The proposed work consists of: The installation of approximately 2,600 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water line to replace the existing 6-inch cast iron water line. The work is to occur along South Lafayette Street (NC State Route 18), from the intersection of Ramblewood Drive and Morton Street to the intersection of Broad Street and South Morgan Street. The installation of the 8-inch water main alignment also involves connecting to several smaller water mains and serves along the length of construction. The project work also includes removal of eight existing sanitary sewer manholes, installation of new manholes, and sanitary service line connections.

The Guilford County Schools Board of Education seeks to select individuals or firms experienced in the design of public-school facilities to provide Architectural and Professional Engineering Services to replace turf and renovate concessions at Smith High School.

The Project consists of a public sidewalk extension along the north side of Oakley Drive to tie into existing sidewalk on Harris Depot Road. The scope includes installation of approximately 1300 feet of new 5 wide concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, storm, grading, traffic control, mobilization, erosion control and all other work necessary to complete the project as shown in the plans in accordance with state and local standards and regulations.

Work includes new medium voltage switchgear and replacement padmount switchgear for SUB SW-1 within the existing main substation yard providing power to most of the campus. The scope shall include phased installation of the new switchgear to be fed from the existing Duke Energy transformer secondary and serve the replacement padmount switchgear and existing to remain padmount switchgear.

The project includes approximately 112,795 SF (+/-) of renovation and expansion of the existing NCMA Hanes House, Gallery, and Grounds. This will be a comprehensive renovation of architectural and structural elements; upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems; rework of the existing civil and utility connections; and landscaping, life-safety improvements, and building envelope repairs. As the facility is a historic building, the project also includes restorative elements, and portions of the work will require protecting and working carefully around historic features to maintain the character and integrity of the facility.

Scotland Countys scope is a design build construction of an +/18,000 square foot Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Headquarters at the Scotland County Emergency Services Complex located within the City of Laurinburg in Scotland County, North Carolina.

The Project consists generally of the following major items: mechanical, plumbing, sheetrock, painting, roofing, structural and foundation.

The City of Jacksonville, North Carolina (the City), is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide ongoing maintenance, support and repair services for the Citys existing physical security systems, including video surveillance (CCTV), fire control systems, gates and electronic door access control systems. The City maintains over 25 facilities and building spaces, 185 cameras, 17 fire control systems, 10 gates, and 4 elevators for its various operational departments.

The work is to provide and set up 6 classroom modular building at Union Elementary School.

Selected firms shall be capable of providing comprehensive Architectural and Civil design services, including the coordination and management of all required subconsultants. Services may include, but are not limited to: Full-service (turnkey) Architectural and Civil design services Programming and space needs assessments Due diligence, design development, and construction documents Preparation of phase-based deliverables, including programming reports, design packages, design development documents, construction documents, and record drawings, as applicable Cost estimating and value engineering Project planning, including budget development, cost control, and schedule development Bidding and procurement support, including preparation of bid documents, responses to inquiries, and evaluation of bids as needed Construction administration (CA) services, including site observations, submittal review, and coordination with contractors Evaluation and documentation of change orders, substitutions, and field directives Contract and document review Preparation of technical reports, studies, and supporting documentation

Engineering services shall include, but are not limited to, standard tasks necessary for the implementation of the project in conformance with the CDBG-I program and NCDEQ compliance areas: 1. Preparing and approval of the engineering report prior to the Release of Funds a. Engineering Report must follow guidelines set by NCDEQ b. Engineering Report / Environmental Information Document | NCDEQ c. Engineering Reports anticipated deadline to be complete and submitted to NCDEQ is forty-five (45) days after agreement is fully executed. 2. Provide assistance to the Town of Mount Gilead and their grant administration consultant with preparation, review, and completion of the Environmental Information Documentation. Upon the receipt of Release of Funds of the construction grant, the following scope of work is required: 1. Preparing the final design and construction bid package in conformance with applicable regulations and requirements; 2. Ensuring compliance with Buy America, Build America (BABA), Davis-Bacon, and other Federal requirements; 3. Supervising the bid advertising, tabulation, and award process, including preparing the advertisements for bid solicitations, conducting pre-bid meeting, conducting bid opening, and issuing the notice to proceed; 4. Conducting the pre-construction conference; 5. Surveying, field staking, on-site supervising of construction work, and preparing inspection reports; 6. Reviewing and approving all contractor requests for payment, change orders, and submitting approved requests to the governing body; 7. Providing reproducible plan drawings to the Town upon project completion; 8. Conducting final inspection and testing; 9. Submitting certified as-built drawings to appropriate authorities; and 10. Preparing an operation and maintenance manual (if applicable).

The project generally consists of rehabilitation of a taxilane at the county airport.

The selected Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and professional engineering services to design and implement recovery measures in accordance with NRCS Conservation Practice Standard (CPS) 580 and 342. Phase I: Engineering & Design Survey & Analysis: Complete all engineering surveys and site analyses. Design Development: Prepare design, construction drawings, and specifications. All designs must meet NRCS standards and be approved by an NRCS engineer. Regulatory Support: Provide technical documentation and obtain all necessary Federal, State, and local permits. Quality Assurance Planning: Develop a project-specific Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for NRCS approval. Operations & Maintenance: Develop an O&M Plan for the completed project. Phase II: Construction Implementation: Execute construction based on the NRCS-approved 100% design. Safety: Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. Cultural Resource Protection: Adhere to "stop-work" protocols if cultural resources (e.g., prehistoric artifacts, structural rock features) are discovered. Phase III: Check-Out As-Builts: Provide Certified As-Builts for project

Iredell County is soliciting statements of qualifications from civil/structural engineering firms (the Firm) to provide design, plans and permitting for Iredell County Government Center South Interior Renovations in Iredell County. Services shall primarily be for Iredell County Government Center South Interior Renovations, however additional services may include design, plans, permitting, for other projects involving existing buildings in relation to this project.

The project generally consists of constructing a wastewater collection, septic tank, a Flow EQ field dose pump tank, and subsurface dispersal by dosing to a pressure manifold providing gravity distribution to Ten (10) PPBPS trenched nitrification lines. All system pre-treatment components (Septic Tank) will be suitable for treating as much as 4000 gallons per of wastewater from the project and dispersal to a subsurface application area.

The purpose of this SSN is to conduct market research and to plan a path forward in regard to procuring the requirement. The work includes installing ten (10) ceiling-mounted power poles; providing and installing new branch circuits to support each power pole; disconnecting, reconfiguring, and integrating approximately twenty-five (25) existing furniture power whips; performing panel modifications, circuit organization, additions, and phase balancing; terminating circuits at each power pole; labeling and testing installed circuits; and verifying proper operation at each workstation location.
