Grays Harbor Conservation District is implementing a low-tech creek restoration project on Mox Chehalis Creek from river mile (rm) 5.3-6.3. This contract involves the construction of 37 hand-built, post-supported wood structures called beaver dam analogs.

The scope of work consists of: a. Renovation and improvements in the existing administrative offices. b. Renovations to convert the existing Appy Tech Shop to a new Teacher Lounge. c. Work includes misc. Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical work to support the renovation. d. Work includes a new AHU to be located on an existing mechanical mezzanine.

The principal items or elements of this project include: Install TESC and protect site. All access to the site is by land. Remove existing shore armor including rock wall, concrete rubble, wood wall and pilings, while retaining and reforming two rock sills Construct rock, retaining wall and return wall with on-site salvaged rock Excavate, regrade and recontour shoreline bank Import and install beach cobble toe and gravel-sand beach nourishment Dispose properly of demolished materials including some creosoted wood Import compost and wood chip mulch for planting areas Import and install crushed rock for paths Import and place 4 habitat logs

The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct sidewalk improvements along NE Arrowhead Drive, from 64th Avenue NE to NE 151st Street, including curb ramps, reconstruction of impacted driveways, stormwater conveyance, retaining walls, signage, channelization, ADA-compliant curb ramps, pavement grind and overlay, traffic calming measures, and a solar powered rectangular rapid-flashing beacon (RRFB) crossing with solar powered illumination.

Minor capital projects of the existing Aberdeen Weatherwax High School. Scope of work includes a new steel canopy, wood shop dust collection system, guardrail upgrades, culinary ADA counter/sink, and all associated MEP/Fire Safety requirements as prescribed by code. The Scope of Work for this Project consists of three areas of modifications to the existing High School. Modifications include: Modify existing half wall railings identified on drawings to attach safety glass panels. Install dust collection system for shop room as identified in drawings. a. b. Install steel framing and low slope roof canopy as noted in drawings. Install exterior concrete equipment pads for dust collection equipment. Install kitchen equipment per drawings.

To solicit proposals from interested, qualified, and experienced firms for the redevelopment of the West Bremerton Transit Center (WBTC) Park & Ride facility. The redevelopment will include complete demolition design for the existing building, preliminary site design, and environmental review.

The purpose of this solicitation is to secure the services of a construction contractor specializing in the field of Sewer, Sanitation and Water Construction Services on an as needed and emergency basis. The work will be assigned by Pierce County by purchase order number, addressing scope of work and required time of completion. PoP 1 year.

Provide the necessary tools, equipment, material, labor, and other resources to service elevators at residential apartment building, multi-family, single-family, and commercial space throughout King County, as well as in Sedro Woolley and Olympia as needed. Preventive maintenance: Monthly examinations, adjustments, cleaning, and lubrication, with a minimum of 1.0 hour per traction unit and 0.75 hours per hydraulic unit per month, documented in the Maintenance Control Program (MCP). Unlimited callbacks during regular business hours for all units; 24/7 entrapment response at no charge; after hours callbacks included for single-elevator buildings serving dwelling units or key accessible areas subject to Service Level and Performance Metrics (SLA) below. Testing: Perform and coordinate all periodic tests and inspections required by Washington law, adopted codes, and L&I regulations that includes annual (Category 1) and five-year (Category 5) tests; file required forms; schedule third-party witnesses if required. Repairs and parts: Furnish and install all parts and materials (OEM or approved equivalents) necessary to maintain code-compliant operation, excluding Owner-caused damage and extraordinary work authorized in writing.

This RFP includes the following elements: 1. Design, engineering, fabrication, and shipping required for the replacement of one (1) floating wooden decked moorage pier and the nine (9) associated wooden piles of the northwest pier at the Village Waterfront location. Please see Appendix A for the existing pier layout and Appendix B for photos of the existing pier. The replacement pier will incorporate the following requirements: a. Floating moorage pier assembly shall be one hundred and sixty (160) feet long and eight (8) feet wide. SITC preference is twenty-foot-long individual float sections. 2 b. Floating pier shall support a minimum uniform live load of eighty (80) psf. c. Decking on the replacement moorage float will be grated with 60% open space compliant with WAC 220-110-300 (per the NEPA environmental assessment). d. Floating pier sections shall incorporate a composite plastic lumber exterior rub strip. e. The existing floating pier is secured by eight (8) interior guide piles and one (1) exterior guide pile at the open end. For initial costing purposes assume a similar yoke layout with nine (9) fourteen (14) inch diameter steel piles. Yokes shall have composite plastic lumber rub rails or rollers. f. The new moorage floats shall incorporate full length rails for moorage line anchorage. g. All synthetic flotation material shall be permanently encapsulated to prevent breakup into small pieces and dispersal into the water (per the environmental assessment). h. Skirting and other continuous protective bumper material that may impede light penetration beneath the edge of the moorage float will not extend below the bottom of the float (per the NEPA environmental assessment). i. j. The new moorage float assembly will connect with shore power. Design must incorporate conduits and four (4) dock pedestals with LED lighting spaced approximately evenly along its length. Pedestals shall each have two (2) 120-volt 30-amp receptacles. The new moorage float assembly will interface with existing gangway, access pier, and finger pier (see photos).

Clark Public Utilities (CPU/Utility) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Architecture/Engineering Design (A/E) firms for the preliminary engineering and final engineering design, specifications, contract documents, construction cost estimates, design reports, technical support, and construction support in the construction of a new warehouse facility adjacent to the existing warehouse at the River Road Generating Plant. The desired additional warehouse space is approximately 6,000 square feet, or larger.

The scope of work includes various site/civil related trades. Coordinating of construction activities by the Contractor will be required to ensure that the project will not affect the operation of Owner and Agency personnel throughout the entire construction process. Site access is limited and adjacent areas will remain occupied during construction. Construction of approximately 1,900 linear feet of pavement preservation on 154th Avenue NE, including but not limited to pavement grinding, full depth HMA repair, HMA paving, traffic signal loop replacement, cement concrete sidewalk spot replacements, striping, storm drain and manhole frame and grate/cover replacement, impact attenuator replacement, traffic control and other work necessary to complete the project.
