Work Description: The Project consists of pavement rehabilitation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of roadway by means of full depth reclamation via cement treatment (FDR-C) at Tower Road and South Kelly Road from Devlin Road to State Route-29. Work also includes storm drain system installation in South Kelly Road, relocation of a street light, as well as installation of a new recycled water main and installation of new water and recycle water services and construction of bioretention facilities along the southwest shoulder of South Kelly Road. Work includes mobilization, storm water pollution prevention, traffic control, curb ramp upgrades, road base treatment via FDR-C, asphalt concrete paving, ancillary grading, landscaping, and fencing improvements, and new signage and striping. Work further includes minor concrete sidewalk and curb ramp improvements at the intersection of South Kelly Road and State Route-29, within Caltrans Right of Way.

The Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified firms in response to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for Larkspur Ferry Terminal Berths 1 & 2 Camel Restoration (the "Services")

The work shall include, but is not limited to, curb ramp upgrades, lowering and raising of utilities, monument perpetuation, pulverize HMA and base to a depth of 13.5 inches, introducing lime cement treatment, placement of HMA base and surface course, sidewalks, and striping. Construction site environmental compliance. Contractor to provide all necessary work plans, permits, and inspections necessary, all as shown on the plans and/or as specified herein.

The Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive storm drain and sanitary sewer system maintenance services at various locations at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Van Nuys Airport (VNY). This project encompasses the routine and as-needed cleaning of sewer mainlines, storm drains, and holding tanks, as well as video camera inspection of pipelines to ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance. The scope of work includes: Hydro-jet cleaning of approximately 30,400 linear feet of sewer mainlines ranging from 6" to 24" in diameter. Vacuum extraction and disposal of debris from manholes and tanks. Storm drains will be cleaned on an as-needed basis to prevent flooding and maintain environmental compliance. Pipeline video camera inspections to identify blockages, structural issues, and maintenance needs. These services are critical to maintaining the operational efficiency of LAWAs wastewater and stormwater infrastructure, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and supporting the safety and cleanliness of airport facilities. The selected contractor must demonstrate experience in similar large-scale airport or municipal projects, possess the necessary licenses and certifications and have access to specialized equipment such as hydro-jet and vacuum trucks, and pipeline inspection cameras.

The Templeton Community Services District Platz 5 River Well Replacement Drilling and Construction Project includes the well permitting, drilling, development and testing of a new municipal alluvial well as specified herein. This is a replacement for the Platz 2 River Well.

Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of Owner-Furnished playground equipment at Price Elementary School. Please see bid plans and specifications for additional detail. All work shall be completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, applicable codes, and recognized construction industry standards.

Project Description: Replace approximately 2,560 LF of 24 diameter sewer line with 30 diameter sewer line along Mormon Slough. Replace approximately 2,560 LF of 24 diameter sewer line with 30 diameter sewer line along Mormon Slough.

The project includes targeted asphalt repairs and replacement in select parking lot areas and drive aisles to address deteriorated pavement. The existing restroom facility will be demolished and replaced with a new facility, meeting current codes and accessibility requirements. Improvements also include construction of a new bike park plaza with an associated parking area. New site lighting will be installed around the existing skate park, bike park plaza, and along the Sacramento River Trail to improve visibility and user safety. Limited landscape and irrigation improvements are also proposed including repair of damaged landscape areas

The project consists of three general areas of improvement; 1) Reconstruction of the Avenue 53 Tot Lot area; 2) Reconstruction of the Avenue 53 and Calle Empalme intersection with a roundabout; and 3) Removal and Replacement of a sewer main between Calle Leandro and Calle Techa. The park portion of the project will include but not be limited to the removal and replacement of all site amenities, concrete, landscaping and irrigation, in addition to installation of new CMU and metal fencing, electrical and concrete pathway. The roundabout improvements will include but not be limited to the removal and replacement of concrete curb, gutter, cross gutter, AC pavement, concrete sidewalk, concrete apron, storm drain system, street lighting, slurry seal, signing and striping. Within the park improvements area, the Contractor shall coordinate the installation of four (4) shade structures, playground surfacing and equipment and playground shade structure with the Citys third-party contactors. The project will also replace sewer main, which will consist of street trenching for the removal of the 12 sewer main with a 15 PVC main, connections into the existing manholes to accommodate the larger mainline pipe, epoxy coating of the three manholes associated with the project, adjust manholes to grade, and trench repair. All work to be constructed and performed in a workmanlike, professional manner, and to the satisfaction of the City.

