of this RFQP and for projects that are developed during the term of the agreement. The Contractor shall have the resources necessary to respond to a call for services immediately and to be able to complete the project in a timely manner. The Contractor shall have the support staff and resources needed for the completion of any and all repair, maintenance or project as defined in the specific project scope of work and agreement

The East 5th Street Affordable Housing Streetscape Improvements Project will provide much needed infrastructure improvements and upgrades designed to contribute to improved transportation safety and promote multimodal transportation in the area. This project is located within a designated Priority Development Area (PDA) and was the subject of zoning and general plan amendments in 2022. This project will help to establish a mixed-use activity center inclusive of new public infrastructure investment, it will also improve sidewalk conditions, enhance pedestrian safety, landscaping and the overall aesthetics of the area

Work consists of fabrication and installation of steel structural supports for fall protection systems, steel structural reinforcement of existing metal roof system, metal stud framing at existing gutter and existing metal roofing supports, drywall repair and finish at damaged soffit, new plywood at abandoned roof gutter infill, removal of existing metal roofing at roof gutter infill, installation of roofing underlayment at roof gutter infill, installation of metal roofing panel system and new metal roofing system infill panels at roof gutter infill.

General project work description: The Project generally consists of the removal and reconstruction of an existing concrete-lined channel, earthwork excavation and grading for a new access ramp, and associated work. The Project also includes water pollution control measures, temporary water diversion, and all related work necessary to complete the improvements. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts and materials to replace a variable frequency drive (VFD) for the blower and replace the second stage compressor, condenser fan motor, blower belt, and recharge system for the HVAC system at the U.S. Coast Guard Marine Safety Detachment, Santa Barbara. The VFD itself is fully out of commission and is need of replacement. Additionally, it was discovered that the existing 2nd Stage Compressor has an oil and refrigerant leak originating at the compressor terminals and a replacement compressor is needed. The 2nd Stage Compressor fan motor and fan belt have failed and are in need of replacement. The facility named herein is located at 111 Harbor Way, Santa Barbara, CA 93109.
