If you’re a licensed contractor who wants to work with our school district, we invite you to apply for inclusion on our Small Works Roster. This roster identifies qualified contractors who are interested in submitting proposals on projects estimated to cost not more than $200,000. Kennewick School District annually solicits interested, licensed contractors for inclusion on its Small Works Roster. This invitation is in accordance with RCW 39.04.155. The roster will identify those qualified contractors interested in submitting proposals on projects estimated to cost no more than $350,000. Qualified contractors not already registered with the district purchasing department may secure the necessary application forms from the district’s website https://www.ksd.org/departments/purchasing-warehouse , or pick up in person at the FSB Building, 5501 W Metaline Avenue, Kennewick, WA 99336, Monday-Friday between 7am and 3pm, (509) 222-7024. All contractors on the current roster will be required to submit a new application for inclusion on the 2025 2026 Small Works Roster. Additionally, contractors will be required to disclose if they are a minority, veteran and women owned small businesses Before performing any work for the Kennewick School District, the following requirements must be met: 1. Registered contractor in the State of Washington 2. Be able to provide performance bond 3. Pay prevailing wages 4. Provide proof of adequate insurance 5. Comply with federal, state and local laws regarding non-discrimination and affirmative action. This project will remove twelve (12) existing fish barriers from separate site locations along SR 112 from MP 0.72 to MP 56.55. The existing fish barriers will be replaced with new structures and reconstructed stream channels to provide unimpeded passage for fish of all life stages. Work will include, but is not limited to, fish exclusion and temporary stream bypass systems, maintenance of traffic utilizing temporary traffic bypasses, removal of the existing fish barriers, earthwork above and below ordinary high water, structure and wall construction, roadway reconstruction, guardrail removal and installation, channel reconstruction, streambed restoration, roadside restoration, erosion control, water management and traffic control. The project will realign SR 112 in the vicinity of Indian Creek at MP 29.12. State and Federal Funding (CSF - ARPA). Disadvantaged business enterprise goals to be determined.

Clark Public Utilities is updating its Small Works Roster for public works projects under Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000) and Clark Public Utilities’ Professional Engineering & Architects (PEA) Roster. Clark Public Utilities is soliciting firms for inclusion in the Utility’s Professional Engineering & Architects (PEA) Roster. This Roster will be used to award design projects, intermittent project based contracts, and other services included in the 2026 Clark Public Utilities Capital Program for architectural and landscape design services and electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, hydraulic, and surveying engineering services. Contractors whose names appear on the Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit job proposals for contracts in the amount of $350,000 or less.

The Small Works Roster contracting process is used for awarding public works/construction projects up to a value of $350,000.00. In order to be eligible to bid on Small Works projects, you must first submit a Small Works Roster Pre-qualification Application. The application must be submitted to Grant PUD for review, approval and placement on the Roster. Once you are placed on the Roster, you will be notified of bid opportunities for the type(s) of work you are approved for. City of Ocean Shores is generally announcing its projected requirements for certain architectural, engineering and surveying services for the 2026 calendar year. For any particular project, the consultants to be considered will be selected from the Architectural, Engineering & Surveying Roster of consultants or from responses to advertisements for consultants for the project. The Port advertises and updates its small works roster annually, but will accept applications to be placed on the list at any time

North Thurston Public Schools is updating its Consultant Services Roster to comply with RCW 39.80. Design professionals and architectural/engineering firms interested in providing architectural, engineering, surveying, landscape architectural, commissioning, or related services to North Thurston Public Schools for potential projects, including but not limited to new construction, modernizations, facility upgrades, or infrastructure maintenance, are requested to submit a letter of interest and a current statement of qualifications.