The City of Hawthorne is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call traffic control services throughout the City of Hawthorne on an as-needed basis. Services may include planned and emergency traffic control operations supporting utility work, roadway construction, public works maintenance activities, special events, and other City operations. The selected contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, vehicles, traffic control devices, equipment, permits, and materials necessary to perform traffic control services in accordance with the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (CA MUTCD), Caltrans standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

The City of Hidden Hills is seeking to retain the services of a qualified and experienced architectural design consulting firm to provide the professional and technical services required to design complete Construction Plans and prepare Specifications and Engineers Estimate (PS&E) and construction bid package for the City Hall Landscape and Hardscape Improvements Project.

Construction of roadway maintenance and slurry seal. The City would like construction to begin as soon as possible.

Storm events during January 2017 caused saturation of the bluff face along Ocean Boulevard resulting in extensive erosion and damage to the existing roadway and stormwater facilities. The City was able to secure emergency relief (ER) funding for construction from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) through Caltrans Division of Local Assistance (DLA) for damages directly related to this Storm Event.

The City of Pismo Beach is interested in acquiring the services of a qualified firm to provide Construction Management, Inspection and Administration Services for the 2026 Roadway Maintenance & Slurry Seal Project. The project scope includes crack filling, localized dig outs, slurry seal, restriping, and a minor amount of overlay and ADA curb ramp improvements. The City would like construction to begin as soon as possible.

The Public Works Department of the City of Costa Mesa is requesting proposals from professional engineering services for the design of the Citys federally-funded Fair Drive Circulation Improvements Project - Fair Drive For All (Federal Project No. CML-5312(112)). Fair Drive is a 4-lane Primary Arterial with a two-way center turn lane with Class II bicycle lanes on each side of the street between Harbor Boulevard to Newport Boulevard. The segment from Harbor Boulevard to Fairview Road serves the College Park residential neighborhood to the north and south. The segment from Fairview Road to Newport Boulevard serves the OC Fair & Event Center, Costa Mesa City Hall, Costa Mesa Police Department, Fire Station #5, Neth Park, and Vanguard University. The OC Fair occurs annually between mid-July and mid August with other events occurring regularly through the rest of the year. Between Harbor Boulevard and Fairview Road, Fair Drive has an Average Daily Traffic (ADT) volume of roughly 12,000 vehicles per day (vpd) with a 40-mph posted speed limit. Between Fairview Road and Newport Boulevard, Fair Drive has an ADT of 19,000 vpd with a 35-mph posted speed limit. The City of Costa Mesa would like to procure professional engineering services for the Fair Drive Circulation Improvements Project - Fair Drive For All (Federal Project No. CML-5312(112)) (Project) to identify, evaluate, and design safety and circulation improvements along Fair Drive from Harbor Boulevard to Fairview Road, as shown in Exhibit A. The Project will identify multiple alternatives for how to improve the corridor, analyze and evaluate alternatives, conduct extensive community outreach, and include preliminary design, environmental analyses, and final design of the selected improvements. Some potential improvements include one-way or two-way Class IV Cycle Tracks along Fair Drive, transit stop improvements, crosswalks, and modified traffic controls (e.g. roundabout, protected intersection, pedestrian hybrid beacon, etc.). The project will include extensive community outreach meetings with the community including College Park neighborhood members, the Citys Active Transportation Committee, and other stakeholder groups to obtain feedback on the proposed improvements.

Culver City is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Citywide Bioretention Basin Project.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to rehabilitate and recoat the interior of a Reclaim Water Storage tank at the Riverside Energy Resource Center (RERC). The rehabilitation work includes potential repairs on the tank floor section up to 100 sq ft. The recoating area will only cover the lower 20 feet of a tank with an elevation of 35 feet. The total surface area is estimated at 3,526 sq. ft.

The City seeks to award a construction contract to complete the West Hollywood Park Relighting Project in the City of West Hollywood. Contractors shall furnish all labor, incidental trade-related materials, tools, equipment, transportation/ mobilization/ vehicle expenses/ fuel, relevant expenses, taxes, insurances, bonding, traffic control, permits, and public noticing, as required, to accomplish the work in accordance with the Citys contract requirements/specifications.
