The work to be done consists primarily of replacement of existing playground, including demolition of the existing playground equipment and play surface area, addition of new playground equipment such as accessible swings and new climbing structures, new resilient playground surfacing and concrete pathways, addition of new fence, new signage, landscaping and trees, removal of two trees, addition of drinking fountain, and new lighting. City will furnish a portion of the playground equipment from Landscape Structures Inc., as outlined in the Technical Specifications. Contractor to provide any handling and storage, acceptance of delivery, transportation, site preparation, improvements and installation of owners furnished elements. Contractor will perform all other items necessary to complete the Work. Bids are required for the entire Work.

The project scope includes design services for demolition of the existing buildings at 320 and 330 Main Street, and design of a new parking lot. New parking lot design will include demolition of existing buildings and other structures located at 320 and 330 Main Street, minor earthwork and grading, asphalt-concrete pavement, concrete and ADA improvements, parking lot striping, payment kiosk, vegetated bioswale and drainage improvements, solar lighting, landscaping and irrigation system, and EV-ready parking spaces. The design will also include a geotechnical investigation and report to characterize subsurface conditions and to support the vegetated bioswale and drainage improvements basis of design. All improvements will be designed to comply with applicable City, County, and NPDES stormwater requirements. The parking lot design will be roughly based on the council-approved conceptual plan. Deliverables will consist of construction drawings, specifications, an engineers estimate, and bid documents, along with support during the bidding process.

The City of Vernon is seeking the services of a highly qualified contractor to provide the following types of work: Provide project design services for the Citys Natural Gas system, as needed. Prepare construction plans and as-built drawings in relation to VPUs natural gas infrastructure and projects. Deliver a comprehensive construction package upon project completion. This package may include, but is not limited to, documents of tests performed, as-builts, and other materials as determined by City staff. Collaborate with City staff to explore design and construction options for addressing complex natural gas issues. Offer construction and repair support services executed by operator-qualified personnel include, which include, but are not limited to: Welding of high-pressure steel gas pipe. Fusion of PE distribution line. Pressure testing of steel and PE pipes (with appropriate documentation). Excavation and installation of steel or PE pipes. Shoring of trenches and excavations. Technical and maintenance support of regulator stations. Obtaining encroachment permits and managing traffic control. Provide emergency and additional support services including: Recovery assistance following unforeseen events or natural disasters, such as a major earthquake. Gas system support with operator-qualified personnel, as needed, in the event VPU does not have sufficient resources. Identify Operator Qualification (OQ) providers, such as Energy Worldnet, Veriforce, etc. Maintain OQ records of all employees working on City projects.

City of Lindsay Pool Deck Renovation

The project consists of cold-mill and overly of existing AC Roadway Pavement, cold-mill and overlay of existing AC Alleyway Pavement, Constructing quick set emulsion aggregate slurry Type II (cationic) with 2 percent latex additive, adjusting manhole covers, water valve covers, water meter covers and gas covers to grade. The project also consists of concrete improvements to be made within the roadway segments that will be resurfaced including removal and replacement of broken curb and gutter, roadway spandrels, etc., per bid schedule. Project also includes removal and replacement of raised pavement markers, and roadway striping as well as miscellaneous work for parking lot improvements at Garvey Center and Zapopan Park as indicated on the construction plans, including other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper completion of the project as indicated in the appendix and other related work as described in the plans and specifications.

To provide on-call municipal water well maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, inspection, emergency response, and related support services for the City's groundwater production facilities.

Scope of Services: All concrete supplied shall be Class B, consisting of six (6) sacks (564 pounds) of Portland Cement per cubic yard and shall have a maximum size of coarse aggregate of three-quarter inch (3/4); Portland Cement used in said concrete shall conform to the American Society for Testing Materials Designation C150, and shall be Type II, Concrete shall contain the following coloring agent: 1 pound of Lamp Black per cubic yard of concrete, which will be specified at the time of order.

The City of Inglewoods Facility Repair and Construction Division is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed contractors for the removal and replacement of existing storefront window systems at the Veterans Memorial Building located at 328 Centinela Avenue, Inglewood, California 90302. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, insurances, disposal services, incidentals, and any other items necessary to complete the removal and replacement of existing storefront windows and associated components.

This project will construct concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveway approaches, cross gutters, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb access ramps as show on the plans and described in these Specifications. Scope of Services: Independent, licensed, professional consultant firms with expertise in Construction Management. times while managing the program with minimal guidance from the County. Consultants scope of work must include performing the duties of Resident Engineer and Construction Inspector. Performance of duties must be in conformance with procedures in the Caltrans Construction Manual and other documents referenced in the Caltrans Construction Manual. Consultant shall be responsible for authorizing or stopping and accepting or rejection the work of the contractor based upon conformance with the construction contract documents. The Resident Engineer shall be the consultants primary point of contact with the County and shall be responsible for preparing all contract change orders.

Description: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, vehicles, and materials necessary to provide routine trash refuse removal services throughout Millerton Lake State Recreation Area including the North Shore located in Madera County and the South Shore located in Fresno County.

Scope of Services: Hazardous Fuels Reduction services on the Cole Family Property located at 3025 Pioneer Trail, South Lake Tahoe Ca 96150. The total treatable acreage across all sites is approximately 50.7 acres. Project operations include the cutting, removal, and/or rearrangement of fuels to meet the vegetation treatment specifications of the Cal Fire Forest Fire Prevention Exemption. There may be a need to conduct hand felling/thinning in certain areas where mechanical equipment access is not feasible or prohibited.
