Lake Avenue K-3 Well Equipping, Lakewood, WA
The project includes the development of a new well facility at the Lake Avenue K-3 Well site. The project will include well equipping with well pump, motor, and accessories, on-site sodium hypochlorite generation system and associated treatment appurtenances, a new Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) well pump and treatment building, site and utility improvements, and associated electrical and control systems. It will also include piping and system updates to consolidate chlorination for the existing K-1 and K-2 wells.
Watermain Connections and Upgrades Project, Leavenworth, WA
Prequalification required. This project includes installing approximately 1,500 LF of 8" DI watermain on W Center St, Stafford St, Cedar St, and Poplar St in the City of Leavenworth. This project will include, but is not limited to, fittings, valves, hydrants, and water services as well as all roadway restoration required due to the nature of the watermain work.
UWMC NW B-Wing Re-Roof Project, Seattle, WA
The University of Washington, Medical Center Northwest Hospital Roof Replacement Project is located at 1550 N 115th Street Main Hospital, Seattle, WA 98133. The work of this project is limited to the B-wing roof areas as indicated on the Project Drawings. The goal of this project is to replace the aged and degraded roof membrane. Mandatory apprentice utilization of at least 15% of the total labor hours worked on the contract is required.
2026 Sidewalk Gaps Project, North Bend, WA
There are three (3) sites associated with this project. The work to be performed shall be along the north side of SE Cedar Falls Way from the RRFB crossing located east of Stilson Ave SE to the existing sidewalk at the Cottages at North Bend Development frontage; the east side of SE Orchard Dr from SE 5th St to Orchard Place Townhomes; and the west side of 436th Ave SE from the roundabout at SE 136th St to the roundabout at SE North Bend Way. The Work will consist of, but is not limited to, sidewalk, curb and gutter, bike ramps, curb ramps, surface restoration including construction of a parking lot, storm drain collection and conveyance, JUT construction and other Work as required to complete the Project.
