This scope of work includes building design/professional services, all the site infrastructure, access and site improvements on the property related to the new building primarily in and around a site which extends from the existing building to an entrance drive to the east and from Judge Maney Way on the south extending to older freestanding building to the north. Currently, the parking lots and larger stormwater improvements are planned to be under a separate engineering scope of work and construction schedule that will need to be coordinated. Post selection for this project, these parking and stormwater improvements may be added as a change to the scope of work, with a corresponding fee change, at the discretion of the County. The scope of work entails but is not limited to installation, repair and/or full replacement of interior and/or exterior glass panes, windows, entry doors, mirrors, Plexiglass structures, curtain walls, glass blocks and any other glazing structures at the facilities operated by Miami-Dade Public Library System. All damaged glass must be replaced with equal or greater quality and thickness and in accordance with MDPLS Design Guidelines. The contractor shall provide temporary emergency repairs (i.e., within 24 hours of notification) while materials are on order, including caulking, temporary protection of building envelope openings, sealing, water proofing, board-up and water testing in order to prevent water infiltration and secure the facility while new glass is being ordered. All work shall be authorized via Work Orders by project/site and shall comply with the following requirements: 1. Observe MDPLS product requirements for re-glazing, re-sealing, caulking and water proofing as needed. 2. Work in high traffic areas (i.e., inside any of the library facilities during operating hours) or any other areas where there is a high volume of people. Please adjust your unit costs accordingly. 3. The contractor shall notify the MDPLS project manager at least 48 hours in advance prior to initiating any work order assignment. 4. All scaffold erecting and fall protection shall follow OSHA standards 1926.450 through 1926.503. 5. The awarded contractor shall provide all necessary equipment to supply a safe working area environment and mitigate noise and operational interruptions. 6. When support metal is damaged, order necessary replacement materials before re-glazing. 7. Clean base frame and adjacent areas completely following all manufacturers recommended procedures for proper applications. 8. Replace old screws at damaged section being replaced with equal or greater quality, corrosion proof and secure properly. 9. The contractor is responsible for cleaning up and proper disposal of all debris before leaving work areas for the day or night. Contractor must remove and dispose of all broken glass following OSHA as well as any other applicable Codes or standards. Glass debris disposal must also comply with applicable environmental regulations. 10. Remove extra material and equipment from the work area before leaving for the day or night. 11. Remove old caulking and re-seal entire areas being replaced and remove and replace any deteriorated or damaged supports to prevent water infiltration. 12. When caulking is applied from the interior, 1/4" x 1/4" glazing tape must be installed on the frame leaving a 3/4" area from the DLO[LD2.1][JS2.2] to apply the caulking. 13. When caulking is applied from exterior side, use the proper preset gasket to set caulk bite. 14. Inspect new glass for damage and ensure it meets the required standards per specifications before installation. 15. Clean glass per caulk manufacturers recommendation. 16. When glass being replaced is part of an entire section, contractor shall verify that all adjacent units are properly sealed to avoid water penetration. All broken glasses must be replaced in kind. 17. Install new glass following safety regulations and manufacturer procedures. 18. Temporarily secure glass to ensure proper trim fit to allow sealants to cure following manufacturers procedures. 19. Clean all surrounding areas, paint trims, and frames to provide a fresh finish. 20. Repair any damages caused by the re-glazing process or any work performed by Contractor. 21. The contractor is responsible for the performance of a water test after work has been completed in the presence of the MDPLS project manager to verify that no water penetration is caused due to improper installation. 22. Provide a one (1) year no dollar limit-warranty for any defects in materials and installation. Upon warranty activation, the contractor shall immediately perform inspections, repair or replace defective areas. 23. Provide a manufacturer warranty for all glazing materials following installation. The Manufacturer warranty must be in effect for a period of at least one (1) year. 24. Approved brands for film applications include 3M, Courtaulos, Llumar, Madico, Solar Gard and Sungard.

A Stone Conservationist is needed for the stabilization of grave markers within the cemetery for the preservation of the historical cemetery.It is strongly desired that actual stone conservation be executed only by an experienced conservator with experience in historical cemetery preservation to repair and reset any broken or displaced markers.

Scope of Work: Scope includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Broward County Health Department Clinic HVAC Replacement Project located at 2421 SW 6th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL., to replace the buildings Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve the interior working environment. The work includes, but is not limited to, HVAC replacement for the first and second floors. This scope involves removal and reinstallation of interior finishes as required for HVAC and structural work. Roof work is limited to the replacement of an existing chiller, exhaust fans, and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes. Associated ceiling work will be required for the replacement of VAV boxes, and related equipment. Roof patching will be performed only in areas directly adjacent to the work. This is not a full re-roofing project.

The Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) is soliciting to establish a pool of four (4) consultants for survey services for Miami International Airport (MIA), its ancillary facilities, and the four (4) County-owned auxiliary airports: Miami Executive Airport (TMB), MiamiOpa Locka Executive Airport (OPF), Miami Homestead General Aviation Airport (X51), and Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport (TNT). The scope of services to be provided by the consultant includes, but is not limited to, professional surveying services for various projects within MDAD's capital improvement program (CIP) under the supervision of MDAD's authorized representative. Experienced surveyors are required to conduct, administer, and monitor survey operations, ensuring compliance with specifications and documenting findings through observations and reports. The scope of services shall include, but is not limited to, the following: aerial photography, including drone-based photography and scanning; ground control; photogrammetric services; topographic mapping; planimetric mapping; airspace mapping; cross-sections; raster imagery; orthophoto products; photographic prints; GPS survey data; and LiDAR services. Additionally, specialized services will encompass building interior scanning, Building Information Modeling (BIM) modeling, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) location identification, and construction layout verification. All data must adhere to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines and be compatible with MDAD's GIS database and BIM modeling systems. Project types will include existing buildings, new buildings, renovations, and civil projects ranging from roadways to airfield aprons. The A/E firm shall provide at its own cost, the software, hardware, personnel, and training to utilize BIM methodology throughout the duration of this project. All work and development involving BIM shall comply with the MDAD BIM Standards Manual (BIM Manual). The County intends to retain four (4) qualified consultants/teams of firms for four (4) NonExclusive Professional Services Agreements (PSAs), each with an effective term of five (5) years with one (1) Two-Year Option to Renew (OTR). The total estimated combined contract value to be shared amongst the four (4) PSAs is $5,000,000 for the initial term and $1,000,000 for the renewal period, exclusive of any contingencies and dedicated allowances. The following rotational methodology will be used by Miami Dade Aviation Department when assigning work to the awarded A/E firms for this project. These factors will be evaluated by the staff and presented to the Directors designee for their approval. The City of Fort Myers, Florida (City) is seeking qualified and licensed vendors to provide annual testing, inspection, and reporting services for backflow prevention devices. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for performing approximately 7,000 to 8,000 backflow device tests citywide prior to December 31, 2026. Scope of Services The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to perform annual testing and inspection of backflow prevention assemblies. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Perform annual testing of all backflow prevention devices in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Inspect devices to ensure proper operation and compliance with regulatory requirements. The City of Boynton Beach City Public Works Engineering Department is requesting sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide construction services for the Boynton Beach Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Roof Replacement Project located at 1611 South Seacrest Blvd., Boynton Beach, Florida 33426. The work under this project consists of the complete removal of the existing roofing system and associated components in their entirety from the existing mausoleum (approximately +/- 23,400 SF) and install new torch applied SBS modified bituminous roof membrane system and associated components including roof drains assemblies for a complete installation on the existing Mausoleum building. This project is for the purchase, delivery, and installation of interior signage with the Specifications and Requirements. Vendors are invited to respond to a fixed contract to provide and install interior signage as required in Attachment A-Room Sign Schedule, Attachment B-Basis of Design and Attachment C-Product Specifications. Verification of the existing conditions and assessment of the facility is the sole responsibility of the Vendor. The scope of work includes the installation of all signs. Interior walls will be prepared and ready for signage installation by Broward County. All work is to be performed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Access to the building MUST be scheduled and coordinated through the Project Manager in advance. All members of the installation team are required to obtain a Broward County Contract Badge to perform work at North Regional Courthouse. Background checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement will be required. Badge request forms will be provided upon award. 1. Signs are to be manufactured in the United States. 2. The Vendor is to provide a minimum 5-year warranty for all products submitted as part of the bid. 3. Signs are to be inspected for errors and defects prior to shipping. 4. Vendor is to notify the Project Manager in advance of anticipated shipping date. 5. Installation is to be coordinated in advance to allow time for preparation of walls. 6. Vendor is responsible for verifying the accuracy, applicability and all product quantities needed to fully complete signage installation per Attachment A. Due to on-going operational needs of the department and facility the Vendor is to ensure workspace is kept organized and aisle ways are to remain clear and accessible at all times. 5. The Projects installation schedule will be coordinated with and approved by the Project Manager within a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the proposed start of installation. 6. Product shall not be direct shipped to project site without prior coordination with the Project Manager. Delivery and installation will be refused if not scheduled and approved in advance. 7. All finished surfaces must be covered with protective covering during storage, handling, and installation. 8. Examine conditions compliance with requirements for installation. Proceed with installation only after unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected. 9. All required material to protect building finishes are to be provided by the Vendor and removed at the end of each day. The Vendor is responsible for any damage to the building, finishes or other furniture as a result of their installation. 10.
