As part of these efforts, removal/demolition and related activities will be conducted at one Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range (VOR) facility in the FAAs Western Service Area (ESA). The demolition and related activities shall be performed at the FAA facilities listed below: CZQ VOR Clovis, CA (38.884322, -119.815140). The FAA no longer uses the equipment/buildings at the above-listed facility. The property is leased and there are no co-located facilities, so the FAA plans to cancel the lease after the demolition and restoration activities take place. Project Description: The Project Scope of Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, services, off-site work, landscaping, and all work indicated in the plans and specifications necessary for the construction of new educational facilities and associated site improvements. The project includes construction of new classroom, administration, cafeteria, and multi-use buildings, along with related grading, drainage, paving, utilities, fencing, and site lighting improvements. The work also includes all associated civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems required for a complete and fully operational facility.

The City currently maintains an inventory of approximately 7,734 street and park trees, representing a vital public asset that contributes to community aesthetics, environmental sustainability, and public safety. These trees require ongoing professional care to ensure their long-term health, structural integrity, and compliance with industry standards. The purpose of this maintenance contract is to provide the City of Baldwin Park with the best possible tree care to maintain the City at a level expected by the Citys residents, City Council, City staff, and visitors of the community. At present, the City operates on an approximate four- to five-year grid pruning cycle. Through this RFP, the City seeks to transition to a more proactive and industry-aligned three-year pruning cycle for the majority of trees, with a two-year pruning cycle for palm trees. Phase I, 2026 Sewer Lining Project: Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, services, and specialized skills to perform work involved in the Project. The Work included in the Bid is defined in accordance with Specification No. 3976 and Plan Nos. 3-1590 and 3-1595. The work generally includes: providing traffic control on residential, collector, and arterial streets; cleaning and preparation of existing pipelines; pre- and post-construction closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection; installation of sectional and full cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners in sanitary sewers; provision of sewage bypass, removal and replacement of interfering trees and plants; repair of appurtenances; and all other related work as shown on the project plans and specifications, Standard Plans for Public Works Construction (SPPWC 2021 Edition), and the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (2024 Edition), including all supplements thereto issued prior to bid opening date.
