Description of Work: Contractors shall repair, maintain, install, reset, remove and replace fencing as directed by the City of Sacramento. When replacing fencing, unless otherwise specified by the City, the Contractor shall replace the existing fence with a fence made of new materials placed in the same location. Contractors may be requested to provide such services at any time (24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week). Contractors shall work expeditiously and continuously on the Project until all work is completed. Thereafter, the Contractor will stay upon the premises until such work is inspected and approved by a representative of the Housing and Dangerous Buildings or the Neighborhood Code Compliance Divisions.
