The scope of work includes upgrading various lab systems and building systems to support lab equipment upgrades. These upgrades include cold room split system replacement, lab air compressor replacement, autoclave exhaust upgrade, snorkel removal, lab gas storage ventilation, electrical generator replacement and RO/DI water replacement.

The Contractor shall provide all materials and labor required for the Mechanical and Electrical work for the replacement of (3) three VRF system consisting of (33) indoor air handlers, (3) outdoor heat pumps along with (4) indoor branch controllers. All new equipment to tie into newly replaced Mitsubishi controller. Existing refrigerant piping to be reused.

CHEC has identified the need for additional equipment and manpower in the event of storm damage. The goal of this contract is to provide CHEC during 2026 with equipment and qualified manpower to restore power after a storm. The work will be typical for that as a result of hurricanes, storm surges, and tornadoes. The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to complete this service. The work is post-storm emergency restoration of power which includes overhead line construction for both transmission and distribution lines. Rates should be provided for employees and equipment.

The work shall consist of extension of existing campus infrastructure including private water and sewer distribution system extensions and a private road extension to serve the expansion of the south end of the North Campus. The General Contractor shall be the Prime Contractor for this single-prime contract. The Prime Contractor shall hire Owner approved sub-contractors to provide all necessary support work in order to provide turnkey installation, without additional funding by the Owner.

The material to be provided shall be LIQUID FERRIC SULFATE, approved for potable water treatment, Listed/Certified under the National Sanitation Foundation NSF Standard 60 and meeting all provisions of ANSI/AWWA STANDARD B406-20; Standard for Liquid Ferric Sulfate, latest revision and the requirements contained within this specification.

The project generally consists of the renovation of 208 Monroe Street to serve as the new town hall.

The general scope of work will consist of the replacement of the existing split ac unit with hot water coil with same like-and-kind equipment. This includes miscellaneous electrical, HVAC controls, and fire alarm.

Cape Fear Public Utility Authority intends to procure a qualified Design Builder to provide design and construction services for the installation of water main extensions into existing neighborhoods in the areas of Blossom Street, Chadwick Acres, and Cape Landing. This installation will include the public and private side water service connections. This Project will include design, obtaining of permits, creation of engineering reports (preparation, submission, and DWI approval), public outreach assistance, construction phase engineering services, and ultimately the construction of water main extensions into existing neighborhoods impacted by PFAS. The selected DB will form a team with CFPUA and execute preliminary and final comprehensive agreements for design and construction for a total Project cost not to exceed the approved budget amount.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide professional lawn and grounds maintenance consisting of, but not limited to, labor, supervision, equipment and supplies as specified herein for Gaston College Main campus at 201 Highway 321 South, Dallas, NC 28034

Work of this proposed Contract includes construction, testing and start-up of ONWASAs Dixon well sites D4R and D12 using existing wells D4R and D12. The well sites are located on NC Highway 50 northwest of Holly Ridge in Onslow County, NC.

The scope of work includes demolition, grading, utilities, prefabricated bridge installation, hardscape, planting, and other site improvements.

The purpose of this project is to provide utility coordination and utility relocation monitoring services for the Citys utility coordination staff on City Capital Improvement projects. Fordham Boulevard (US 15-501) Sidepath Consists of constructing a 10-foot sidepath along Fordham Boulevard (US 15-501) from Ridgefield Road to Willow Drive (approximately 1,800 linear feet) and to upgrade the existing sidepath from Cleland Drive to Ridgefield Road (approximately 1,700 linear feet). The construction will involve clearing and grubbing, grading, concrete paving, drainage, erosion control, curb and gutter installation, signing, striping, and streambank stabilization.

The proposed work will consist of the installation of new water infrastructure alongside and in the vicinity of NC 49 (East Elm Street/Pine Street), and Trollinger Road Graham in Alamance County, North Carolina. The primary work will include the following items and appurtenances: 1. Installation of approximately 1,900 LF 8 DIP Water 2. Installation of approximately 1,050 LF 16 DIP Water 3. Installation of 8 Meter Vault and Double Check Vault 4. Connections to existing 8 & 16 waterlines.

The work includes the installation of approximately 1,200 LF of new 5' wide brick sidewalk, plus approximately 200 LF of 5' X 2' concrete box culvert and approximately 600 LF of 24-inch RCP storm drain pipe with related appurtenances along Rattlesnake Trail and Magnolia Road
