Project Scope: This Project involves the construction of street side and median landscape wet-set grouted cobbles in approximately 80 pre-graded and pre-formed areas ranging from 50 to 200 square feet each along a corridor approximately one (1) mile in length. he Project is located along various segments of McKee Boulevard and Barbara Terry Boulevard in the City of Lathrop.

The City of Pasadena is seeking the services of a qualified design-build contractor to design, build, operate and maintain (DBOM) a new stand-alone hydrogen-fueling station by requesting DB Qualification Statements, technical proposals, price proposals, and required completed forms and attachments in response to this RFP from highly qualified and experience vendors with the capability, responsibility, experience, and accountability to design and construct a stand-alone hydrogen-fueling station that will use delivered liquid hydrogen (LH2) as the primary storage medium that will support the City's planned fleet of fuel cell electric buses (FCEBs) and described in greater detail in the Citys Bridging Documents, and Design-Build Documents enumerated in the City's Standard Form of Agreement. The City is seeking a Design-Builder that excels in five (5) key areas: project experience, team composition, project approach and methodology, financial strength, and safety record, while also demonstrating a collaborative mindset to achieve optimal value within the City's Project budget and required schedule.

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA), in cooperation and funding by METRO, VCTC, California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA), and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), proposed to rehabilitate the Pacific Surfliner Corridor on the Ventura County Line (SCRRAs Ventura Subdivision). The Ventura County Line serves Metrolink commuter trains (operated by SCRRA), Pacific Surfliner intercity passenger train (operated by Amtrak), Amtraks Coastal Starlight Trian (operated by Amtrak) and Union Pacific Railroad freight trains. The Construction Work may include the following categories: earthwork, culvert work, track work, Tunnel track work, traffic control planning and coordination with Union Pacific Railroad and its third-party contractors, SCRRA signal and communications contractor, SCRRA and SCRRA contracted employees.

The City is seeking to acquire Design-Build services for a Design-Build Project that will include replacing the medium switchboards, transformers, and switches at six unit substations at MBC. In addition, the project will replace eight runs of busway, approximately 500 feet, will include testing of the equipment, and installation of a metal awning for equipment protection. This work shall include all required structural modifications to foundations for equipment and awnings. Work will be completed in phases to avoid any interruption to daily plant operation. Work will include developing a contingency plan to temporarily to account for an unforeseen transformer failure which will temporally replace any of the failed equipment that occurs during the design phase (prior to installation of permeant equipment). Each phase will replace the medium low voltage switchboards, transformers and switches for two unit substations at a time. Work and Services required of the Design-Builder will include design, construction, and startup of the Project and shall be responsible for all permits required. The Design-Builder shall provide all design, coordination, management, supervision, labor, services, temporary facility, equipment, tools, supplies, and any other item needed to complete the design, construction, and start-up of the Project as described in Attachment A .

Upper Berryessa Creek Off-Site Mitigation Project

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Authority) is seeking bids for the maintenance of six (6) generators at five (5) locations.

The County of Orange, County Executive Office - CPO (hereinafter referred to as County), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as Respondents) for The County is seeking qualified contractors to provide the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of Rapid-Build Tensioned Membrane Aluminum Frame Structures (TMS) to support emergency preparedness and response operations. Services include engineering and code-compliant design, fabrication of modular structural systems, transportation to County-designated sites, full installation and assembly, and training for County personnel on operation and maintenance. The structures must be durable, rapidly deployable, and capable of withstanding extreme environmental conditions while supporting flexible, temporary or semi-permanent use..Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.

This project is located northeast of the Prairie Avenue and 190th Street intersection, bounded by Prairie Avenue, 187th Street, Cranbrook Avenue, and 190th Street. The scope of work involves replacing 8,700 linear feet of existing cast-iron water mains with ductile iron. In addition, the project includes the replacement of service laterals, gate valves, and fire hydrants.

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors. Work includes the removal and disposal of nine existing buildings, plumbing, concrete footings, and electrical conduit at the High Sierra Ranger Station. Pop 07/13/2026 to 09/30/2026.

