Description of Work: Contractors shall repair, maintain, install, reset, remove and replace fencing as directed by the City of Sacramento. When replacing fencing, unless otherwise specified by the City, the Contractor shall replace the existing fence with a fence made of new materials placed in the same location. Contractors may be requested to provide such services at any time (24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week). Contractors shall work expeditiously and continuously on the Project until all work is completed. Thereafter, the Contractor will stay upon the premises until such work is inspected and approved by a representative of the Housing and Dangerous Buildings or the Neighborhood Code Compliance Divisions. All Work shall be performed in a workmanlike manner. Breach of any requirement of the agreement shall be cause for removal of the Contractor from the program at the sole discretion of the Chief of Housing and Dangerous Buildings or the Code Enforcement Manager. Temporary fencing contractors shall provide and install temporary cyclone fencing as needed to secure various structures and/or properties. The fencing shall be comprised of six feet high panels and appurtenances. When a representative of the Housing & Dangerous Buildings Division or the Neighborhood Code Compliance Division requests the temporary fencing contractor to provide temporary fencing of a building or property, the installer and all components of the temporary fencing shall arrive at the location of such building or property no more than 90 minutes after the request, unless directed otherwise by the City.

The City is soliciting bids for the FY2026-2027 PARK ROAD PITS DEBRIS & SEDIMENT REMOVAL PROJECT. The project consists of removing debris and sediment from the underground sediment collection bays located Park Road in the City of Burlingame. Work includes, but is not limited to, sediment, vegetation, and debris removal, hauling, and disposal. The Bay Area Toll Authority invites firms pre-qualified on the 2021 Transportation Engineering and Planning Services, Service Category A: Freeway Operations, Data Analytics and Performance Assessments to apply for this project. BATA is seeking to hire a consultant to collect and analyze traffic data, prepare a comprehensive report that documents conditions before (October 2025) and after (October 2026) the HOV policy is implemented and provides recommendations, as needed, to inform future HOV policy decisions. For the seven state-owned bridges, the selected consultant will be expected to compile and collect HOV lane and general-purpose lane data through PeMS, Inrix, BATA/FasTrak®, and vehicle occupancy data collection and prepare a comprehensive report for before and after the HOV policy changes.

The work to be done consists, in general, of the removal and disposal of sediment from two culverts (N9-UI303-N9-UO302 & N9-UI304-N9-UO305) and clearing excess sediment buildup from the channel that runs between the culverts. The channel is to be cleared as to maintain steady water flow between the culverts

Oakmont is a community located approximately 8 miles east of downtown Santa Rosa and tucked into Sonoma Countys Valley of the Moon. This mostly residential community includes small businesses, and a local Homeowners Association offering various golfing and recreation opportunities to members. The community is located within the Wildland Urban Interface and is surrounded by hills, trees, countryside and vineyards. The area contains roads maintained by the City that will be included in the Project; however, many of the roads are owned and maintained by the Association and are excluded from the Project. City maintained roads are showing signs of distress and need maintenance to improve their condition

Project Description The City and County of San Francisco (City) seeks responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from certified General Building Contractors (B License) interested in performing general building services at various locations in San Francisco, California. The work will involve general building services at various locations in the City, and may include, but is not limited to, repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property

This project includes the removal and haul away of an existing lodge pole fence at Nature Park. The contractor will be required to replace with new lodge pole fencing and footings. Additionally, the contractor will purchase and install 4 concrete tables. The contract will also remove and haul away existing playground cloth canopies/shade sails at Lake Forest Park and Peachwood Park, replacing and installing a new canopies/shade sails.

The Project work will consist of inspecting and rehabilitating of Peck Well by mechanical cleaning, chemical treatment, redevelopment, pumping tests, and pump rehabilitation.

In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, providing the full range of services, including closed-circuit televising and light cleaning, not to exceed 10 miles of sanitary sewer. Heavy cleaning and root removal will be included on an as needed basis.
