Project Details: Work is located at 2315 South Old La Grange Rd, La Grange, CA 95329 and involves installing electrical connections at fifteen (15) campsites with electrical equipment upgrades/modifications at the existing switchboard. Work activities include installing subpanels, new switchboard, concrete pads, branch conduits and feeders, electrical components, and trenching (including backfill and pavement repair) to run electrical conduits/conductors.

The Contractor work shall consist of following the furnishing of all tools, equipment, materials, including cleaning products, and labor to provide all custodial services for the various public facilities within the City of Indio with the exception of the following janitorial supplies to be procured and provided by the City of Indio.

The City of Big Bear Lake is seeking the services of qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to install holiday lighting decorations in the City of Big Bear Lake, mainly the Village and surrounding areas, and then remove the decorations. The Big Bear Village is a key destination within the City that serves as a hub of commercial businesses, restaurants, and a general gathering space. Additionally, the Village area hosts many special events each year. The Village is maintained by the Citys Public Works Department and features decorative sidewalks, public art, street lighting, and landscaping. A key element of the Village atmosphere is the annual holiday decorations every winter season, highlighted by the Christmas in the Village event held each year on the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Scope of Services: The consultant will provide complete construction management services including preconstruction services, construction management, coordination, scheduling, administration, inspection, materials testing, construction staking, contract administration services, quality control, traffic management, safety, storm water quality, claims mitigation, and document control. Construction management, scheduling, and administration services to be provided include all construction activities undertaken by outside entities in connection with the project, as well as the monitoring and implementation of all permits, utility relocations, and agreement provisions associated with the project.

The work to be done consists of, but is not limited to, intersection widening and associated activities, including demolition, construction of concrete curb ramps, new curb and gutter, grind and overlay of existing pavement, construction of cross gutter, earthwork and grading, prepare subgrade, furnish and place hot mix asphalt concrete pavement, installation of new traffic signal and striping, pavement markings and signs, as described in the project plans and specifications

Dry Creek Water Treatment Plant Upgrades: Pump and Clear Well Improvements

Scope of Services: Snow removal services on County-maintained roads in the Fish Camp Area to provide access to residents in the winter months after significant snowstorms. Total Mileage is estimated to be approximately 2.0 miles of County Roads. Snow removal shall be by blade and blower as necessary. At no time shall more than 6 inches of snowfall occur without the contractor commencing snow removal work. Contract term is for (1) one year with up to four additional (4) one-year periods upon mutual agreement.

The project consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the installation of synthetic turf, including removal of existing materials, preparation of the sub-base, and furnishing and installing turf system components in accordance with industry standards and manufacturers specifications.

The project will consist of labor, equipment, and materials to demolish two existing open pole barn structures: Roofing: Remove and dispose of existing metal roofing. Roof Framing: Remove and dispose of wood rafters, purlins, and beams. Columns: Remove and dispose of wood columns and knee braces. Footings: Remove and dispose of concrete footings. Electrical: Remove existing exterior electrical panels, disable, cut, and cap underground conduit and wire in place. Coordinate with Owner before disposing of panels. Barrels: Remove and dispose of all existing barrels strapped to building columns. Patching & Repair: Patch and repair all existing surfaces damaged during demolition to match existing materials and grades within the project area. Building Description: Existing structures are wood construction with metal roof over wood rafters over wood beams over wood columns with knee braces and concrete footings. This area is used to house livestock, and no hazardous materials are to be stored in and around the work area. SITE WORK: Demolition Plan: Per sheet A 1.2 of the demolition plans. Grading and Backfilling: All holes and trenches created from demolition and removal shall be backfilled and compacted to match existing grades and surface finishes. Protection in Place: Protect existing paving, swine wash rack, hose bibs, and water lines per demolition notes. Signage Salvage: Carefully remove "Mel McCandless" signage and offer to Owner to retain for preservation. WPPP AND EROSION CONTROL: Contractor shall provide SWPPP as required by local jurisdictions, preparation of plans, installation of plan, and maintenance included in the base bid cost. WASTE DIVERSION: A minimum of 75% (goal to increase to 80%) of construction waste generated at this site shall be diverted to recycle or salvage. Provide documentation to Environmental Spec. Coordinator at least 7 working days prior to requesting final inspection.

The selected contractor will be responsible for the planning, design, and end-to-end installation of a Cat6A copper cabling infrastructure supporting a local area network (LAN) and wireless access point expansion. Key components include: Pulling and routing new Cat6A plenum-rated cables to designated termination points. Terminating cables using T568B standards into patch panels or field-terminable plugs (MPTL). Conducting Level IIIe/IV (or higher) Permanent Link Testing and providing full certification reports. Providing all labor, tools, ladders, and equipment necessary to complete the project within a 90-day period of performance.

Description: The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to Provide 24 hour Monitoring and Annual Testing and Inspections of the fire alarm systems at Sepulveda Air National Guard. .

Scope of Work: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Ventura Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Protective Clothing and Operational Supply Rental Services as set forth in this Agreement. 2. Scope of Services: CDFW is requesting land surveying services for the identified priority properties and easements, or similar replacement project sites that may result from changing priorities or conditions in the CDFW Regions. Replacement sites will need to be approved by the CDFW Contract Manager and agreed to by the Contractor. These services will include support for the Office of Cannabis Grants Program related boundary needs. The scope of services, that may include reviewing land surveying products or boundary surveys, will be discussed with the Contractor as these services are requested. The properties are located throughout the state, with many in remote areas and CDFW requires boundary land surveying services to improve stewardship of these locations.

Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to perform Landfill Sampling, Testing, and Monitoring Services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Sierra Conservation Center (SCC), located at 5100 O'Byrne's Ferry Road, Jamestown, California 95327

2026 Corrective/Preventative Maintenance on Various County Roads in Casper Area

This contract is intended to provide as-needed fencing services for parks and facilities throughout the City. The purpose of the contract is to ensure that park fencing infrastructure remains safe, functional, secure, and aesthetically pleasing for park users and the surrounding community. Services may include, but are not limited to, the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of various types of fencing, gates, and related components. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis at locations throughout the City's park system. The resulting contract is not associated with any specific capital improvement project and no minimum amount of work is guaranteed. The City will utilize the contract to address routine maintenance needs, safety concerns, vandalism repairs, emergency repairs, and other operational requirements as they arise. Actual expenditures will depend on available funding and the City's ongoing maintenance needs during the contract term.

Description: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to lawfully collect, transport and dispose of refuse and/or recycling materials generated at the various locations within Prairie City State Vehicular Recreation Area located at 13300 White Rock Road, Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County, California, 95742.

Description: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Bridgeport Area office and Mammoth Lakes Resident Post Integrated Pest Control and Vermin Control Services, targeting all pests excluding termites and providing trapping for vermin elimination both inside and outside buildings.

Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Miller Demonstration State Forest Road Rocking Services. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide road rocking services for approximately 2.76 miles of existing seasonal road within the Miller Demonstration State Forest.