Scope of Services: The consultant will provide complete construction management services including preconstruction services, construction management, coordination, scheduling, administration, inspection, materials testing, construction staking, contract administration services, quality control, traffic management, safety, storm water quality, claims mitigation, and document control. Construction management, scheduling, and administration services to be provided include all construction activities undertaken by outside entities in connection with the project, as well as the monitoring and implementation of all permits, utility relocations, and agreement provisions associated with the project.

Scope of Services: Provide all materials and labor for the installation of a customer-owned outside plant Communication system. This section includes City Owned Outside Plant Communications cabling, termination, and administration equipment and installation requirements for the specified Outside Plant Structured Cabling System. Furnish, install, and place into satisfactory and successful operation all materials, devices, and necessary appurtenances to provide a complete Outside Plant pathway system. The Pathway system shall support an ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC compliant communications Structured Cabling System (SCS).

COSCA is seeking proposals for the control of Russian thistle (Salsola species) at four (4) work sites. Opportunistic treatment of other invasive non-native species is not anticipated, other than as noted in Task 3. Project sites are distributed throughout COSCA's open space system (Figure 1) and described in detail in the project scope of work. The extent of the treatment area at each location is illustrated in Figures 2 5. Treatment is to occur in the order that tasks are listed in the scope of work. Water is not available at any of the treatment locations so the contractor should plan accordingly.

After demolition, the work includes the transportation, furnishing, and installation of three (3) new hydraulic lifts and their appurtenances, along with all required concrete work, modifications to existing pits/slabs as necessary, and the furnishing and installation of electrical systems to provide a complete and operational installation

The City of Pomona is soliciting bids from firms for Complete Streets Quick-Build Park Avenue and Orange Grove Avenue [Construction] Project No. 428-68601. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required in the specifications and contract documents located in Documents and Attachments tab.

The Mt. San Antonio Community College District (District) is seeking project-specific proposals to provide full service architectural design services for its building 67 A/B renovation project. This Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the project, scope of services, consultant selection process, and minimum information that must be included in the proposal. This RFP will request each Firm to state concisely its qualifications for participating in a successful partnership. The design, construction and equipment phases of the project is funded by the bond Measures GO and V. This Project involves a full A/E services for the renovated facility, including design phase, bid, construction, and closeout phases of the facility. The Project consists of the following of one building with the following main elements: 29,469 Gross Square Foot (GSF) Educational space, classrooms, laboratories, offices, meeting rooms, storage rooms and other spaces defined in the Feasibility Study; Site work, infrastructure and demolition, including coordination with the adjacent facilities is anticipated; and Implementation of the objectives of the campus-wide projects identified in the Mt. SAC 2035 plan, integration of sustainability and implementation of the vision, goals, and strategies of the Mt. SAC Climate Action Plan as applicable to this specific Project, and incorporation of wayfinding for the new building.

Scope of Work: The Contractor shall supply sufficient hauling trucks and trailers so that the stockpiled dewatered solids residuals can be hauled and disposed of within 5 business days of commencing hauling operations. The Contractor shall be responsible for supplying a front-end loader capable of moving stockpiled material to transport trucks in a reasonable expedient, efficient and safe manner. The Contractor shall be responsible for loading their own trucks and trailers with the solids residuals. The Contractor will be responsible for any citations issued to the Contractor for overloaded trailers and bear the cost of such citations if they should occur. Any spillage of residual solids caused by Contractor shall be promptly cleaned up by Contractor at its own expense.

This project is to provide emergency sewer systems repairs on an on-call, as-needed, time-andmaterials basis for a period of five (5) years with the option for one additional 5-year extension. Any tasking shall be initiated solely by the City. Further execution of the agreements by the City does not in any way guarantee that any tasking or request for on-call services will be issued to the Vendor. Typical work to be performed under this contract includes repair of sewer main leaks, sewer lateral repair or installation, CCTV inspection, sewer lining repairs, manhole repairs, backfill of excavations, compaction, and final paving of streets. From time to time the City may request service for a backhoe with operator and/or laborers to assist the City repair crew. The Vendor also may be requested to do patch paving work.

This project is to provide emergency water systems repairs on an on-call, as-needed, time-andmaterials basis for a period of five (5) years with the option for one additional 5-year extension. Any tasking shall be initiated solely by the City.
