The scope of work at the Tumwater Print and Mail Facility will look to incorporate the Olympia Mail Facility at this location. The Facility operates 24/5 and will remain so during all construction operations. The project scope includes the primary mechanical and electrical systems upgrades along with upgrades to provide for the integration of the Olympia Mail at this location. Additional work will involve interior modifications and complete Re-Roofing of the structure. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 12% MBE, 8% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.

Plan and pave hot mix asphalt (HMA) within the traveled lanes, plus 2 feet of the shoulders, install centerline and shoulder rumble strips, crack sealing, asphalt for fog seal the shoulders and rumble strip locations, install weigh in motion sensors (state forces), restore delineation, traffic control and other work. 5% federal small business enterprise goal.

The project work includes installation of new electric vehicle (EV) chargers and provide site protection/security enhancements including fencing/gates, access control, lighting, and camera systems to parking lot E-02 at the University of Washington Seattle campus. The parking lot is located directly northeast of the intersection of 25th Ave NE and NE 44th Street. The project location is in an area previously used as a landfill or a related buffer zone susceptible to differential settlement. The project will include below grade scope and incorporate support elements and other accommodations to provide surface stability and uniformity. Electric vehicle chargers will be of the Level 2 and Level 3 direct current fast charging type. Provisions will be provided for future expansion of additional direct current fast chargers.

Furnish and install land mobile and airband radio systems, including head units, power supplies, IP remotes, antennas and all other cabling and equipment necessary to provide a fully functioning system.

The Port of Everett is seeking proposals from qualified Facility Maintenance Contractors to provide a range of services as outlined in this solicitation. The Port desires that exterior grounds are consistently clean and well maintained to the greatest extent feasible. The Contractor shall deliver services that promote a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment appropriate for a high-traffic, year-round waterfront destination serving the public. Priority shall be given to high-visibility and high-use areas, including public entrances, pedestrian pathways, and areas adjacent to restaurants, and retail establishments.

In general, the scope includes: Demolition of the existing standing-seam metal roofing system of Cottage #05 and replacement with a new roofing system, which includes new rigid insulation, roofing underlayment, standing-seam metal roofing, snow guards, metal flashing, gutters and downspouts, as well as replacement of the fall protection system and exterior windows due to a code-required increase in the rigid insulation thickness. The work of this contract is primarily to Construct a 187 SF CMU utility facility building for King County Solid Waste Division to house a new compressor system for natural gas and a new heater to prevent equipment from freezing. Subcontracting opportunities: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, professional engineer.

This Contract provides for the construction of new sidewalks, including driveways, ADA compliant curb ramp improvements, and associated storm drainage along West 1st Street (SR 170), from South County Road to the east edge of Railroad Right-of-way, including but not limited to excavation, grading, subgrade preparation, cement concrete curb, gutters, curb ramps, sidewalks, driveway entrances, hot mix asphalt pavement repair, storm sewer pipes, precast concrete drywells, catch basins, pavement marking, miscellaneous surface restoration, permanent signing, traffic control and other work.

The Project consists of the Alteration and construction of soccer field and sports lighting. The work includes civil, landscaping, electrical systems and all necessary and required work to complete the project as described in the contract documents. There may be off-site work associated with this project.

The improvements for which bids will be received are generally described below: - Bituminous surface treatment of approximately 4,200 SY of roadway - Fog seal of approximately 2,100 SY of roadway - Approximately 400 SY of road reconstruction - Approximately 20 SY of pavement repair - New drywell; misc. manhole and value adjustments

This Work shall consist of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment and material, including traffic control, necessary to crack seal all cracks and joints, 1/8 inch and greater in width, by first cleaning with compressed air and filling completely with crack sealing material.

Requires the removal of structures and obstructions, removal and disposal of asbestos material, ESC lead, erosion control and water pollution prevention, high visibility fence, high visibility silt fence, bark or wood chip mulch, FA-site cleanup of Bio. and physical hazards, traffic control and other work. Involves 12 items and 15 working days. Work class 13, demolition.

Project generally consists of selective demolition of existing freezer and related equipment, installation of new freezer and related equipment, demolition and site prep for new generator, installation of new generator and automatic transfer switch and associated electrical infrastructure.

The project is to remove and replace the ED CT. This will require the removal and reinstall casework, lead shielding demo, new lead shielding install, drywall, electrical, F/I leaded door and window, remove/reinstall sink, and new flooring.

This contract provides improvement of Ash Way from 164th St SW to Park & Ride. The Work includes pavement repair, planing, paving, pavement markings, utility adjustments, traffic control, and other work.

This Contract provides for the improvement of Beverly Park Rd ADA Upgrades at Fairmount Elem & Center Rd and 18 Ave W Sidewalk 151 St SW to Jefferson Way. The Work includes reconstructing existing curb ramps to ADA compliance and upgrading pedestrian push buttons to APS standard, extending sidewalk, curb, and gutter, and planter strip on the west side of 18th Ave W between 151st St SW and Jefferson Way, and other work.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to remove approximately 1.99 miles of existing fencing and to construct approximately 4.98 miles of 4-wire cattle fence.

The project will replace the existing 8-inch diameter PVC piping with approximately 900 linear feet of new 12-inch ductile iron piping along NE 152nd Street (also known as Bruett Road), from the intersection of 3rd Ave NE to the corner of 26919 NE 252nd Street.

Renovations to existing 13,504 sf building. Work consists of some demolition, construction of new woodframe walls with finishes. New mechanical and electrical systems. New exterior openings in masonry walls for windows. Exterior EIFS and fixed window awnings. All new roofing. A barista space will be developed. A separate parcel across alley will receive buried conduits for future E-V chargers (by owner). New asphalt site paving.

Refinish all surface areas of the following, as specified: Flooring, GWB walls, ceilings, doors, casework HVAC: Alter existing and add new construction. Electrical Power and Lighting: Replace existing system with new construction, keeping existing in operation until ready for changeover. Fire Suppression Sprinklers: Modify existing system with new construction. Fire Alarm: Modify existing system and equipment to operational condition. Security System: Modify existing system and equipment to operational condition.
